Waited 1h45 for the car and then received a fine for wrong parking whilst the car was with them!
I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for my car to be returned. They gave false information about why it was late each time. DO NOT USE THEM.
Skylink used my car while I was on holiday and have racked up penalty notices by using the car. False advertisement stating they they will be locking your car in their premises. Avoid using at all costs!
We were on time to drop off, but received a call from company telling they were very busy and instead of dropping at terminal to wait at our hotel. We had planned to drop off luggage prior to going to hotel. The hotel only has a 20 minute waiting time. The collector arrived an hour later, so we incured a parking fee. On our return we phoned after collecting our baggage. We said we were on our way to the car park level 2 as per the instructions. We were advised that they were very busy and we needed to wait at the terminal until we got a call from the collector. 45 minutes after our first call we received the call to say he was on his way. He appologised and paid the exit fee. He was very pleasant, but that did not make up for the delay. We use meet and greet for the convenience, on this occasion it would have been quicker to use park and ride,and a lot cheaper. This is the worse service we have received and have been using m&g for 20 years.
Poor. It's says running every 20 mins. Really.
This is a scam, no carpark located a postcode provided and telephone number to call on arrival does not work.
This company can Improve its image by closing down, but then these scammers will probably pop up somewhere else. DO NOT USE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR.........
They will use your vehicle, my vehicle was driven around 330 miles in 5 days, tank was empty, rear new tyres were replaced with older one.
Where shell I start from... 1 star is even too much for them! They came to pick my car up from drop off point at Heathrow Airport I rang them 20mins before I got to the airport paid £5 for the pick up drop of parking still had to wait atleast another 15/20 mins for thier driver to pick up my car. Back on my arrival from my hoilday I rang them 20mins before we got to the car park at paid for the £5 parking had to wait another 1hr and 50mins in the cold car park after ringing them numerous times and messaging as they could not find my car! Even then their driver took the car to the wrong terminal due to lack of communication 🙄 between him and their company however after nearly 2hrs of waiting finally got my car car only to find out that the full was run down low on my car and an additional 122 miles were on the trip meter on my car these people think they can take costumers for mugs! When I got back after the stress of having to wait for my car and tired kids with me were tired and stressed I emailed ezybooking and told my concern to them as it was booked through them they didn't get back to me then I traced the company which it was booked with Skylink parking I sent emails along with the mileage pics before I left my car also car parking tickets which were for Hilton hotel left in my car stating the car was used in my absence with my consent and as being a non smoker ash was dropped on the driver side carpet with a burn mark on it a person called dwayne from costumer service contacted me via emailed me giving his apologies and said car should not have been used like it was as its against company policy and said we will find out and compensate me which they never did after a few emails backwards and forth I realised they just fobbing me off so I put in a claim through my credit card company a week later I received a £100 fine as thier driver went through the barrier when he went to the wrong terminal tailgating another car out to dodge a small parking fee. I had to email the car parking at Heathrow stating I was not driving my car at the time and to check cctv footage which they must have realised as i paid the parking at terminal 1 on arrival. Eventually I got my money back from the credit card claims team because they didn't provide service which they agreed to under the 75 act avoid this company they are totally unprofessional always take pics of your cars and mileage at airport car parks before handing them your keys!!!...
