So far, it's brilliant. Microsoft Office Home and Student 2021 is installed on my desktop. The key worked flawlessly and activated in Windows 10 without a hitch. I didn't receive my key immediately so I had to speak to a guy called Paul on the Softmall chat on the website. Within 2 minutes, the key was sent and all sorted. Can't fault that. Not sure how they can sell this software at this price but it means I'm happy to purchase again should I wish to treat myself to a laptop in the future (MOHaS is a one license affair). Still saving a fortune over buying from MS.

This is a great product. I was initianny apprehensive if the website and product were legitimate but it had many good reviews so I bought it. I got the key to the Microsoft Office to my email straight after the purchase and I installed the programme withing 10mins. I like the fact that the license doesn't expire. Microsoft Website doesn't really have that option so I was very happy I found you guys. Not to mention the price, its such a good offer for the whole Office package.

I bought one license for Microsoft Office 2021 Professional. I followed the instructions and the activation was 100%. I just bought two more licenses. Everything went smoothly. Great

I am retired and not pc literate and my daughter helped me to order "Microsoft Office Home and Student 2021" on 29/11/21, only to be sent a product key for Office Professional. Initially we thought this might be ok and didn't question it, but neither of us realized that by downloading this version it would leave me permanently logged into Outlook.com on my PC. I don't want this. I want the product I ordered which just gives me Word, Excel, Powerpoint and the option to manually log into Outlook when I want. I have tried to ring on 3 occasions and have left messages. I have left a message via your web chat and emailed you 14/12/21, all with no reply. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the goods you provided are not satisfactory for me or fit for purpose for what I ordered and I either want you to send me what I actually ordered or issue me a full refund so I can uninstall and buy from somewhere safe. I fear this company may be a scam and it has left me and my daughter who has also been trying to reach you for me, frightened and distressed. Be aware using this company as we think they not be what they seem. Edit 20/12/21 to say my daughter has noticed that although my order was for £24.99, the payment was taken in euros and shows from Russia and it incurred a charge £25.40. I have now uninstalled the product as I am frightened of a scam and this company still refuses to reply. I did not order the product they sent me, I have been mislead and want a full refund. Edit 23/12/21 - I have just received an email confirming a full refund which I appreciate. I have uninstalled the product. In light of the refund I have adjusted the rating from 1 star to 3 stars to reflect the refund being given. Thank you.

I brought a product from SoftMail Microsoft Office Professional. I had problems with the software key but the friendly and patient online chat person guided me through the set up. Will buy from this company again.

Easy to install & use even for a computer illiterate like me

After an anxious wait for my licence key after paying for it, I received my licence key and installed the Office 2021 software. I have a problem browsing the files on my hard disk but I suspect that is PC related and not the fault of the software. Overall, a good service and value for money and very happy with Softmall.
