AWFUL Company we had trouble both ways of our journey this last week. waited nearly 3 hours for our car to be returned and was told the traffic was bad. we looked it up and there was no traffic on the said, mentioned road!!! Lack of communication. Have tried to get compensation but nothing DO NOT USE-BE WARNED - VERY BAD SERVICE
Even before my marking date started. I would rate the service as 1 star. I called the company to find out companies registered number on companies house website - they hang down on me. After that, I could not contact the company at all. After reading all the negative reviews I decided to cancel my booking. Please stay away form this company
We used their meet and greet service. We phoned the number as instructed when we arrived (journey back from holiday), the gentleman who answered the phone immediately informed us that he had only just started his shift and before we could even give our names/car registration plates, tried to end the conversation. We managed to say "don't you need the car reg?" but he hung up. We hoped that meant he recognised the mobile phone number and therefore the car reg hence why he hung up without letting us speak. 20 minutes later, still no car. So we phoned again, he picks up and immediately informs us again that he has just started his shift. We ask where our car is, turns out , he didn't even know if we were dropping off or picking up (because he hung up). No apology. We then gave him the car registration details. Whilst we are waiting for him to turn up, a couple approach us, they happen to be with the same company and are very anxious as they have a flight to catch and they have been here for 30minutes past the agreed time with the company and nobody is here. They are racking up a parking bill in the meantime through no fault of their own. Eventually the gentleman turns up, no greeting and certainly no apology. The couple inform him that he is late, that they are concerned about missing their flight and that he will have to pay for the short term parking because the car should have been taken away almost an hour ago. He scoffed at them and in a confrontational manner told them "no, but good luck, you can speak to the company". Offered no apology. The couple informed him that their company was subpar. Again, they were scoffed at and in an aggressive manner told "do you know how many flights are being cancelled at the moment?!". Needless to say, will avoid this company at all costs.
Awful experience. When I handed over my keys I thought I was in the wrong place as the guy was just wearing a hoodie and seemed so unprofessional. Collecting my car they kept saying my car was 10 minutes away, I said you said that 20 minutes ago and he said well you’re a liar saying you were landing last night and you landed this morning! (My flight was delayed past midnight) then hung up. I was charged £15 for being past midnight and of course you have to go to the cash ping and they have no change from £20. When I finally got my car an hour later another guy did too and he saw from his Milage they had been driving it around! They stole my iPhone charger and cash from my car ;( I do not know how a company like this is still in business.
Had to wait over an hour for them to deliver my car. They left McDonald’s rubbish and empty drink cans in my car. All my fuel had been used - and the car was filthy. They only had it for 2 days! Rude staff. Complete cowboys - DO NOT USE.
On return to Heathrow we were delayed an hour so after calling the contact number the person on this mobile 07759 579014 they said we would have to pay the driver £15 cash as we were late. This was a annoying as who carries cash now? However I understand this was in there terms. You would of thought with terms like this the driver would have a card reader!! My wife gave the driver a £20 note and he said he would go and get change. He was at the bus stop so she went over to him and a car pulled up and he got in and the drove off with our change. I know its only a £5.00 but its the principle. As I got in the car I noticed there was no petrol left to which I couldn’t drive home and had to detour to find a petrol station and fill up at an extra expense. I rung the contact again and he told me the cars are stored 20 miles away from Heathrow Airport so I asked him why my car had done another 110 miles on top of the 40 !! Straight away he said I will refund the whole money for parking. To which I haven’t seen yet. The number plate of the car that drove away was Grey golf LK56 ZXS I have filed a report with the Metropolitan Police so please do the same if you use this company and let’s stop them trading and let’s stop other having a bad experience. Scammers all the way.
Worst Meet & Greet experience EVER. The person meant to meet us Gatwick South terminal was 35 mins late in arriving, we were there at the scheduled time, there were also 4 other people waiting for their cars to be collected in front of us and this was a 5am. When the greeter eventually turned up with a returning vehicle said he was from Skylink but when asked for a receipt for coming back, he said he'd forgotten them and it was back at the base but gave me a reference No. The reference No. matched my booking code and the contact No's were the same. On my return, I called as I got off the plane only to be told they had LOST my car or maybe another company had collected it by mistake !!!!! however after several frantic calls between me and the office they found my car albeit over an 1.5hr later. I then had to pay extra for parking and exiting, never had to do this with a M&G company before. DO NOT USE !!!!!!
The worst ever. They had damaged my car and agreed to pay for a full valet. They later u turned on this and withdrew all responsibilities even though I have pictures and videos to prove this. They charged me an extra £15 on the day for waiting 15 minutes for me.

