AVOID AT ALL COSTS 1. They ask to phone 30mins in advance of arriving to ensure someone to meet you - we tried 25 times over 45mins and nobody answered. We had to drive round the airport constantly calling to find out where to meet 2. When they answered after 45mins of calling they were really rude. 3. They could not honour the pick up at the South Terminal as booked, so sent us to the North Terminal 4. At the meeting point there was nobody there to meet us, as agreed on the phone. 5. When I got out the car to look for someone, another man collecting his car had been waiting 3 hours for them to deliver his car to him. We were in danger of missing our plane so we aborted and paid the small additional amount to park in the Long Stay. Avoid at all costs, terrible ‘business’

We have just arrived back from Holliday 27/09/2022 on arrival home I called to get my car delivered 1hr & 45 mins later it arrives after numerous phone calls to have my phone blocked to the find my car had been used £50 worth of fuel used I had 3/4 of a tank to only have a 1/4 of a tank left I’d cleaned the car before Holliday to find big foot prints in the back seat & when I say big at least size 12 NO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I will be calling Gatwick & trading standards & PayPal to get a full refund along with a fuel refund. Be aware they are not insured to drive your car other then to park it.

Dear All, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY SCAM ALERT. I left my car with this company when my wife and I went away for a weekend from Heathrow. I took a copy of my mileage and when I returned after waiting nearly two hours for my car to be delivered back to the terminal it had over 240 miles added to it, I asked the driver what was going on and he told me he had just picked up the car 5-10 mins away. They deny doing anything and I also had a pair of sunglasses stolen from my car. Just yesterday I contacted the lease company who I have the car with as they issued me an admin charge for a speeding fine, this was done in Essex while we were away and I was also told I have one from the MET 45 mins after the Essex one, this was early in the morning 4 hours before the day I was meant to get my car back. Essex police will be writing to them for the name of the driver and also the MET will be asking for this information. Also booked through Ezybook who took no responsibility and MR Murphy offered me 15% off if I book with them again! I know what a total fool to think I would use them also again

I believe one star is even more than this company deserves. It is an obvious scam..They lost my car key and got me stuck at the airport. Avoid at all cost.

When we arrived at the airport, we tried to call them for about 30 minutes, when we made it by phone, the only thing we could understand was that we were to go to the North Terminal for a car park, e.g. 5,6,11 which was puzzling for us because we were supposed to go to south terminal, we didn't meet any of the staff, but we figured they had some kind of arrangement with the airport and they arranged it. On our return, it turned out that we had to pay £ 270 for parking (short-stay) and when we called skylink, they laughed at us that we did not understand English, even though their employee himself barely made his sentences in this language. As I read other tires now, I think it was worth paying an additional 270 for this parking lot than having a damaged car.

This company trades as Park with us Gatwick Meet & Greet or Parking4you. On arrival from our return flight I phoned as instructed when I had reclaimed my baggage. It took 15 minutes of constant phoning before anyone responded (I had a similar experience at the start of the holiday when phoning before arrival at the airport). When I finally got through I was instructed to go to the meeting point and was told that the car would be with me in 25-30 minutes, which I did. When the car didn’t appear after 40 minutes, I rang again to check on progress. I was told that the car was waiting for me at the North Terminal. However we were at the South Terminal where my flight had arrived – as clearly stated when I made the booking and there in writing on the booking email. The person I spoke to was extremely rude, told me I had to go to the North Terminal, and put the phone down on me. I phoned back and asked for the car to be brought to the South Terminal, and was told again I had to go to the North Terminal. This happened a couple more times, each time the person answering the call was very rude, no apology or acknowledgement of a mistake was made, and I was just told point blank that I had to go to the North Terminal. Eventually we did so, which took about half an hour given that it was by this time 1.30am and the shuttle was running quite infrequently. We finally got to North Terminal meeting point to find our vehicle there but locked and with no driver. Having looked around the car park in vain for a representative of the company, my wife then spotted the key which had just been left in the gutter behind the wipers where anyone could have taken it. It took 1.5 hours from first calling to actually getting our vehicle back. I have no idea how this company is still in business given the volume of shocking reviews on this site, I wish I'd seen them before booking. I guess the only reason they're still in existence is that the reviews are actually quite hard to find as they trade under a different name from the parent company. To call them cowboys does the term a disservice.

This is a one man operation. Very rude, unreliable, no customer service. Waited almost 2 hrs at the airport for our car. When tried to call for an update he was rude and put the phone down on me. Awful company.

I believe this company no longer exists - we are trying to take them to the small claims court for all of the damage they caused to our XC90. They have admitted causing the damage in an email, asked us to get repair work quotes, have given me their insurance details but they are refusing to report the incident to their insurance so we have hit a wall. Their website is now blank and their phone line disconnected ….

