DO NOT USE. DO NOT USE. The worst meet and greet company ever used. We waited over 3 hours with 3 children under 5 on Sunday. Called over 150 times, met with lies, hang ups and complete falsehoods. At least 8 other customers there waiting, majority longer than us. I cannot stress enough, do not use.
Honestly if I could -0 stars I would. This company is beyond AWFUL I have no words left after the experience I’ve had with them. Unfortunately and probably like many others I read the reviews after making a booking with them and on my day of departure. On my departure they were late and stopped Anwsering my calls. On my arrival I rang them at 10 am to inform them I’m on my way I landed at 3:40 and called again my car was due to arrive at 16:00 I didn’t get my car till 18:36. They tell you to meet them at level 5 but then they park the car at level 4 leave the keys on the wheel and run off leaving the car unattended. The reason they don’t go to level 5 is due to the amount of angry customers waiting for their vehicle. My car key Fob was broken and no longer working. My car was covered in thick mud. There was young lady In tears being told her car battery is flat and all sorts of stories she was waiting for hours with a long drive home ahead of her and still no car. They are RUDE , They Hang up the phone. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU DO PREPARE FOR THE WORST AND HOPE FOR THE BEST.

So rude Horrible experience & was terrified we v wouldn’t even see our car again. Didn’t even then inform us our car had been dropped in car park. Had been there an hour. Extra parking charge incurred. AND KEY LEFT ON WHEEL!!! Leaving us totally uninsured. Avoid them at all costs.
Didn't answer the phone, when did, kept promising that my car will arrive in 10 minutes. Took 3 hours for the car to arrive. The car's door was damaged, I was about to cry. I will see them in court to settle this. Gatwick should not allow these thugs to operate on their premises.
I wouldn't even give it one star! Simply awful service, an utter disgrace. Lucky enough to squeeze into the 'boot' of a car to retrieve my car from their car park with about 7 other unhappy / angry customers. Very lucky not to still be here waiting and they didn't answer the phone once.... Spoke to their Heathrow office who were rude and unhelpful - obviously! They have zero customer service.... DON'T USE THIS SERVICE!!!!
I would not even give 1 star. Called them on arrival but constantly engaged. Text them but still no reply. Went to the meeting point which was full of dissatisfied customers from flights 2 hours previous to ours with plenty of very tiered children. It was also freezing. Eventually a member of staff arrived to take us off site to collect our cars. One person from each group where aloud in the car. Myself along with serval (literally) in a 5 seater car, I think there was 8/9 of us with the driver. Also exceeding the speed limit. On arrival to some back alley worksite, (I think as it was pitch black) where the keys where in car, no checks to who I was and due to lack of light I was unable to check the car over. Then had to proceed back to the Airport to collect my partner. I have never come across such unprofessional behaviours like this before. -no one answering the phone. -no meet and greet as stated. -no apology. -no organisation what's so ever. Never will I be using or recommending this company again.
Totally Awful Still waiting for the car after 90 minutes. All the other customers complaining also. Nobody answering the phone. At this point not sure they haven’t nicked it. Avoid at all costs and read the reviews!!!!
Disgraceful company. These people should NOT be allow to operate. Arrived at Gatwick at 12.15am and called to say we landed. 2 hours later we got our car, it was freezing and we had a baby with us. They did not care. At first they said they were coming, then 50mins later our car was blocked in, the more false arrival time etc. got car back and the passenger window was clearly left open for the week, our car was soaking and baby seat was all wet. The driver seat and Steering wheel had been moved position and now broken. I also believe a significant amount of fuel was used also. The man could offer nothing more than “call in morning for answers”. We then had to pay the exit fee to get out of car park. Also whilst we were waiting, we witnessed many other unhappy people. One car was “lost” and they had no choice to call the police, another man was waiting for so long he had called the police and another couple were waiting on keys to be delivered for over 2 hours and then got hit with a £40 bill. I can not believe Gatwick let these people operate. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
DO NOT USE They failed to turn up. This is a sham. We prepaid for a meet and greet and they never turned up and didn’t answer the phone numbers we had been given. We had no choice but to find an alternative at vast extra cost or we would have missed our flight. Do not use them. Have tried to then sort it out through customer service but they will not engage. Absolute disgrace.
I agree with all of the below, its a scam, car was damaged, 2 hour delay in bringing it back I expect they drove the mileage up on it. Gatwick need to get a handle on people who say they are parking cars from the airport it becomes a wider public safety issue esp for people who are vulnerable and/or with children.
Offensively incompetent. Expect a long delay on both departure and return. Communication is abysmal. An utterly unreliable operator -Gatwick Airport should not allow them to operate. *Update: This booking was made from a direct link on the LGW website, not from a comparison site.
Arrive nearly an hour after they said and an hour after our time printed on the card. 3 other couples in the queue waiting for same company. Their mobile 07707675611 was either engaged for such long periods or left to ring out. I guess scared of answering the complaints. One car came back with lots of thick mud in two footwells so they must have been giving lifts. It relly would have been much cheaper and quicker and probably the car would have been safer to use medium or long stay car parking at the Official Gatwick site. Bunch of cowboys.
