I purchased a copy of Microsoft Office from SoftMall to replace a license expired edition. I could not get it to work - my fault. SoftMall took some effort to contact - their fault - but thereafter worked non-stop to get me quickly up and running. Apart from contact hiccoughs, that's what you want from a software supplier - a bargain product with the backup to make it work. Recommended.

I was very impressed with the ease of downloading all the information, helped by my Son who is more computer savvy than I am. All seems to be working well and I feel the who package was very good value.

The microsoft product I ordered would not activate even using the advice given with the purchase. I tried to ring the number given but it was unrecognised. I then sent an email- by this time I thought I had been scammed, but Paul replied to the email and gave me other codes to enter and then I was able to activate. I am happy with the product, but I was surprised to find that two extra charges were taken from my bank of 60pence and 50 pence. These had not been mentioned during the purchase process. I was also curious why the payment was in euros when the address was a British address.

First time I have encountered this company. They sold me exactly what I expected at a great price and I am 100% satisfied, I would happily recommend.

Product Key did not work in spite of repeated attempts over several months. Used this outlet before so happy to use them again, but this product key was not valid according to Microsoft. Wouldn't respond to emails. Update...new activation code sent which worked.

The product key was useless. Apparently it had been used multiple times according to Microsoft. I've recieved a new key but haven't tried it yet as Im waiting for my new PC (22/10/21)

I dowloaded Office 2019 but failed to activate. Failure message 0xC004C060 tells me activation code has been issued in error or duplicate. Contacted company a week again - no reply.Tried calling - constantly engaged.Please sort Sort it out please ! Thanks for sorting Paul

I too was a bit worried but didn't have to be. I now have Office all activated and working. The activation via telephone is actually very straightforward and I chose to go through an automated text system on my internet-enabled mobile. It worked.

One star is a joke it should be zero. The Word never worked all I kept getting was; code used too much and buy Word. Endless emails to "Paul" who made me feel like a techno phoebe. My computer geek could not make sense of his emails or get onto registering the product. He tried numerous ways with no joy. Phone lines constantly engaged! Been waiting for a refund it 14 days and counting. It will be in my banks hands. Steer clear...do not buy from this rubbish company.
