Bought Office Home & Student 2021, received e-mail promptly with download instructions and key. Installed easily following clear instructions aboUt removing version of Office 365 pre installed on new laptop. Very happy with product and price but I have knocked off 1 star because the charge on my credit card is to a company in Russia and made in Euros. This was not made clear during the transaction and should have been. It does not seem to be fraudulent but could easily give rise to suspicions.

I bought Microsoft Office Home and Student from SoftMall and now keep getting a pop up telling me it is counterfeit and not licensed. I have tried contacting them multiple times. There’s no response on their live chat, they haven’t responded to my emails and no luck by phone either. I’m always told someone will ring me back which they don’t do.

Bought Microsoft office 2021, key wasn’t found, emailed, no response. Phoned 8 times you get through to customer service who tell you that the tech team are busy and will phone back, no phone back, added to which I was cut off a further 3 times. Tried the live chat and after numerous messages and after an hour still no reply!

Easy to order, link came through to download almost immediately. Easy to install, does it all for you at one press of a key. I see some review sites have slammed Soft Mall as fraudulent, stick with reviews on Trust Pilot. I ordered after reading reviews on Trust Pilot and have to agree with the positive reviews. Excellent price and delivery. Totally recommend.

I chatted with an online rep who was courteous and knowledgeable. I was given the information I needed to download, set up and use the software. A very positive experience.

Office 2021 Pro - worked fine. Great value... not sure about the new layout, should maybe have stuck with Office 2019.

to begin with the downloaded programme didn't work. your support was non existent, just referring me to the Office website. in all probability the problem was with the software. but downloading something you sold me that didn't work left me with a sour taste. I accept that you probably had on control over the issue.

The purchase was quick and simple, and allowed the software to be downloaded in just a couple of minutes.

Don’t normally do reviews but also don’t want other customers to waste their previous time and money with this company. Purchased a product key for Microsoft office package (which I was then told had been upgraded to Microsoft Professional version) however the key/code provided didn’t work with repeated efforts and advice from friends and family about what to do with a “token not valid” and “code is damaged” error message?!? Rang the company number but didn’t connect so emailed and got a response with some advice, which didn’t work. Emailed again a few hours later and emailed days later but no response!!! Asked for a new product key or refund but no response to date. Did some research on the internet and saw some similar reviews and experiences. Have tried there online chat but no one is there!! Have now been in touch with my credit card company to start the charge back process. Really disappointed with Soft Mall for rubbish customer service and for wasting my time trying to sort this out. Please give me my money back so I can go else where.

I purchased MS Office in November 32. Followed instructions and downloaded. It does not work. I have sent numerous emails to the service email address but have never recieved a response. Extremely annoying and unhelpful. I am wondering if this is a legitimate company! I would strongly recommend to steer clear of this company.

Bought and downloaded Microsoft Office 2021. Totally straightforward. Did not even have to enter product key, it was all done automatically upon downloading the file. Very happy, highly recommended.

Used SoftMall twice now for MS Office products. First time, needed to use phone activation, but second time, the license key was accepted straight away. Confirmation emails received quickly following payment. No issues, and would recommend.

I have only just purchased the home office and student 2019 form this company. It was very good value, and a very easy purchase. The product seems good, but it is early stages yet. If everything goes well, then I will certainly buy from this company again, it was so easy.
