Phones constantly engaged and then do not answer. Confusion over where to drop and collect. Waiting time approx 45 mins. They also left rubbish in my car and stole all my £1. Pins for parking, around £9 in total. Disgusting rude company who should not be allowed to operate. Do not use!!!

Awful. Waited for 1.5hrs for pick up and the same for drop off. Read other reviews - they use the cars for personal jobs and park in hotel car parks etc. Scam. Can't believe they are being allowed to operate from Heathrow.

Terrible. 1.5hrs late on arrival, 2hrs late in returning car to us upon returning to Heathrow. Also, they don’t mention you have to pay for short term parking exit both ends, which means an additional £12. Absolutely terrible.

Terrible - do not trust your car to these people. I was suspicious about how and where my car had been and how it was driven as soon as I got in, as it was obvious someone had been fiddling with all the settings e.g. the sports settings. My seats were almost fully reclined like some boy racers had been using it. Sadly I didn't record mileage or check the location of my car regularly to see if they were "joy riding" I then found a cigarette and a lighter in my car, which made me think someone had been smoking in my car (I don't smoke) and lo and behold I found ash in the front and back of my car. No respect for my property at all. Update: I also got a parking ticket when I got home immediately after they picked up my car. No response from Skylink

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! £120 in total and been waiting nearly an hour for our car to be dropped to us at Gatwick! Spoke to the lovely female member of staff who says she doesn’t have authorisation to call the driver and see where the car is. The previous customer had also been waiting over an hour and went off extremely unhappy: When I spoke to a driver to find out where my car was he wouldn’t let me speak. I requested that he stops speaking over me and he ended up telling me to f off!!!! His name was Bilau. I called the office and demanded to know where my car is and for compensation: he said he would bring me cash and call the driver but promptly hung up on me. When I called him back he was laughing. I stated that he’d hung up on me which he said he had! I asked him to confirm he’d hung up on me and he said yes! He said he’d call me back when he’d contacted the driver - still waited. Called back again and he said the driver wasn’t far away and he would refund my money - by now it’s an hour. When the driver finally arrived he claimed to have never met his boss and not know his name. I feel sorry for these workers who I would be willing to believe are working illegally to earn a living. When I refused to sign an agreement that my car is in good condition the driver forced my car door open to get to me as I still had the receipt. In addition over 100 miles of diesel has been used. I don’t write reviews ever - but if I can save anyone from going through this experience it’s worth it!

I was alarmed to receive automatic two emails from Gatwick drop off between 4am and 5am on the day of my arrival - clearly they had been using my car for other purposes, and had I not been registered for these emails I would have had to pay 2 fines (instead I just had to pay 2 x £5 drop off fee). I questioned the drop off driver who was very dismissive, however from reading other reviews here this seems to be standard practice. Only when I went to put my 3 year old and 5 year old in the car did I realise that the car seats had also been taken out. Their response was that we should buy new ones and they would reimburse, which is also clearly never going to happen. I am going to raise this with the police, and Gatwick Airport as they allow them to operate from the car park. How the authorities allow this illegal operation to continue is an absolute mystery!

They are scammers. We just received a parking penalty charge (100 £) because our car was parked ILLEGALLY at the Mariott hotel carpark rather than a dedicated carpark. Literally SCAMMERS.

Horrific doesn’t even begin to explain what my sister and I just experienced using Skylink. After landing we were told, over the phone, to wait an hour for the car. After one hour twenty minutes we rang and were rudely told that our car would arrive in ‘one minute’. Fifteen minutes later, we rang again and were told the same. This continued happening (surrounded by families all experiencing exactly the same thing). It got to a point that we were actually taking turns to call because the line was always engaged with everyone else’s. The representative on the car park floor was useless (much politer though, it has to be said). After over two hours our car finally arrived, with about five others. No explanation, no apology, no information. I must add that the drop off experience was just as bad; no information or assistance, one word answers and little direction from the staff. I felt unsure and anxious leaving my car with this company and, having landed today and returned to them, those feelings were completely validated. Skylink, it has been an absolute horror. Never, never again. Do not use this company. Quicker, easier (and less painful) to park your car yourself.

