Pretty straightforward. Ran into a little problem, I did not follow the e-mail instruction and entered the activation code without first uninstalling Office 365. After I uninstalled Office 365, I proceed to download O2021, entered the activation code. All set! This is product is not a scam...LOL Just follow the instructions in the e-mail to activate!

I have no idea what all the talk is about having to uninstall any MS software first before this will successfully load on your machine. I had MS office on my old machine and recently purchased a Dell All In One Inspiron. It came preloaded with the MS $99 option--no thank you. When scanning the internet looking for deals I came across this website. There were a number of reviewers who were claiming scam. Like any tech product I'm sure there were some hiccups and for some folks, they just immediately went to 'scam'. Then there are the folks who claimed it was a technical nightmare to get it installed. I absolutely believe them. But for me, I did not have to uninstall the existing MS office software, I simply followed the link I was provided by the seller, inputted the product key, and was off and running. Total set up time, LESS THAN ONE MINUTE. No problems. Maybe I'm just lucky! Would buy from this seller again.

BEWARE GUYS As with other people's experiences, I think I have been scammed. 1) The product key I am trying to enter does not work. 2) Nobody has ever answered my emails over the last few months 3) Live Chat never works 4) I have called numerous times but the receptionists keep saying someone will call me back, they never do Now, IF someone from Softmall reads this and pretends to write a "sorry for this situation" response, I will know it's all nonsense UNLESS something is actually done to HELP me. Will you be able to contact me back, Softmall? If so, how can I contact you/you contact me? Currently you do not know who I am/my order.

I have purchased a MS Office Pro 2021 license with Softmall. When I apply the license, it says the License is no longer valid and it seems these guys have forged me. I mailed them couple of times with the exact error I received, there is no response. I called them couple of times and they keep saying that Technical team is busy and they will call back, but they never called me back. There is no response from them, means the money is not going to be refunded as well. In conclusion, they have cheated me. So please don't believe in this company for purchasing any softwares.

Brought Microsoft Office (product key) from these in October. A few days ago it randomly stopped working, after an hour on the phone to Microsoft, they finally figured out it was the product key, the same one had been sold to multiple people so didn't work anymore. I emailed softmall, no reponse, rang softmall, they said they'd call me back. Never did. No options for a refund or anything. EDIT- Their reply is also lies, no one has contacted me.

Great price for the 2021 Office and Home product. It was an easy download process from the Microsoft website, and the product key worked perfectly. Very happy and certainly recommend.
