I bought a wonderful Kala SA-B from SUS. Their demonstration videos are brilliantly helpful as a starting point; you really get a clear idea of how different models sound and look, (especially handy if you can’t get to the store in person) and the depth of their knowledge and experience is clear. COVID disrupted the supply chain so there was a bit of a wait, but when the batch arrived in store we talked about wood colouring and tonality and they sent pictures of the pieces available so I could choose my favourite. I couldn’t be happier with my ukulele or the service. First class.

My first foray into long neck soprano, went for ohana sk30l. Very happy with it, ordered online no probs whatsoever, item as described, came with a sus own solid brand hardcase which I wasn't expecting? Nice touch!

Friendly unhurried advice on the phone from Alex, and despite calling on what I was apologetically informed was a busy shipping day, so expect a slight delay, my new Uke arrived double boxed so in perfect condition and within 24 hours. Unquestionably Five Star service from SUS, and as an added bonus, at a very competitive price. Won't hesitate to use them again.

I'd been researching and trying to buy a solid wood baritone ukulele for almost a year during the pandemic, which have been difficult to find due to a global manufacturing slowdown. SUS YouTube reviews were essential for insight into the comparative nuances of the instruments. Rob and Alex were really knowledgeable, understanding, helpful and amenable. Found the ideal ukulele for me. Setup is good and delivery was so fast. Couldn't be happier!

This was my first ukulele purchase and I did a lot of research. Everyone at SUS was very professional and responded to my emails and calls quickly. Their enthusiasm and love for the ukulele is infectious and I jumped right in and made my first purchase confident that I was getting a quality instrument. 24 hours after placing my order my first uke arrived via courier. (No delivery change in the uk) It was well packaged with plenty of bubble wrap. Once unboxed it was already set up and ready to play. Alex dealt with my purchase via telephone, he assured me that my LAKA VUT40 would be with me the following day? Sure enough, the courier delivered it early in the morning, it was well packed, required no set up and in perfect condition!