Do not use!! returned our car after 45 mins, bashed one side and empty lager can in car. Gatwick - get rid!!

AVOID! Returned my car with a scoffed alloy wheel, extremely dirty inside and out, with an extra 53 miles on the clock, and even half a bag of sweets and the pound coin I keep in the car for the supermarket trolleys were missing! How low can you get? And now, I receive a penalty notice from Heathrow parking, with evidence pictures, and Guess Who´s in those pictures driving my car? Not me, of course. Tried to contact them numerous times, both at the time over the phone, where I was promptly informed that I should stop "whining" about an alloy, and then courteously told to "Stop calling like an idiot, you p.r.i.c.k". If you email them, don´t be fooled. They will reply every 7-10 days with yet one more detail, yet one more confirmation, yet one more quote from yet one more garage for your repairs, and etc etc. They will never do anything, they´re just stringing you along so you drop it. Been to Citizen´s Advice now, sent them the recommended letter format, and waited the 14 days Citizen´s Advice asked me to wait. I´m off to Small Claims now, I´ll update everyone on how it goes.

AVOID this company . They took over 2.5h for our car to be returned to us. The phone number is always engaged and when they pick up , they hung up on us. The controller called me a fu**ing b****. and slammed the phone down. This is the worst parting company I have ever used. I want my money back because they did not do what they said they would.

avoid this company at all costs. They drove and crashed our car while away. Took 2 hours to bring our car to us at 3am waiting around at Gatwick. Was told we would receive a refund, they never replied to our email.

Meet & Greet Gatwick. Next time I want to spend over £200 ensuring I finally get into the airport totally stressed & anxious this Is definitely the Company to book. They have completely mastered “poor customer service”.

AVOID AVOID AVOID this is the worst parking company ever. I booked meet and greet from Heathrow. I called them 20 minutes to confirm arrival time. I arrived in time but driver was not there. I called 4 tunes and each time I was told that driver is 10 minutes away. The person on the phone was very rude. After 45 minutes waiting I gave up and ended paying too much money to lark my car at the airport car park. I called their complain number several times with no reply. I emailed the customer service with no response. I also emailed eazy book (I made the initial booking through then) and similarly they do not reply. Avoid eazy book agency and avoid sky link group limited.

We booked meet and greet parking at Gatwick. It took 1 hr and 20 mins for our car to be delivered to us. The telephone operator was rude and abusive and lied. Do not book with this company if you want a stress free arrival.

I would agree with all negative reviews- a total scam- do not use. I was told on return after being fobbed off with ‘1/2 an hour’ then‘ten minutes’ that , ‘sorry your car is jammed in a carpark and we can’t get it to you for four hours’ They offered to pay for a cab home, saying they would deliver it the next day. I live 2 hours from Heathrow. I had reasons to get home and took them up on offer, naively! Anyway 3 days later after many frustrating phone calls I get told my car can’t be delivered as They have no drivers. Eventually I travel to Heathrow myself to an address they gave me to find my car left for me with key on wheel arch in a gated premier Inn carpark. The car is in ok condition but it has clearly been used as diesel had gone down by half and there was some rubbish in passenger seat footwell like crisps and a covidvaccine information leaflet. Oh and I have now received a parking fine for an infringement that occured when I was away. The people I dealt with on phone sometimes couldn’t speak English, lied to me, offered false hope and even at one time said you’re right mate this place needs Gordon Ramsay to sort it out. They should not be aloud to trade. I reported to police but they say this is a civil matter. I suspect Ezybook is the ‘company’ or band of crooks and all the companies listed under them are one and the same ie non existent companies that are run by the same band of crooks. Please beware- don’t spoil your holiday. And it isn’t cheap once you add up all the taxi fares, diesel, parking fines etc.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES PARK HERE I've waited 16 hours to get a vehicle back. I've jumped through so many hoops threatened laughed at and eventually had to get the police who were also laughed at Got the vehicle back eventually to find that items where stolen, when I complained I was threatened again. Company is run like a mafia gang and intimidation seems to be their motto
