We had to wait 1hour 25 mins in the car park at 2am in the morning after notifying the company that we had arrived From abroad,the manager was rude, the vehicle arrived with mud on all tyres and generally very dirty and dusty all over, like it had been parked in a farm, stay away very un professional, would never use again

Hi We used the above survive for meet and greet at Heathrow terminal 5 On 24/8/2022 we called half hour before , but the guy called Rahul( thats what he told is name was) reached after 45 minutes. I asked why he was late , he said, so what people are waiting since 1 hour . I asked what does that mean? He said i would refund you the money , give car to some one else and he walked away from the car, refused to take the car( while we as family had to board the plane in 2 hour). I had no option but to apologize for his mistake . Thats so rude and unprofessional behavior. On 29/8/2022 We took picture of mileage on 25 /8 showing still petrol for 305 miles, on 29/8 there was petrol for only 47 miles . I had to rush to nearest petrol pump with my family,as i needed to drive to colchester . This is grossly unacceptable. The whole trust just vanishes . I called back the guy the same time I realised, he very rudely said ITS too Late CAll us tomorrow? I am not sure who else to complaint, but I would not sit still till some one answers why this kind of parking services are even allowed . No paperwork involved, the guy who dropped car , just disappeared within few seconds of handing over the keys /. Regards Black Nisan Juke

If I could give zero stars then I would. This was by far THE WORST service I have ever received, hands down. Nothing else even comes close. They were an hour late in picking the car up, even though we gave them ore than the required notice. Then, what they don't advise is that they meet you in the Gatwick multi-storey car park AND EXPECT YOU TO PAY FOR THE TIME SPENT THERE WHEN DROPPING OFF AND COLLECTING YOUR CAR! If this was blatantly advertised then people would realise it's probably cheaper (and easier) to just park at Gatwick. When we came home from our holiday. I called them with an hour's notice. We arrived at the collection point only to find more than 10 other couples/families waiting for their cars. (One of the drivers had crashed another families car so they were speaking to police and insurance companies at the same time.). After waiting another hour I was told my car would be 15 minutes. After 15 minutes I called back and was told another 15 mins. After 15 mins I called back and was told that they cant find my keys. After 15 minutes I called back and was told it would be 15 mins. After 15 mins I called back and they stopped answering my calls. I used someone else's phone and they said it would be 15 mins. In total I waited around 4 hours at Gatwick (from around Midnight to 4am) before I decided to check the North Terminal. I drove there from the South and found my car dumped there wit the keys on the tyre. I was promised a discount but they don't respond to emails or phone calls. I will never use this service again and I strongly advise everyone else to avoid this at all costs. Pay for the airport parking. It may be a little bit more expensive but ultimately a lot less painful. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

Being Irish I am used to bad language however I was absolutely shaken by the obscenities that were shouted at me down the phone when I called after 40 minutes of waiting. They then proceeded to ignore my calls or hang up. When the bloke who had a go at me realised I was not the person he thought I was he profusely apologised, but at that point I realised that they were full of it. 1hr later our car was delivered having been parked out on a main road (we have a tracker) & we think the windows were left open as items in the car were wet. Long stay would have been a better option for my £125. Don’t go near this meet & greet!

Can only agree with the previous reviews. Waited for over an hour, communication virtually non existent, shambolic procedures, no visible person available to help…. . Others had it much worse. Reading other reviews now waiting with trepidation for fines for illegal parking. Gatwick Airport Get rid of them… you shouldn’t be allowing them to associate with you.

DISGUSTING COMPANY! Do not use!! They took our car (firstly late to pick it up) and then drove over 200 miles whilst we were away on holiday with car that we ENTRUSTED them with. They also drove the car in the terminal area which has now resulted in a fine!!! Will be reporting them to a service agency! Needs to get shut down.

Rude staff when we dropped off, car had been driven 96 miles while it was with them! Car skinks of cigarette smoke and BO and we found packet of sweats that weren’t ours! When we tried to complain no one answered the phone!! How can this company be allowed to operate and how can they be on comparison websites! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Came back from hols at 1am (so a bit tired) and phoned Skylink to bring our car. Told it would be twenty mins. After an hour we phoned and they said our car was 7/8 mins away. After another half hour passes we phone again. We were told 4 minutes away and they slammed phone down on us. Finally arrived after two hours (now 3am). Driver didn’t care and pretended he didn’t speak English. Don’t use!

Who is their ombudsman? I am fed up of chasing for a refund! These clowns should not even exist! I sent 55 emails over the course of 4 months and no response!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - booked through EzyBook who say they use quality suppliers, what does that say about them?? Skylink are the worst car parking company I have ever used. They lose your car, use it while you are away and steel your items. Why are Gatwick Airport still allowing them on site??

Terrible...car delivered to wrong terminal at Gatwick. Lied where it was for 2 hours. We had to go and find it. Promised refund, nothing received. How can they gey away with this level of service?

DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They are very rude, made us wait over 3 hours for our car to be returned, called me a F**king B***h twice, as I was upset my husband took over the call, to be called a F**king C**t ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! I called the police who have explained how we can take the matter further, also informed Gatwick Parking hopefully they can get these scammers closed down!! I want a full refund within the next few days!!!

Rude people and big liars! They don't bother to pick up the phone...and when they do(after 20 phone calls) they are rude and ironic(when i told him i've been waiting for about an hour now the guy answered: your car do not fly....i can arange to take longer). I ended up waiting 2 hours with my 18 months child ... Disgusting service...disgusting people!