Ezybook airport parking - Skylink Parking - Enigma Parking Limited. DO NOT USE THEM It s a scam from the beginning. Once you book online, you will receive an email that will state to get to a post code (parking yard). This is not true, its a scam. They will tell you to go to the terminal and drop your car to one of their drivers. I ve booked 4 extra days by mistake and told them i will be back on the 14th not the 18th. They said for me to notify their driver and i will have my car back. NOT THE CASE. When i called them after my arrival, they said they have 120 cars to move to get mine back. After 1h of debate over the phone, i got the police involved. This guys started to swear at the police. They said they won t return my car until the next day. I called them again and said the car will be there in 30 mins if I pay extra 30£. I did it just to get my car back, after 3 hours if phone calls. One of the guy s name is Muhammad Hadik or Hatik. They ve sent the driver to the airport with my car. They disconnected my camera in the car so I won t see where the car was driven. PLEASE, DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL. 07759 579014 - this is their number - spred it wide so people dont use these clows. If you check their company registration you will see they close and open new companies with slightly different names. Its not over for these fools.
Truly awful company- literally 10 other travellers waiting to be picked up by them from North Terminal car park at midnight. Took 2.5 hours to return the car to us, others headed off to offsite car park to pick up as so sick of waiting. The guy managing the telephone lied and the poor drivers ( just the 2 of them) were run ragged. This is not just due to covid- it is appalling and cynical management. Save your self the bother and take your business elsewhere
DO NOT USE! Unfortunately I have to give a minimum of 1 stars but if I could it would be minus stars. This is the most shocking and unprofessional car parking company I have EVER used. We were booked in for a 6AM collection of our vehicle at Gatwick North terminal and as requested on the booking, called 30 minutes prior to arrival to let them know we were near. We were told someone would be there to collect our car. This was not the case. We arrived at the North terminal car park 6,level 5 as requested at bang on 6AM. There was no one there to collect the car and we proceeded to wait 5 minutes to see if someone would come. They didn't so we called the dedicated number to ask when the would be. We were told they would be with us in 5 minutes. This did not happen and after 10 minutes we called again to which we were told they were at the airport and will be with us imminently. Again this did not happen and we called again. This continued for the next 10 phone calls every 5 minutes where we were told "5 minutes", "5 minutes" and then eventually were even cut off before they answered the phone. They EVENTUALLY arrived at 7AM to get the car. An hour later than agreed on the booking. This resulted in us being late for check in and missing our flight. We were told we would get recompensed for our experience but upon arrival home and a complaint filed we have received nothing in return, not even a reply to the complaint. This is clearly a con company and they don't care about customer service or the damage they cause. That is reflected in the shocking reviews on this review site. DO NOT USE!
AVOID AVOID AVOID. My one year old immaculate car was returned with damage to both doors. The footwell was covered in thick mud. The trip computer shows that the car had been thrashed for 5 miles to and from the airport.
Avoid ! Avoid !!! Bunch of irresponsible people. I had to wait approx. 50 mins. before someone came and collected my car during onwards journey. I only had 2 hrs left before my plane departs and I literally had to run with a 3 yrs old baby in hand to the gate (i could have missed my plane). On my return they made me wait 2 hrs approx. when ever i use to call they use to say 10-15 mins and some times even the call couldn't connect. I felt very helpless and just had no option other than to wait. I am not sure if we can complaint to some official against these people as they operate privately. I would have dealt with them differently and taught them a proper lesson if this would have happened in my country.
Bullies. I had paid for the parking in advance by card but on my return, the driver (tall, bald, eastern european guy, who said his name was George - probably isn't his name) refused to hand me back the key to my car unless I gave him cash. I didn't have any cash on me but he told me I had to go into the airport and get cash out or he wouldn't give me back my car. I am a female, it was 1am, I was tired after a long flight, freezing cold and wanted to go home. I had no other phone number for the company other than his so I had no choice but to pay him the cash. I asked for a receipt which he refused to provide. Once I was given my car key I noticed a rotten pear stem on my gear box, mud down the side of the car and the mileage had increased by 30 miles even though the website says the cars are taken 5-6 miles away. In addition the ticket I was given to collect the car wasn't mine, I had been handed someone else's car registration details and booking reference. I had what I needed to collect someone else's brand new 21 plate car and drove home in it, which means someone else must have my collection ticket and could've taken my car!!! Do not use this con artist company.
The worst service i have ever had! Booked for park and ride, given wrong postcode to the lock up took me to an mot centre, used My own car to drop us at terminal 5 Heathrow! Used half tank petrol and 200miles in my car! And to top it off I've had a £40 fine because they didn't pay the £5 drop off charge ! When we arrived back in Heathrow they wernt there ro pick us up we rung 39 times and had to wait 2.5 hours to be picked up in the rain!!!! Im in contact with Heathrow and trading standards- p Fitzgerald
Horrendous company! Driver couldn't give keys back and run off quick enough! They used 3/4 tank of fuel doing over 200 miles in the week were gone. Now just hang up when we call back! Police have been contacted DO NOT USE! Also Ash in the car and we don't smoke! Absolute shambles of a company bunch of cowboys! Will be contacting Heathrow and the booking agent we booked through!
