Please AVOID at all costs!! I left my car for 1 week at Heathrow airport. I was initially messed around when I landed as to where to meet the driver in order to get my car back. When I eventually found my car the driver was not there and had left my car key on my tire. My car was filthy, smelt of cigarettes and they completely used all my diesel. I rang them as couldn’t believe what had happened. The man that answered the phone was rude and found it funny. It was an absolute disgraceful service. It is obvious that my car had been used throughout the week that I was away as they had connected 5 phones to my car and the seats were filthy. I can’t believe this has happened. I would absolutely NEVER park my car at the airport with them again. I booked with Ezybook online who act as agents for Skyline parking services.

AVOID this company at all costs. They are rude & unprofessional. They did not collect our car when stated had to keep calling & then they just cut us off. When we collected our car we were waiting ages to find that our car had arrived even before I called them. When we got to our car it was absolutely filthy. They are supposed to be looking into my complaint but heard nothing from them for over 2 weeks - absolutely disgusting service

Absolutely shocking. Over an hour late to pick up car when arriving at Heathrow, with the privilege of paying nearly £12 parking ticket. Didn’t get any better on returning to pick thecar up . We waited over 2 hrs and numerous phone calls with each time calling they told us 10 more minutes. We thought we’d got away quite lightly after reading the horror stories of some of the reviews. A week and a half later a parking fine drops through the door. They parked our car at the Marriott hotel for the two weeks we were away costing us a fine of £100. How do these scamming Ba@@##€S keep getting away with it. And today 17/10/22. We get another ticket!!!! Stating we were in two places at once . There are no words. I hope trading standards are looking into this shoddy scummy outfit.

Do not use this company under any circumstances!!! We had to wait 3 hours for our car on return and every time we called to ask where it was, we were told it was 10 minutes away! This went on for 3 hours!!! When the car eventually arrived it stunk of smoke so my partner asked the driver if he had been smoking in it, his reply was 'do you want to fight me bruv'!!!!!! We then got in the car and the power steering was broken so god knows what they had been doing with the car!! Heard nothing back from them after complaining so you can tell that this terrible service is normal!!! Please do not use!

AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! My car was parked at the Marriott hotel by this company, during my time away. I have now received a parking fine I am having to appeal because they illegally parked my car there!! Not only that it took them nearly 2 hours to pick up and deliver my car to me. Absolutely disgraceful, how are they still operating at this airport?!

We booked with parking deals Ltd but there are a number of different names all run by the same people. It was a terrible experience. We booked south terminal but when we got through to the number to inform them we were on our way they told us to go to north terminal as the south terminal was closed which was not true. Upon return we rang 20 times before getting through.we were told it would be 40 minutes. When I told them I was at the agreed place in south terminal the person on the phone just kept shouting north terminal at me. We then went there and 2 hours later the car was returned. The car was in an awful state with mud in the back footwells as well as the front and the boot. It was obvious that it had been used.when you complain you are given a phone number and e mail address but then any complaints are just ignored. These people shouldn’t be allowed to operate.

This company shouldn’t even exist! They’ve been late to collect my car and they have been late to give me my car back. I’ve almost lost my flight for my outbound and I had to wait 1h and 30 minutes before I managed to get my car back! DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM as they are unbelievably unreliable! Tried to phone multiple times and most of the times they put the phone down on me or told me lies that my car was on its way when instead I had to way way too long. They might even use the car for their own activities as I have washed my car before leaving it and the back mats were all dirty when I collected back! Even if towards regular parking you pay more, just do so as these people should close this business which I am quite surprised is still running. Not even mentioning there was a woman who couldn’t collect her vehicle because they’ve lost her keys!!! Absolutely disgusting!

Should be no stars. Shockingly bad. When I politely asked for an update on the delivery of my car I was told to f..k off and told now my car will be another hour because I phoned up. It turned up an hour later. Another person was waiting 4 hours and another person was given her car key told the car was in the car park but not sure what level? These people should be in business.

