On arrival at the airport I gave them the recommended half hour notice and then waited for four and half hours for my car to be dropped off. Terrible communication and one of the drivers even got in a huge argument and a fight with another customer. My car was returned eventually with nearly 40 miles on the clock and it was filthy. Terrible, Do not use this parking service

One of the worst company I ever dealt with. I booked and drop my car to them on 26/08/2022 until 04/09/2022. I was wait 1.5 hour to get my car on my return. And the socking, that I received parking fine from NCP yesterday that I have unpaid parking while my car was in their possession. When, I called them up, the staff were extremely rude!!! Hang the phone on me. They are not taking any responsibility and called me a 'Big Man'! No customer service at any level. So shocking this kind of companies are on the market! I will raise a formal complaint to every relevant parties, regulators I can.

I had to wait three hours for my car despite being told continually that it was on its way. In fact, it had never moved and I was eventually taken to what resembled a bomb site. The staff were liars, rude, disinterested and insolent. The company should be closed down as they give Gatwick a very bad reputation. Readers, absolutely do NOT book with Skylink.

DO NOT USE- I used these crooks for parking at Heathrow.. it was a total nightmare. Drop off was a nightmare.. they kept us waiting ages and we then had to take the car to terminal 3 and we were in terminal 2 ( I had booked T2 drop off) they accused me of being rude when I called numerous times to ask where they were. Pick up- we waited 2 hours for the car! I again called numerous times to be fobbed off by being told they would be there in 10 mins. I am now terrified I will get a parking ticket or speeding fine whilst I was on holiday having read other reviewers comments… god knows where my car was taken/ stored or used. Absolute crooks. Disgusting service.

Its a shame this sight doesn't have a zero star rating as this company is the most abusive, incompetent, crooked, lying bunch of morons I have ever dealt with not only did they lose my car but cost me approx £1400 in taxis hotel, car hire and loss of earnings. They are so ignorant as they don't answer the phone tell you to "shut the f**** up lady" when you complain. I witnessed several people at the airport threatening to punch their faces in. I witnessed one member of their staff shout in a ladies face whilst being approx 4 inches away. I had to contact the police to get my car back. Gatwick want as many people as possible to report to trading standards because they want to get rid of them. Their company director is called Saleem Begum Tassadaq company registration number 13527879. They are a repulsive company and all the staff are repulsive. Do yourselves a favour and never even consider using this bunch of crooks !!

0 stars terrible experience. First arrived back to gatwick then was told our car had broken down. So we have to pay to get breakdown recovery. Then one of theirs guys mentioned that some of the employees they have had recently have been accidentally leaving lights on all the time. At first they wouldn’t give us an address to even go and see the car for ourselves. After half an hour of fighting them we finally got a postcode for where the car is stored which by the way is RH6 8QF which is a run down hotel called best Weston skyline hotel. This is their so called secure sight. We had to get and pay for a taxi to take us there. Quite frankly we were completely shocked at what we saw, most cars were parked into each other touching bumper to number plate or into a fence or tree. Glass all over the floor with broken bits of badges, number plates and glass all over. I have photos and would love to let the owners know of the cars with the damage we saw. Our car was parked right up against a fence but they managed to move the car next to it and pull in a car that we could jump start ours with. Turns out it was a flat battery, after looking around the car we realised the inside drivers light was left on. I can’t believe this company gets away with damaging our cars and not having to take any responsibility for it, we are meant to be able to trust them and what they do, but most of these owners wouldn’t know what has happened to their car in the time they are away. Some of the things we saw would be classed as an accident and insurance companies would need to know but that still comes out of our pocket and not the companies!! Shocked of the paid service!!!

This company is criminal and it’s an outrage that Heathrow / Gatwick allow them to use their car parks for meet and greet. The Police aren’t interested and Heathrow hasn’t responded to my complaint which indicates why this rogue company is still operating. There is an official Skylink meet and greet which warns on its website not to book Skylink through websites such as Ezybook because you get taken to the website of the scam Skylink company. They lost our keys and left our car in a hotel car park for two weeks so we will be soon be getting a penalty notice from the car park owners. We had to pay for a taxi to get us to where the car had been dumped after returning from holiday and after they sent a dodgy locksmith who couldn’t get in to our car to get our spare keys we had to get the AA out. If was more than five hours before we could drive off after being ready to collect our car and we now have to buy new keys. I’m just relieved we had spare keys with us. Obviously this company promised us to to reimburse all costs and refund the original charge but now don’t respond to our calls / emails. I recommend to anyone caught out by these criminals to make a chargeback request to their bank / card provider to get their money back. This is what Citizens Advice Bureau recommends. We have also reported this company to Trading Standards and complained to Ezybook.

