Last night I was looking online for Microsoft Word which I desperately needed for my two-day old Windows 11 computer. It was hard to choose a vendor due to the mixed bag of reviews and I left it for today. But this afternoon a friend gave me a valuable tip, he had bought Microsoft Office from SoftMall for a very fair price and it had been a smooth operation. So I had a look at SoftMall's website and not only were the prices low and the hundreds of reviews 99% positive, but I also read that SoftMall is an Authorised Microsoft Partner. I therefore did not hesitate any longer and bought Microsoft Office 2024 Pro for £29.99 right away. After my payment had been processed I could start the download and five minutes later I got their email with the validation number. The very short list of installation instructions was clear and simple. The download went smoothly and the validation took just a minute or two and then it was all done! I heaved a big sigh of relief!!!! Well done, SoftMall, you did a brilliant job! 👍

I had an issue with my new PC which had to be returned to Lenovo for a replacement motherboard. On re-installing Office once repaired I encountered an activation error. I contacted Paul who had me back up and running within a couple hours. Customer service far beyond expectation, highly recommend.

The process for getting the software on my Mac wasn't straight forward. However once I had worked out how to do it the whole of the software is working perfectly and for the price well what can you say.

I am coming back to ,withdraw my scathing review of Softmall. I had purchased a new computer with windows 11 only had it a few days and was not fully conversant with the difference in how if worked from windows 10. I put my hands up the problem was not softmall but mine so apologies to softmall. Paul was quick to come back (as my email was not working correctly0 quickly on the review and helped solve the problem so hopefully my initial review can be withdrawn

I had a problem with the download but they emailed me within 5 minutes with easy instructions. I then had a problem with the activation, but again a 5 minute wait for a response and everything working great.

After buying Microsoft 365 I had some technical issues which I couldn't fix myself.