DO NOT USE THIS DODGY COMPANY I found this company to be absolutely and totally dis organised and dishonest they took ages to collect the car no paperwork no uniform no care bad attitudes zero customer service When my car was eventually returned to pick up point over 2 hours after the agreed time the driver gave me the key my car was covered in mud outside however when I looked inside there were muddy footprints all over the drivers side including door card and centre console and more than that it was the same in the passenger side my car had travelled 26 miles so clearly being used by the drivers while it was in their care when I complained to the drop off driver she disappeared and no other drivers around or identifiable when I called the number to complain I was hung up on I have sent a number of complaints to the company to no avail I received a basic answer to say sorry for my inconvenience DO NOT USE THIS DODGY COMPANY PAY A BIT MORE AND USE A REPUTABLE ONE

That should be zero stars! Gatwick airport should NOT permit this company to work there. Nearly made us miss our plane, sworn at down the phone. Made to wait 2 hours for them to collect, and another hour on arrival. They kept hanging up, or swearing down the phone. Eventually they told me the car was already there, in which it was, parked in a disabled bay with the keys hidden. The worst experience and customer service I’ve ever received. Absolute no chance of a refund, so will be visa disputing

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Car took 2 hours to be brought to us. When we got in it had been driven around 200 miles and the passenger seat had been moved. 2 new phones were connected to the car and there was a piece of paper with a Leicestershire address on it (we had parked at Heathrow). Since returning home we have had 2 tickets that evidence they have used the car and also parked for over 24 hours at a Marriott hotel. Do NOT book through this company. When we phoned to complain they said ‘wrong number’ and hung up. Absolutely disgusting.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Regrettably I didn't see any of these reviews and used this company. They were late picking up my car, rude on the phone when I questioned where they were? I had to pay £11 for my parking ticket because they were late and they just blamed the controller. Coming back from holiday - After waiting and calling them numerous times, I was send an SMS to pickup my car. My passenger front window was smashed and the back window of my X-trail was smashed and my number plates stolen. I couldn't get to speak to anyone about this and had to Uber to get my car. I was left to deal with this after a very long flight and stranded in the Raddison Red hotel carpark. They said they reported the stolen number plates to the police but apparently didn't know about the broken windows - even thought they left my car keys on my front tyre. I was told to speak to their manager at 3pm, which didn't happen. This company should be banned from all UK airports.

Rogue rubbish, car went to wrong terminal after 1 hour left in car park with key hidden, rejected all calls, and after inspection realised car has been used, tank of petrol finished and left on reserve, over 200 miles completed in 4 days, and car left in a complete mess with rubbish and crumbs and stuff missing. never use these again.

I fail to see why Heathrow have not banned this company from offering parking services at its terminals. Regrettably we did not read reviews before we booked. Our car was used for over 200 miles of ‘private mileage’ - people had been smoking and eating in the car, it was filthy- they left the car before we got there with instructions on how to get our keys. It is not surprising as the inside was so bad we had to have it valeted the next day - and the petrol warning light said we only had 2 miles of fuel. There are no words …..

O stars I will rated . They have used my car while I was away ,spend the petrol on my car 50£ worth ,they stole the usb charger and plus they took 2 penalty’s in two different terminals . They are very rude ,don’t answer the phone they told us the car didn’t start then they left us waiting with two kids more than 3 hours .Finally they bring it back they left the keys under my car and run away . It is a scam company Avoid Avoid at all cost . i am still dealing with the penalty,no compensation and no answer back from them . Scammmers

Same experience as others. Hours of waiting, extra mileage on car, told to go to wrong terminal twice. Booked through an agent called parking4u so didn’t know who was actually doing the car parking part. Never again. Others have had worse experiences as well I have read

Do not use. Waiting for hours for the car with 2 young kids. Wish we had checked trustpilot first Rude drivers. Hanging up phone when you call them and just don't give a carrot for customer service AVOID AT ALL COSTS...

This is the worst car parking scam company My car has be severly misused, was driven more than 1500 miles, returned the car with barely any fuel to even drive to fuel station, messed with the auto connections , connected multiple bluetooth devices to car, removed baby seat and broken ISO fix mounting rear seat
