It took a week before I received my code to activate OFFICE, I had to chase them up, so forget Instant Delivery, plus I had to email them several times, but I then got an Upgrade. Activating the code was tricky, I tried doing it online but in the end I had to make a phone call to an 0800 number, then 0203. When listening to the options to activate you must ensure you choose either Mac or Windows, I think this was option three for me? You then have to input the activation code after they read out a three digit code for security reasons, then you have to put in a block of codes which are read out to you per block, you also need to answer the question "how many times has this copy of OFFICE been used", I chose zero which worked. It was a bit frustrating as the 0800 number didn't work for me, I think it was because I didn't listen to the options properly and chose MAC, then I called back on the other 0203 number that's shown on the screen. It's now all working well and I'm happy with my £19.99 purchase. By the way you need to make a note of the activation code the computerised system reads out to you in case you need to reinstall it in the future, but don't worry as you can press the * (star) key on your phones keypad if you need more time, so there's no need to panic, just don't hang up!

This product was very easy to download and I had no problems with it. As it happened, I had to buy a new laptop a short time later and I was worried about losing this. I sent an email to them and they answered quickly. My husband also downloaded this program. A huge saving, and a great product to be trusted. Thank you

The items take too long to arrive

Found this was really awful. Had to download over several days as it kept disappearing. Lost my coursework several times and had to redo. Wouldn't buy again

It was a straight forward process and worked first time. I ordered Office 2019 Home edition, but took up the £10 upgrade offer to Professional in case I need it someday. The only worrying thing was that someone tried unsuccessfully to change my Microsoft password at 2am next day. Coincidence?

I bought MS Office student version. The instructions for downloading were useful and easy to follow. The upgrade to the full version was nice.

I had a problem downloading Office & then could not authorise it. I emailed SoftMall, they could not have been more helpful. I received step by step instructions & an offer to do part of the process for me. I accepted this offer, they completed that part of the process & explained what I needed to do next. My product was duly authorised.

Sucessful, if not quite immediate/instant download. Successful install and registration.

I bought a copy of Office for an older laptop-was suspicious as I’ve read so much about scams etc but it was perfectly smooth-it DID require telephone authentification, saying the code had been used but Softmall had warned that might be the case and the software installed properly and works well.

Actual transaction OK with almost instant delivery but had to use telephone method to install rather than online, Credit card charge for currency conversion.

Very reasonable price for the software, the download worked well but I had to activate it by phone, needing to write down long strings of numbers rapidly

Bought an MS Office product and despite emails to customer service it still won't activate. I have yet to receive a response to my second email and am guessing I can kiss goodbye to my money. Advice: don't buy anything from this company.

I still have not had a refund! Where is it?

Read reviews and decided to purchase MS Office. Did exactly as instructions in email but the product could not be authenticated. Contacted the company straight away by email and photo of message. Response approx 12 hours later with a new product code and Office has been successfully installed.

I was very sceptical about purchasing product keys for Microsoft Office 2019 following a bad experience with another company. However, I followed the instructions on the telephone and for some reason was put through to their call centre whom took my details after I logged into my account and they activated the software. I asked why they were involved and they said they wanted to make sure there were no activation problems?!