I used this company recently for my Heathrow car parking & found their service very shocking & concerning. While returned from my holiday I was awaiting nearly 40 minutes for my car though I was assured car will be with me in next 10-15 minutes. Once I received my car I found it complete mess, the driver left the empty yogurt box inside my car & remove my baby’s car seat from the rear seat and left it in the car trunk. When I started the car, I have found out my fuel reserve is on emergency though my fuel tank was almost full when I drop off the car. I immediately called the customer service & they assured me will call back after speaking to the driver. Afterwards I received TWO PARKING & ONE SPEEDING PENALTY charge notice issued for the use of my car while I WAS ON HOLIDAY. I sent them several emails & tried to reach by phone but there are no response as of yet!! Please avoid this Parking company as it seems to me they are scammer!!

We use meet & greets quite often and have never had a problem until I came across Skyline. As per usual I called when I picked up my baggage only to find out that they had lost my car keys and to get alternative mode of transport home and they would reimburse the expenses. As i live 200 miles from Gatwick we decided to rent the cheapest available car whilst we sorted out the replacement car keys. Two days later they rang and good news they found the keys and they were going to drive my car to where i lived and take back the hired car. Sure enough after every day calling them up they never turned up saying they were too busy so after 8 days we had to make the trip all the way to Gatwick to pick up my car and drop off the rental. This was just the beginning - now came the saga of collecting the car hire and other expenses incurred. After so many phone calls where i was getting no where I went the the email route and to this day zero response. These guys are a sham and astounded they are still in business

I booked a drop off at T5 via Ezybook, and pre alerted them with the requested call. their line was crackling and the person answered could not really speak English clearly and they were very rude. After telling me several times that they were 10 minutes away/customers have to wait 30 minutes. They were so late that they asked me to leave the car keys on top of the front tire at the T5 parking. They eventually picked up my car 30 minutes later with the car left unattended. To make it better after they picked up the car they drove to T4 and did not pay the access fee, resulting in a fine. they day after they drive my car again to T5 without paying the access fee and incurring in another fine. Ezybook denies responsibility, Skylink does not respond. DON'T USE THEM. I have reported them to Heathrow, Apcoa and the Police.

Do not book through "compare parking deals" in case you end up using Skylink Parking. Rang them 4 times to chase up whereabouts of vehicle, told it would be 30 mins, then 10/15, then 10/15 again, the last call he said it had a flat battery as was an old car! I told him that was a lie as battery was new, he put phone down on me. When car finally arrived after 75 minutes, the wipers were broken and they'd disconnected the dash cam. Staff at pick up point wouldn't take responsibility, another user was asked to pay £15 cash as due to delays had gone past midnight, even though delay was due to them. Use at own peril!

minus 10 is not available minus 10 is not available - worst company ever - will not take responsibility for their actions - avoid at all costs - EZYbook only takes the booking then washes their hands as they give it to skylinkparking - they are rude will not answer your questions - if you lost property or had property taken - mileage added to your car - keys lost you have to collect the car yourself - they will not care ever Unable to give minus ten I was the Lady… Unable to give minus ten I was the Lady with Jo’s review, she was lucky, after waiting for 3 hrs to have my car returned, was told they lost my key, go home in a taxi come back with spare key. Managed to get spare key to Heathrow they gave me the post code where it was at a hotel parked, waiting for parking bill on that one, covered in bird you know what, things moved around in car, cable missing, 190 miles extra on clock. This has been reported to the police still waiting for a response and refund money for new key. Utterly useless company- avoid at all costs Date of experience: 29 August 2022

