We had an amazing 4 day TTT session with Ralph and Claire. I had learned a lot through these 4 days and I am now much more confident in applying my newly learned skills in training. Ralph and Claire were super patient and was great with providing feedback on areas of improvement. Of course, also fun! Thoroughly enjoyed it. It may sound like it was long at 4 hours each day but it went by very quickly!

Our team has just completed a 4 day TTT course by Ralph and Claire and it was outstanding. An amazing mix of learning new skills, practise and getting solid and useful feedback. One of our internal trainers has already used some of the new questioning techniques in a session and was directly asked by one of the course attendees how she did it and if she could teach him! no better recommendation.

We had the pleasure of having a 4 day TTT course with Ralph, and Claire joined for 2 days. They gave 100%! In fact I don't know how Ralph kept such energy for a 4 hour session in the morning with one group and the very same with another each afternoon! Absolutely amazing …highly recommend the coaching skills course as delivered by Claire Moody. Clearly an expert and passionate about ensuring coaches have the correct skills. It was also a fun session and Claire is very personable and made a point of getting to know my needs. I met Ralph too along the way - fab team and very efficient paperwork follow-up.

Where do I begin? Well, the two day course was easily one of the best courses I have ever attended, the atmosphere and the instructor made the experience worth while. I went into the room not knowing what the outcome would be, slightly nervous and anxious as it was a new skill to learn which I was sure I couldn't do, but in the first 30 minutes, you are instantly greeted by a warm welcome, you get to know everyone in the room and you are instantly connected as a team. The course material itself was well structured and the information was so easy to pick up. I can only put this down to the company and to the instructor (what an amazing person.) For anyone who is questing whether to attend this course, go for it, if anything the experience is something worth doing. A huge thank you to Ralph and the team. Ralph and the team at Target Training Associates were superb from concept through to execution. We selected Target Training based on their experience and ILM affiliation for a group training session of 8x full-time employees. The team at Target training were professional, engaging and have helped my team to become accredited trainers. We will 100% be working with them again and would highly recommend.

Would highly recommend the 'Train the Trainer' course having just completed. I have done many of these in the past and this was certainly not the usual tick the box, waste of time that i expected. Ralph managed to hold together a very difficult group and everyone will have taken away different aspects which will help us as a business.

I have recently finished my third workshop with Claire, each consisting of four, weekly sessions. From the off, Claire puts you at ease with her friendly approach. Claire is an amazing host/trainer, knowledgable in her field and beyond. Supportive and kind. I cannot wait to sign up to the next workshop.

I recently attended a course run by Claire Moody for the first time in a long time I felt part of something and that’s such a skill to bring people together over a zoom call and make them feel connected.

I've just completed the 2 day coaching course and I have to say I'm a different person to the one that joined the course. The content, the structure, the mix of learning and practical exercises, really embedded the knowledge and skills. Claire is an exceptional trainer, not just in her knowledge on the subject, but in her enthusiasm and delivery. I can not recommend Claire and the team highly enough.

I have never been one for online learning, but my 2-day 1 on 1 course with Claire was a real eye-opener for me and it was an absolute pleasure and a delight to meet Claire and to begin my new journey with her. If I could rate the Coaching Skills Course 10 out of 5, I would! Anyone feeling reserved due to the new online experience, bite the bullet and give it a go - you will not be disappointed!

I recently spent 2 days with Ralph Moody on a train the trainer course. Now I'm the sort of guy who blushes when you have to introduce yourself so when I heard there would be many times to present to the group, my heart sank.....Ralph has found a way to deliver engaging and effective training and for someone like me who isn't keen on public speaking, I was brought out of my shell and aced my final presentation. I had a great 2 days training and by far the best I have been on. Well done Ralph, I went in hating but came out loving the course.