Rude, conning, dishonest, incompetent, liars. Pretty much sums up our experience of this company. If you are stupid enough to use this lot take extra cash with you to pay to exit the car park. Be prepared to be sent to the wrong terminal. Be prepared to wait over an hour for your vehicle to arrive (at wrong terminal). Be prepared to be cut off when speaking to them (they don’t like you asking awkward questions like ‘where is my car?’). Be prepared to put up with their disinformation as you don’t know where they are or where your car is kept. So, if you like loitering in multi storey car parks in the middle of the night with feelings of complete helplessness, these are the guys for you!

I was supposed to get my car back yesterday at Gatwick South but the company has lost my key and promised to pay for the taxi home but haven't. I have no car the company doesn't inform you of what is happening and I'm of pocket £65 for the taxi. Do not trust them they are no better than criiminals. I will have to contact the police in the hope of getting my car back.

Sky Link Parking are nothing to do with Skylink parking service limited 2nd Floor College House 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London, HA4 7AE They unfortunately are also in the hands of the scammers...But here is my story: Horrendous services…turned up an hour late, with my vehicle covered in mud inside and out, the baby seat had been removed and nowhere to be seen, 800 extra miles on the car, looked at the sat nav and the vehicle had been to Hale and Manchester Airport, Wi-Fi router, aftershave, umbrellas, mobile phone charger leads all stolen!! Managed to get the baby seat back after arguing. Scratches all over the vehicle. And it turns out not only have they used the vehicle on long runs, but to transfer drivers back and forth… I bet when we turned up with an 8 seater, they went BINGO.. Contacted the Police, Gatwick security…. And going to try and do them for taking without consent….. Apparently Gatwick are unable to close them down, but the Crawley Borough Council, can if they get enough complaints…

I have my very awful experience from this company dated 23 Sept 2022! BEWARE to all future clients not to book from any of Skylink Group Limited agent's (Ezybook" or "skylinkparking.co.uk) nor direct from this company. Just because you're looking for a reasonable price, you'll sacrifice the safety of your car. My experience from beginning up to ending of service is very horrible. They will come more than 1 hour late to collect your car & upon delivery as well! Not to mention that the person will not show up to hand over you the car, instead they will park it in a different place. Surprisingly i saw that they used my car as i found a LOT of DAMAGES in the wheels & body of car. I just hope no more customers will be a victim of this crooked company, as who knows they might use the car for some illegal activities. Everyone, please take a heed & don't be one of the dismaying customers.

Please do not use these people, they did not answer phone to meet us, we ended up at car park at Gatwick where instructed to go where there was several people moaning to one man about the poor service, we eventually got on our way had a weeks holiday, came home to get car at 4.00 am & noticed car been damaged both sides & had done 100 miles, & totally scuffed the alloy wheels, told the bloke he said call the office this afternoon which we did constantly as they either hang up or don’t answer, I was persistent & they answered told them & they basically said what do you want me to do about it??? & didn’t give a s..t, reported to Sussex police who have had loads of complaints, do not use these people.

Absolute Cowboy outfit. I arrived at Gatwick to collect my car at 4pm on the 20/9/22 only to be told they had lost my keys. They suggested I use my spare key which they said I was advised to bring with me in their T&Cs, it isn't by the way. They then said I could get a taxi to and from my house to collect my spare key, a 200 mile round trip, then mail the reciept to them for payment, not really an option I then requested they informed me where my car was and they withheld this information. There was no other help offered other than I could wait all night at the airport to see if they could find my key or three days if they had to order a new one. finally they said I could organise a recovery truck to transport my car to my home at my expense. in the end I had a friend bring me a key and they then reluctantley gave me a post code where my car was located. This turned out to be a reputable company APH and not where my car was. After calling them back a guy turned up in a transit and said follow me. My car was located in what could only be described as an off road 4x4 dirt track/field. I arrived home at 11:30PM. My advice is to to stay away from this company as there were about 9 other customers who waited hours for thier cars, arrived back with over 200 miles on the clock, had there house keys removed from thier key rings or just arrived back damaged and filthy dirty. Some customers trying to drop off their cars saw the chaos and just took their custom elsewhere. I didnt even want to give the 1 star but had to to leave this review Please heed all other bad reviews as they are honestly a joke. Should be taken off the official Gatwick comparison site and kicked of the airport,

Called ahead to drop off at North Terminal was told to go to south Terminal. Arrived home at 3am waited 3 hours for the car while waiting at the south people we’re arriving to drop off who we’re booked to drop off at North the same story used car park blocked, which was rubbish- rude And helpful Beware- u would be better off parking in a cheap car park and getting the bus is zero stars ⭐️ you would be mad to use this company A