Ordered on November 13th 2022 never received the item. Emailed company to find out where the order is. They replied weeks later stating that it’s still on its way and to wait a little longer. I got 2 emails this morning (Jan 2nd 2023) stating “Hi,Sorry for keeping you waiting for so long.your order has been packed and shipped and is being delivered to its destination. your order has been shipped, your tracking number is LB016509710CN Please check through the website: XYZ Have a good week. Kind Regards Customer Service Center” Ridiculous company
Wish I had read these reviews before booking. This company has no integrity, ethics or the remotest sense of customer care - I would go as far as saying they are just thiefs. I echo every single comment on here and can only hope that they go out of business through people not using them. Returned my car totally empty of any fuel, empty drinks bottles in the boot and spilled food in the front seat. Denied all knowledge and asked me to prove it. Even after receiving a ticket showing my car re-entering the Heathrow drop-off zone whilst I was on holiday they have remained silent and refused to acknowledge they used it. I contacted the airport authorities who were useless and said they cannot control who uses their car parks. I contacted the police who said no crime has been committed and I would need to sue them in a civil case and I contacted the data commissioner when Skylink simply ignored my GDPR request to show the chain of custody on my car, but there is little they can do. This company is a leech on society and know that no-one wants to drag them through a civil court over a tank of petrol or internal clean
If there were black-holes as opposed to stars, the they'd get 5 ••••• of these. Who 'they' is, is not all clear: Skylink/GoParknfly/EZBooking Impossibly long and and confusing drop off instructions. 12 unanswered calls as we were trying to leave the car and keys with someone A reluctant, non-native English speaker, with no obvious list of what he was expecting Forced to buy a £8 parking ticket Frantically running for the plane after one hour of faffing around 19 miles put on the clock at pick up Five weeks later, an NCP parking penalty notice for the car at a time 7 hours after we'd left it and in a different part of Gatwick parking. We were safely abroad by then! Trying to transfer responsibility for the parking penalty proved impossible - each of the five parties suggesting someone else to contact. £170 later, my highly reluctant, without prejudice, payment has at least stopped this nightmare!
WORST SERVICE EVER. They took so long to collect my car (despite doing exactly as asked re: giving them notice) that I was extremely close to missing my flight. Only one person manning the phone number meant repeatedly no one would answer- I had well over 20 attempts at phoning them. I am amazed my car returned in one piece. Shocking and zero apology.
The worst ever!!! These people use your car while in there possession. When you complain they swear and abuse you and never help. When you get in touch with your credit card company they refused a refund, terrible service from Tesco MasterCard also. Go look elsewhere.
Absolute bandits. Before booking with this mob, check their reviews. Failed to deliver our car on return. Failed to reimburse taxi fare. Failed to respond to telephone calls, emails or letters. You have been warned.
Trading as Ezybook but use several names Trading as Ezybook but registered on companies house as Go Park And Fly Ltd....please read trustpilot for both companies before booking anything with this company They are pur scum.... Disgusting thieves!!!! Used 3/4 tank of fuel took £20 cash from us to pay the airport which we thought yeah no probs but on collection we had to pay to exit the airport. After a 15 hour flight we proceeded to where the email told us, rang the man who told us 10 mins after 45 mins we rang back to be told no driver available we need to get a taxi to their office, told them no that's not how meet and greet works, then waited another 40 mins to be told the driver had taken our car to terminal 2 and we needed to get a train, again told them no if the driver was already driving my car to drive it to terminal 4 as per there email instruction. After a heated exchange we had a call to say our car was on level 3 when we got there the car was locked and key left on the tyre, they didn't want to face us especially after the theft they have carried out. They have rummogaged through the car taken money out of the centre console pennies but not the point.......absolutely disgusting service.....AVOID AT ALL COSTS
NOTE; this is not about ‘Skylink group’… I think unfortunately they have a similar name to the cowboys below… Whatever you do, do not use any variation of ‘wecompareairportparking’, ‘enigma parking’ or ‘Skylink parking services’… they are all linked cowboy / scam artists. I ended up calling the police to report my car as stolen after they’d taken double payment for ‘services’ then did not return my car saying various lies from the car is lost / the keys are lost / wrong number / blocking numbers. There is NO secure compound - they merely dump the car in off streets / lay-bys then (in my case), ended up moving my car to a hotel car park which would have incurred £100 fine if the police had not sorted for me. A nightmare from start to finish and although I ended up getting my car back it took nearly 36 HOURS after I’d landed back at Heathrow… and cost £450 by time I’d had to factor in additional transport costs to get home and back in meantime from cornwall! Please please please do not fall victim to the same fate!
I WILL NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN They forgot to deliver my car at the pick up point. They did not advise me when I phoned them up to as where my car was. They parked my car on a different pick up place but did not let me know. They cost me an addition £13 parking fee, not refunded. Refused to answer my emails of complaint.
Avoid at all costs. Took my car for a joy ride, put the hood down and drove it back to me with hood only halfway up (potentially damaging it). Ignored all emails to date.
Booked and was ask to call 30 min before arrival 1 if the numbers was not going through. Staff was unprofessional when I got through. On return had to wait over 1:30 for my car. The driver side so much mud on the floor . Would never ever use them again.
