I'm pleased with my purchase of Microsoft Office. Activating it over the phone was tedious but that was Microsoft's procedure.

This was the first time that I have use Softmall and I have no complaints as to it's service.

Good price, had a slight problem installing. Contact by email within minutes, problem solved.

Softmall.co.uk has a London address but PayPal payments go to "Some Shady Russian Chap" (who incidentally took offense with having his "business" PayPal account mentioned here). Once purchased, you get an email with this beauty: "...online activation may not work, Microsoft servers can be overloaded, and may give an error that the key has already been activated, phone activation always works." Which is clearly doublespeak for "We are selling codes multiple times, but Microsoft telephone authorization seems to circumvent their online activation process."

Very good value and easy to purchase and install with good instructions, took less than 30 mins from purchase to be using office.

Downloaded Microsoft office home and student. I was a bit sceptical as it was so cheap and I got an upgrade, but all working well so far.

Overall a good service at a very good price. Only slight downside was that I had to do telephone verification for my MS product, though it wasn't onerous.

Purchased MS Office 2019 for Home and Students for an amazing £19.99. Received product key immediately and then followed online instructions that were very clear. Process included validation via a telephone system but again very easy to follow. Would recommend SoftMall.co.uk to anyone.

I purchased the product primarily to get access to the latest version of excel on an older, but reliable, pc at a reasonable cost. Although not techsavy the whole process was quite straightforward and all the elements, excel, word etc worked first time.

Thank you to Paul in customer service my experience of purchasing Microsoft Office Home was extremely relieving! After I downloaded the package I went to activate it and had some trouble as my codes weren't working, I became increasingly worried and after contacting customer service paul got back to me pretty quickly and sorted the whole thing out for me! Overall I would trust this as its a pretty great deal compared to buying it properly. Don't be scared by the money being sent to a Russian account it's all good.. Unless.. unless they are spying on us through it;) But to be honest, you can't escape being spied on its happening everywhere even google.

I honestly thought I had just thrown away £20 when I had problems registering the Office package that I bought from SoftMall but... no. Paul, on a Sunday afternoon, sorted me out in minutes. Superb customer service. So good that I have to hope that Paul has some kind of life outside of answering emails within 30 seconds!

I bought a new laptop which was supplied without any form of M/S Office and I was not inclined to pay the £60 - 80 annual charge now imposed . In researching alternatives online I came across this offer and I snapped it up for its exceptional value and on buying was given an upgrade to Pro which is fantastic. The setup was slightly challenging but I was helped by family with digital ability. It processes completely normally and is compatible with all my word and excel documents loaded on my HDD. I would totally recommend this software package.

Got office home student, nice n easy instant code

I was very wary about buying the Microsoft office Home & Stundent 2019 from this website, because it looks too good to be true including the selling price. After reading all the reviews and checking the company address. I was reassured, so I decided to go for it and to my surprise it worked. I followed all the instruction on the email and I took notice of everything that was written by others in the reviews.
