SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT USE. I paid £125 for a valet parking service for 2 weeks. They did NOT take my car out of the car park and said it was my responsibility to pay the £585 bill to remove it. When I kept calling them to sort this out they cut me off then said they would block my number if I kept calling. DO NOT USE. I have tried contacting them since - emailing and calling and they hang up when I call and do not answer emails.
Absolute scammers! Original drop off was told to ring in advance, which we did. Waited over an hour while being told 20 mins each time we called. Drop off and pickup arranged for T4. Emailed to say flights home had changed and when we called for pick up they said no record. It wasn’t just us the same thing had happened to our holiday mates. Had to stay in Heathrow hotel over night as they refused to bring our cars to us, dispute offering to get taxi to compound to pick up, and was refused. Was told next morning to go to pick up point and would be 20 minutes wait! After lots of angry phone calls and promises still no cars. We had to catch train to T2 as they said they don’t work at T4 despite picking our car up from there two weeks earlier! We now find that extra 123 miles on our clock and extra 300 on our friends car. Thieving gits must have used the cars to too and frow with other drivers. Their customer service was diabolical, staff were rude and hung up on us on several occasions. I will never use this service again and urge others not to either.

A terrible experience with Skylink. I had a my car due to be delivered a day after I gave it to them. I spoke to the controller when I landed as per the instructions. 30 minutes later - no car. I rung them and was tole the car was enroute. I waited another 30 minutes and rung again to be told the car was stuck behind 2 cars. 30 minutes later I was told this was 10 cars and they were trying to get them moved. this went on for another 2 hours. I was then questioned as to whether I had actually given the car to them in the first place. My blood was already boiling at this point and being accused of giving the car to another company. I asked them whether I had to call the police to fetch my car. Fortunately a driver who turned up to deliver a car randomly for another couple who had been waiting for two hours was able to identify where my car was. It was at the wrong terminal and had been there for hours with nobody the wiser for it. In my communications the controllers went from being pleasant to rude and accusatory which was shocking. I was due to run a charity event in Kent that suffered as a result of this huge delay. Their customer service was reasonably pleasant in an email response to my note but then totally non-responsive thereafter. I was promised a refund but nothing happened. I would strongly suggest that anybody wanting to use a meet and greet service to read the reviews first. This behaviour is not representative of the good providers but certainly tars the industry reputation. A totally shocking experience. Any price comparison site should vet organisations as this behaviour brings a question of trust to their business offering too. The stress these companies bring to people is very unfair and should be stopped.
My experience was similar to other peoples reviews. Called them 30 mins before arriving at Heathrow, the guy sounded stoned/asleep and was very difficult to understand. Parked up at Heathrow and couldnt get hold of them. Tried about 50 times as obviously quite stressful when I have a plane to catch. Eventually got hold of him and they arrived 30 mins later and then had the cheek to ask me to pay for the additional parking cost as I was now over the 30 min (£5 charge) that Heathrow applies. I complained and the guy just said to me that I could go with another parking company if I didnt like it. Definitely avoid.
It was just one of my worst things I had experienced in my life. They are just awful human being and I don't know why Ezybook are still listing them as an agent and why police let them acting freely like this. What saved the car and limited their behaviour is I got a puncture just before giving them my car. This is a summary of what I found so far: 1. A PCN from Heathrow airport T4 regards unpaid drop off charge which took place a whole day after I did travel. 2. A stolen leather gloves. 3. Rubbish everywhere including cigarettes rolls. 4. Almost half of the fuel I had left were used.
Awful awful company - AVOID AT ALL COST. COMPLETE SCAMMERS - was told my car would be 20 mins - I was still waiting 2 hours later. Drivers in background were abusive and for a woman on her own this is intimidating and scary. If I could have given no stars I would have done.
I don't know why the police here in UK or authorities doesn't do nothing to arrest or investigate this kind of scammers. We are so many victims of this kind of scam and no one knows how we take good care of our cars and the trauma we had. They don't give any s*h*t what's happening ,I am also a victim ! Every day so sad to hear this reviews from the other.

DO NOT USE THESE TWO COMPANIES. Booked my parking with EZY park who use a t 3rd party, SKYLINK PARKING. The day before our departure the vehicle was valeted inside & out and was spotless. On the morning of our departure my car was eventually collected after making several phone calls to a number that was not answered. I took my own pictures of the car including mileage. On our return from our trip we made contact as requested for the car to be delivered to us. We were informed that it will take 1hr 30mins !. Not happy. We waited and waited making several phones to the company who kept repeating that the driver was on his way. The car eventually turned up and was parked at the other end of the car park with the driver making a quick exit. A phone call to the company indicated that the driver had to go to the toilet quick as he didn’t want to leave a smell !!! He left the key fob on the front tyre !. My husband collected the car and brought it to where we had our baggage. It was soon noticed that all the seat belts were clipped in and the rear seat backs were in the upright position. Found in the vehicle was:- a bunch of red roses a pair of shoes a pair of gloves a box that had contained a balaclava Our sheep skin seat covers had been ripped off the headrest posts. There was Tobacco in the cup holders, seats and in the footwells. Within the tabacco there was also evidence of ‘weed’. To top all this 393 miles had been added to the vehicle leaving us with 50 miles of fuel left in the tank. Police informed on the day. Insurance solicitors involved. I do NOT recommend anyone to use these two companies at any cost.
They used my car and I got a parking fine for the middle of the night at Heathrow I was away on holiday! Never book with these!
Scammers! Damage my car and denying all responsibility.
Where to even begin. Called 30mins prior to arriving to confirm that the drop off point was at passenger drop off, they confirmed. Got to passenger drop off and told us to go to short stay level 3 and park anywhere (never been told by any meet and greet Company to park anywhere. Got to short stay called again and they told me to leave the keys in the car and they will collect (alarm bells started to ring in my head) the guy sounded like he was asleep or stoned. We arrived at the right time and told us someone would be there in 30mins. The fact they told me to leave my car keys in the car and someone will collect it just thought that doesn't make any sense who would leave their keys in an unlocked car just like that??? Read recent reviews straight away and ended up taking my car to long stay. Couldn't risk something awful happening and the stress that would come with it. if you're reading this review AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
Stole all fuel from car, clocked up 250 miles while we were away and today recieved a £100 parking fine DO NOT USE
I wish I came here and checked the reviews. What a waste of a company. Left my car for 2 weeks, came home at 3am at Gatwick and they left the back passenger window open where my daughters car seat is, happened to rain whilst we were away, the seat was soaking wet even showed the attendant and he said write a complaint. After 2/3 emails back and forth they have now stopped replying. The cost of the car cleaning and car seat but besides that driving over 2 hours at 3am with my 5 year old not in a car seat is a danger hazard. Don’t bother they don’t reply. Disgusting service. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, their arrogance is unbelievable...aside from making us wait over 2 hours to collect our car on return from our holiday and their 24/7 phone number being turned off, i also have proof from the app for my car that they drove my car when moving it to the parking area at over 120 mph....unbelievable.....oh and illegal and total disrespect for the paying customer......when challenged 2 weeks ago they said they are looking into it but after several chase up emails they are now ignoring me....not surprised......well done..!!!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Left my car with these cowboys for a week at Gatwick Airport and during the time they had my car they clocked up over 50miles and used a quarter of a tank of diesel. My car has a tracker and I can see that it was used in the middle of the week overnight. They had clearly gone through everything in the glove box as everything was moved. Absolutely fuming.
All of the appalling reviews here are true. Late collection, very late delivery, ignored by customer services since. Do not use!
