Second time I have used Softmall, this time to download Office 19. If you follow the instructions that come with the download, there will be no problems. After purchasing the product I could not get it to work, but this was my fault as I had not properly got rid of the tenacious 365 which MS likes to preload. The helpdesk were well- helpful. Follow the instructions and after lots of entering codes etc it works brilliantly

Had an issue with the product key not being accepted. Contacted SoftMail and another was sent by return which was pleasing customer service efficiency. All installed and activated

Scam company... AVOID!!!!! Bought Microsoft Office package for immediate use... but never received item in email despite complaining profusely. Was just fobbed off. Links In companies emails do not take to website & messaging service on website is a free, unprofessional service that anyone can use... it's fake! Asked for my money back... no refund. They have not even answered my messaged about it at all!!! Out of the blue... they send me a link to download Microsoft & product key number yesterday, after over a wk of purchase... despite me asking for a refund six days ago!!!! I dare not bother with it after reading further reviews on here & purchased through Microsoft Office six days ago. I explained to them about this company & they have advised me to always use legitimate companies & that this is a SCAM!!!!! Just don't bother... Still waiting for my refund 🙄🙄🙄🙄

Installed on the computer very quickly. I installed the activation code which I received via an email from softball but then received an error message. Error was that the code had been previously used and now expired. I thought I had been scammed! However I then followed the instructions to complete the activation over the telephone...... it worked. Does take the best part of ten minutes as you have to input all the ID numbers correctly. Happy with the product and the cost.

Simple process to use - worked perfectly and registered without any issue. The only point to note is that you are buying this from Russia so a conversion from Sterling to Ruble is needed with a transfer fee to pay. However, this was just over a pound so hardly a problem in the scheme of things.

For only £19.99 I could not believe I could get MS Office 2019 but all legit so far

The product price was good. I was offered an "upgrade" for additions I would not use - price irrelevant, just wasting my time. I confirmed the order and was told I would get the time wasting added. Downloading took hours and then that was just the installation routine. Installing the product took more hours. I don't know how much of that was the time wasting added. Then there was registration. The Microsoft recommendation does not work. I've suffered from that before. Softmail knew and had working instructions. Very good but w/o warnings on how slow microsoft were, only 3 stars.

I had to Factory reset one of my desktop and have lost my software I have purchased from Softmall UK , I enquired if I could download and activate again FOC, I purchased the orders for 2 x Desktops and 1 x Laptop, could you please assist as I first inquired via chat on Saturday morning and still have no resolution. The last I heard from one of your colleagues was they were passing it on with the highest priority. Today id Wednesday and still not heard back from them!!! Would definitely not recommend this company after my personal experiences.

I bought this in February, never used until just now, when trying to use it , it has Microsoft wizard activation to start , and it would not let me to activate , it said I have used many times which I haven’t been used yet, so I reinstalled it still the same so it is rubbish, 👎

Bought a new laptop for very light home use. Didn't want to pay a subscription for 365 and found this site instead. Good price, quick service, no problems so far!

On buying a new laptop and being loth to subscribe to Office 365, I found this product on an internet search. Exactly what I wanted and at a great price so took a leap of faith on compatibility and the fact I'd never heard of SoftMall. Registration was lengthy but was fine and Ive had zero issues. Would recommend.

Problem solved quickly after having a re install problem.

Simple & easy to purchase Not the latest version....But..... On a positive note you will find that there are a lot of companies whom are using even earlier versions of this program

I couldnt use the ms office I purchased as Microsoft said it was 2010 version and not supported and was unable to use it on my laptop. Waste of money and time unfortunately.

The download was two-stage and complicated. Get a product key and then phone for another product key. The installation then worked OK until a WIndows update arrived and I tried to install it. Failed! Recovered to last stable point. Next Windows update failed completely and I had to return to factory settings. Advised it was likely to be caused by conflict with the new Office software. Didn't reinstall it and bought a new package direct from Microsoft. All working OK now. Waste of £20 + time.

Was sceptical at first due to the low price for office 2019, but would highly recommend this product. Received the code within minutes, activation was easy using the on-line guidance.
