Ordered Microsoft Office Professional 2021 for Windows 10/11, received download link and product key. Installation and key worked perfect. Well done.

This is an updated review. Following an initial complaint about my product key not working, SoftMall got in touch very quickly and gave me a new key and instructions on how to apply it and I'm pleased to say it seems to work. I now have a fully working version of Office which is really helpful so thank you.

Thought I was getting a normal software licence, however though the bill was in pounds, I was charged in Euros, and so was charged a transaction fee. The licence also appears to be a bulk licence, which microsoft can cancel. No reply to emails. Update Paul at Softmall contacted me and offered a refund.I got my €41 euros back, but not the transaction fee. I have increased the star rating to two stars (for getting most of my money back) but I still believe the the licence is a bulk licence which should not be sold individually.

This is a scam company illegally selling volume license keys that will expire or get black listed by microsoft. Purchased office 2021 home and student and instead got “upgraded” to professional plus. Professional plus is a volume license product that cannot be sold at retail so will ultimately get blacklisted. Sent an email requesting the correct key for product purchased or refund and had no answer. Will be reporting them to microsoft!

Bought office and it worked fine but when I needed to reformat my computer and reinstall the token wouldn't work. No response by email or phone. Appears to have been a volume licence that shouldn't have been sold and Microsoft blocked the licence.