Wish I had read the reviews before using this outfit. Advised them our flights were cancelled & need to collect car a day earlier. Was told by guy on phone OK and tell driver wnen we dropped car off which we did. No car upon arrival. When phoned chap very rude and kept hanging up. Refused to return car. Had to book into hotel for night. Pay extra for cattery. Rearrange meetings. Totally unprofessional outfit. Stunned they are allowed to keep trading. TAKE THE BUS. LESS HASSTLE AND EXPENSE.
I turned up to the airport and went to meet the guy to drop the keys off and he was talking to the police as they had returned a car with damage to the side, in which I thought GREAT! I was in a rush so had no choice but to leave the guy my keys, in the rush I forgot some of the holiday money that was hidden in the glove compartment, which when I realised it was too late as was on the runway to take off, I instantly knew I would be lucky if that would still be there on return, to which it WASN’T! All £110 of it! And the only thing they said was that it’s says in the terms and conditions not to leave valuables in the car! So that makes it alright to steal from me then?! DONT USE THEM! Just pay the extra with a legit company or pay for a lift as the reviews of everyone’s experience’s tells it all
Please please do not use this company! I booked meet & greet through Ezybook who are the booking agents. After I made the booking my return flight was changed and I due to arrive 4 hours earlier. I tried to phone the company numerous times to advise them without any success. I then emailed the company with new return flight times, but again I had no response. When I dropped my car at Gatwick north all went smoothly and I informed the representative of the new return flight time and explained I had tried to contact the company to no avail. The representative took the flight time and said he would inform the office. On my return I contacted the company to advise that I had my luggage and was told I needed to pay another £135 because there records said I was due back 10 days earlier. I had the conformation email and was told to show the driver who was delivering my car back. When my car was delivered the driver told me I owed £135. I showed him my confirmation email with the dates and he showed me a piece of paper with the incorrect date hand written. I pointed out that it could have been human error as my confirmation email stated the correct dates. He then refused to give me my car key back, fortunately I have the spare key on me. Again insisting I pay the £135. He then started to get very aggressive and started swearing at me, at this point I felt very vulnerable and had no choice but to call the police. Who unfortunately could not help as they said it was a civil matter. After half an hour of refusing to pay the money and showing all my paperwork I was eventually given my car key back, but he refused to give me the ticket for the exit barrier. And him telling me the company had my card details and would take the £135 from my card. Luckily when I got to the car park exit I explained what had happened, and was told that this company were well known for trying to scam the customer. The whole ordeal was awful and very scary, please be warned and avoid this company.
Absolutely awful company do not use and EVERYONE report to trading standards as this so called company are run by absolute morons they are RUDE , DISRESPECT and couldn't give a crap about anyone's cars . They drive the cars back into Gatwick like there driving at a banger race absolute minors .. The customer service if that's what you can call it is absolutely appauling they tell you the same old crap over and over again .. They turnt up nearly 2 hours after I called , my car came back like an absolute dirt bag full of bird poo , they used loads of fuel and damaged my car . They say that they will compensate and then when you go get a quote they say its too high and then tell you there garage will repair your car and come and collect it and drop it back ..yeah right muppets like I'm gonna let one of your guy touch my car again your just a bunch of incompentant fools and your so called company needs shutting down .trading standards are coming for you trust
My sun glasses that I keep in the car, went ‘missing’ in the care of this business. I tried to solve the issue by speaking to them, but no help offered. I will never use again. AWFUL!
The problems started at check in being told we had to pay a further £5.00 for the parking ticket collected at the barrier on the way in. There is no notification in the instructions that you need to pay this £5.00. On return rang as instructed when we collected our baggage and was informed it would be 30 to 45 minutes wait. After 50 minutes rang again and was informed the driver was 5 minutes away. Another 15 minutes and no car so rang again only to be told another 10 minutes more. The attitude of the person on the phone was extremely hostile and aggressive. Do not use this company.
Shocking service. left to wait at Gatwick for over an hour for our car. No explanation as to why. DO NOT USE
Avoid avoid avoid. Price is low but this is all they have going for them. We did as instructed and called when we collected our luggage. Advised if a 30-45 min wait. Rang again after 45 mins to say I never called and we would have a 1 hour wait then got disconnected. Rang again to be told they are running late! Not good enough.
This is the worst meet and greet parking experience I have ever had. I travel a lot for work and use meet and greet regularly. Not only did it take over an hour for the car to be delivered when I contacted them they LIED. They told me the car was on its way, when I checked my tracker it hadn’t moved. When they eventually brought the car they took it to the wrong terminal and asked me to go to them. When I said no they hung up on me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!
An atrocious company to deal with in my lifetime of travelling.Lied to us when we were meant to arrive at the South terminal stating a car was stuck in the barrier, They told the same story to two other couples we chatted to. Upon our return late evening were were fed all sorts of lies when making six phone calls asking where our vehicle was. nearly an hour and a half wait. Other couple we waited were with told similar stories.
Late, rude, lies, uncaring, wouldn't use them again.