Returned from our holiday and waited 2 hours before our car was dropped off to us. My wife and I were being fobbed off by the following excuses in this order. 1. The driver is stuck in traffic (19.30 on a Friday) understandable but when I looked on RAC Travel Report App this was not true. 2. The new Operations Manger has lost your keys and did I have a spare set. I live in Bath and don't carry 2 sets of car keys with me. 3. Sorry Sir we have your keys but your vehicle has been blocked in by 5 other cars. 4. Car on its way but heavy traffic again. Car finally arrived 2 hours later at 21.30. Driver explained we may get a refund if we went through the the complaints process. Wife wrote a polite complaint via email and received a response 2weeks later explaining that someone is investigating. Never received a reply by email so used the complaints line phone number where my wife was abused over the phone. I phoned said complaints phone number and received the same treatment. To cap it all I had £10 worth of coins stolen which I purposely hid away. My conclusion is that my car was used by Skylink for their own personal use or for ferrying their drivers as the mileage was more than the 7 miles away in the compound by some 60 miles. My advice is DO NOT USE this corrupt sham of a company. My next stop is BBC's Watchdog so that the whole nation will know NOT TO USE SKYLINK.

After returning back to Heathrow and contacting them my car actually arrived to the short stay car park before I did with our suitcases, now a week and a half later I know why, they had parked it on the Marriott hotel Heathrow car park that I have now received a £100 parking charge notice for. How do people like that continue to be in business. booked through ezybook car parking who basically take no responsibility for anything that has happened even though they advertise and sell on behalf of this company. I would honestly avoid both as neither are interested in helping. wish id seen all these reviews 6 weeks ago when I booked it. only good thing is i know that the car wasn't joy ridden as it was parked in the hotel car park for 341 hours and was dropped there just after they collected it from me and was only picked back up just before they brought it back. so many con men in the world.

Awful company and service! Driver arrived late and then proceeded to argue with me telling me I was lucky he even turned up! Reported this incident twice and had no reply back from the company. I then received a parking fine 3 weeks later informing me that my car had been parked illegally for the duration of my trip away! I'm now contacting them for payment of the fine and a full refund. Wished I had done a little more research before booking these clowns! Stay away!

Absolutely do not use this company. The staff are rude, they insisted we paid an additional £15 when we arrived back due to out flight being delayed by 1 hour, when i said we only had £10, he took that but provided no receipt. He held the keys until we paid him. The car had obviously been used as the lights had been interferred with and the radio station turned over. My mum has very limited mobility but he didn't know where the car was and we had to walk around looking for it. Absolutely fuming. I've put in a complaint so I'll see what happens

AVOID**AVOID**AVOID** They will steal your car, drive it 236 miles, damage it, and then refuse to give you their insurance details! I booked through what i believed to be a reputable company affiliated with Gatwick airport - what a mistake. When i arrived i was handed their terms and conditions on a piece of paper. Only once the person had driven off in my car was i able to read it, but it was too late. Their ‘T&C’s’ are littered with spelling mistakes, and basically every single clause means that they are pretty much allowed to do what they want with your car and are not liable for anything. Having read this, I called them within 5 minutes and told them I did not accept their terms and conditions and to bring my car back immediately. I was told it would be brought back to level 5 in carpark 6. Upon my return from holiday 5 days later my car was missing. I called them and within 20 minutes it was returned. I asked them why it had been taken in the first place but was ignored. The car was damaged – dents and scratches on the front bumper and the back bumper was completely cracked. The car had also been driven 236 miles! I called the police and let them know that technically the car had been taken without my consent and complained to the company. To this day, they have still not responded and are refusing to give me their insurance details so I have no way of reporting it or trying to claim back for the damages. They are operating a completely illegal outfit. PLEASE AVOID AND IF YOU’VE SUFFERED THE SAME TREATMENT CONSIDER TAKING THEM TO A SMALL CLAIMS COURT LIKE I AM DOING CURRENTLY.

This is the worst company I have come across in any sphere of life. Even if it costs double or triple to use another I would recommend doing it, and will myself. They are not fit for purpose and should be shut down (which I will try to do).

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! After ringing 27 times prior to arriving at the airport, I turned up in the short stay car park in the hope a member of staff might be there and no surprise there wasn’t. Finally someone answered the mobile phone number and i was told to wait there. As I was waiting, 2 lovely families informed me they had been waiting 4 hours for their car to be returned and at this point doubted they would ever get their cars back. They told me to avoid them and find somewhere Else to park. Not ideal at 5 in the morning and a flight to catch but luckily I didn’t leave my car with them but no one bothered to ring to ask where I was waiting which says a lot! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