This is from far the 💩est company and experience i ever had in an airport. PLEASE EVERYONE AVOID this 🐕💩 company and people. Please save yourself some time and read other people reviews before you buy. I hope someone catch the scamers who runs this 💩 and break his neck. I will report to airport and police as well.

If I could leave a zero-star review, I would. The worst (not) meet & (not) greet company I've ever dealt with. We informed them of our change of return terminal in advance of flying, and then twice more when we landed. They told us to go to the car park and then after half an hour got a call saying they were in the other terminal, wouldn't bring the car to our location and that if I didn't like it then he was leaving and it would take 'five hours to get your car back'. We trekked to the other terminal to find the driver had left the car and gone, with the keys on him. Managed to get him back to us after much wrangling, whereupon he was extremely rude and, frankly, if I'd not had my kids with me, I'd have given him a clip. Avoid at all costs.

Please see below a copy of my complaint: "I am writing to complain regarding the service we received and damages to my vehicle. I expect full reimbursement including the additional expenses as you did not fulfil the agreed contract and compensation for the works needed to fix my car. Firstly, whilst enroute to Gatwick airport before departure, I called your line [07707675611], and was told the driver would be waiting in the designated car park ((Car Park 6 Level 5). When we arrived, there was no one there to meet us so I called and was told they were on their way, still no one came so I called again and was told they had just left. Still no one turned up but we saw another of your employees waiting for a car to arrive who advised his pick up hadn't arrived so he would take ours. He then advised we had to pay the £5 car parking fee which was not disclosed to us prior to booking. Not a great start to our experience with your company, we paid for a meet and greet service so this fee should have been included in the total price. Upon our return to Gatwick after our trip, I called when we landed so that the driver would be waiting for us at the designated car park and were told that they would send a driver with the car. Again, no one turned up. My partner and I called countless times and were told a number of lies. "5 minutes away, " "10 minutes away, " "they are on their way." Your employee also hung up the phone on us a few times and ignored our calls purposely, we know this because my number started to be ignored and when my partner called instead from her line, he answered, incredibly rude and unprofessional. In total, my partner and I made 20 calls to your company and we have phone records to prove this. After waiting ​approx 1 hour and 15 minutes, we were basically told your car won't start so you need to make your own way to the hotel to sort it out yourself. I was understandably unhappy that we had been fobbed off for ages and left standing outside in the cold late at night after our travels, let alone that my car had been left in perfect working order and after a few days in your care, would not start. I called back and requested that you pick us up, as per our agreement, and take us to the car. After going back and forth for a while, your employee told us they would send someone to get us and yet again, no one turned up. We both continued to call and be hung up on by your rude and beyond unhelpful employee, he eventually told us that you aren't insured to pick people up in your vehicles so we would have to get a taxi. I queried what was actually wrong with the car and asked if it had been jump started, I was told they had tried to jumpstart the car and it wouldn't work.​ We had to pay £15.50 for a taxi to the Best Western and was greeted by a hotel employee who advised that this is a regular occurrence for your company and happens all the time. Customers are not picked up and left stranded so he is having to sort out your mess. I found my car in the car park as no one from your company was around. As per the attached photos, the lights had been left on so the battery had drained and the bumper had been damaged whilst in your care. We were still calling and were told numerous times that someone was on their way and are 10 minutes away. We were on the verge of reporting the car as stolen as you were in effect refusing to return the key and we were unable to go anywhere or do anything. Another of your employees turned up, typically not the man we had been dealing with so I assume he sent someone else as he couldn't face the chaos he had caused. Once we had the key, I called to confirm you had left the lights on, we have evidence of this and that your company is liable. Their response was "the car is automatic" i.e. the lights should have turned off on their own. The car is not automatic, the lights do not turn off on their own, and this statement in itself is an admission to fault. After waiting hours for the recovery company to come, another of your employees turned up in a van and confirmed the same version of events as the hotel worked, this always happens to customers. He had jump leads and jumpstarted the car, as your employees should have done hours before. The pickup time was 11pm and we were not able to leave until 5:10am the following morning, absolute shambles. If we do not receive the above within 5 working days, we will be taking legal action against your company. I would also like to make you aware we will be writing a full review on Trust Pilot and notifying Gatwick Airport of how your company operates to make everyone aware and avoid going through the same experience we did with Skyline."

Dreadful experience using this company at Gatwick. Phoned ahead to give 30 minutes notice and then had to wait nearly an hour to be met. Made numerous calls to the mobile number to check on progress and the response was curt and rude. Eventually the representative turned up. I had to pay the additional parking charge as we had been there so long. When I went to pay, the representative swore at my son and the other customer who had the same experience. On our return to the UK, we phoned when in baggage reclaim and still had to wait a further hour when we got to the car park for the car to come. No apology offered. I contacted the company requesting my additional parking charges were refunded and to request an apology for my son as to the way he was spoken to. Eventually, after a month, I got offered a free car wash as compensation, when I used them again. Well that's not going to be happening after this experience.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !! absolute cowboys , picked up my car was 45 mins waiting at airport , was told blocked in by another car and had lost the key !! when car arrived a very young man didnt look old enough to drive a car!! and after inspection of the car it has SCRATCHES ALL DOWN THE SIDE OF IT ! was told oh sorry don't have any paperwork to claim and now will not return my calls or email to customer service email !! complete cowboy outfit DO NOT TRUST AT ANY COST Gatwick and Heathrow parking

This is a terrible company. They took 50 minutes to deliver the car on return. We phoned them after 30 minutes to ask when it was coming and the laughed, said others were waiting over an hour and hung up. They ignored our calls after that. They were rude, they didn't pay the parking fee so that was an extra £10. Never ever book this company. They are cowboys.
