A shambles and a fraud. Paid £20 and had no luck getting connected. A complete sham, took mu money illegally. I spent £20 on this and the product key just does not work. I can see I won't get any money back as it is always one of these automatic responses that I get. No one actually does anything. So Trust pilot is anything but trustworthy.

It took a little time to get the product working but the company is genuine.

TLDR: You get what you pay for. My key worked but who knows how long it will work for. Using these keys for personal use will most likely be against the terms of service for these companies. They will work but be prepared to lose access to your software randomly. I received my product key shortly after payment. It came with instructions to authenticate it using Microsoft's telephone activation. When I used the standard online activation it gave me an error saying that my product key has been used on too many devices. So I went back and opted for the telephone activation. After going through that it seems to work.

This is an unbelievable deal, but does what it says on the tin. Office pro all working perfectly - be sure to follow their email instructions carefully to the letter including ringing Microsoft activation, wait for option 2 or 3 depending on what computer you have. Mac 2, PC 3. Fabulous. Never seen such a bargain. Please keep it up for other customers SoftMall!

This is a very bad and misleading company. The product key provided was used. I tried contacting to make a complaint, to see how this could be resolved, but the customer care number never goes through. I felt really cheated and I would not advise anyone to make a purchase from them.

Order processed speedily, no issues. Had to call the Microsoft activation telephone support - just took a few minutes. Pleased to get a free upgrade to the professional version - overall very happy with the service and would use it again.

I purchased a microsoft word item via softmall website paid for my item and was told that I would recieve an e-mail with a product key id which I never received until I chased Softmall....Very disappointing service when Softmall got in touch with me they blamed me for the error in not receiving the product key code??? I placed my order and paid for it in good faith when my purchase was paid for one word think that the transaction is completed?...Not the case with Softmall.

Purchased Microsoft Office Pro 2019 for Windows from Soft Mall (this was the best price I could find). Had a problem activating the software with Microsoft online and by telephone. Excellent response from Soft Mall when I contacted them via email. Issue was resolved very quickly.

I was extremely sceptical to begin with as the software I wanted (Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio) was so cheap. However, I was wrong. The software was paid for and downloaded via Microsoft 360. All legit and above board. Great value and easy to purchase and install if simple instructions are followed. A great business to do business with.

Found this on a comparison website. Linked in and found the version of office I wanted no problem. Everything was intuitive and easy to click on links to get the product. The only issue was when I tried to register the version of office it said the number of registrations on that key had expired but just went through the authentication route with Microsoft and all fine and now installed.

As we did not know the company the reviews were helpful in choosing. The system of obtaining the programme worked very well, just a long-winded telephone conversation with Microsoft to activate. As we have only just obtained the programme we are still working on all the parts but it seems to be ok.

I purchased Office 2019 Pro on the 14th July 2021. I received a product key immediately on my laptop. My new computer didn't arrive until the 21st July. My Product key email was gone. I emailed Softmall six times over 3 days begging them to resend the email. I commence a new job online on the 23rd and need Office. I haven't heard anything. No emails, telephone permanently engaged and now not in service!! (EDIT) I have amended my review as they now have resent me the key, but I had to purchase Office 365 before it arrived. I will use Office 2019 next year when Office 365 expires
