Shocking! Cheaper than a number of other operators on the Compareparkingdeals website, but that is for a reason. When I handed the vehicle over, there was no formal process and the guy collecting my car didn’t even have the registration of the vehicle he was collecting, this caused some obvious concern. After validating he was from Skylink, I gave him my keys, but still was apprehensive. On arrival back into the UK, as instructed we called once we arrived at baggage collection, we actually called when at Passport control to ensure they were there and we did not have to wait. A lady answered and told us ‘it is extremely busy’ and our car would be with us in 45 minutes. 45 minutes later we called and were advised it would be another 20/ 25 minutes. 25 minutes later we called and again told it would be another 20/25 mins. 25 minutes later called again and told vehicle was enroute but they were 15/20 mins away from Gatwick and could not advise where the driver was or when it would arrive. Finally arrived after nearly 2 hours from first call, disgusting. You book at Meet and Greet, and pay slightly more for convenience of not waiting around, but on this occasion I wish I had not bother. AVOID SKYLINK AT ALL COSTS - could also go under the name of ‘Park with us’.
Do not use this company. They should be prosecuted and prevented from operating. They cause so much heartbreak and trouble. I wish I had seen the reviews before booking them. It would have saved me so much trouble. I should have spotted that they are dodgy as there are printing errors and some spelling mistakes in their paperwork, but hindsight is no help here! I had no real problems leaving my car at Gatwick with them, although I was miffed that I had to pay £5 parking at the time. It was my return to Gatwick North terminal that was the problem. I tried to contact this company using the mobile number they had given me. I could not get through to them despite many attempts during the next 20 minutes. It was always "user busy". My battery was getting low so decided to go to car park 6 level 5 where my car was due to be delivered. When I got there, there were several other couples and families waiting like me waiting for their cars and also 2 policemen were there. I gather that the parking company was in a shambles. They could not find keys, had very few delivery men, but the worst was that three couples cars had never been moved from car park 6 after arrival a week ago and they could actually see their cars there, but of course they had no keys. And when they do move their cars out of the car park they would be liable for a £400 parking fee. That is why someone had called the police, who were trying to help us. Luckily my car was not in this car park. Eventually one of the policeman rang someone on another number (we were not allowed this number because of data protection) and the policeman told me that my car would be delivered in about 45 minutes as it was parked some distance away. Other couples with no keys were not so lucky. One couple who had been waiting several hours decided to hire a car to drive home to Devon, collect spare keys and come back next day to collect their car. Another couple organised a taxi to collect their car keys from their home and deliver the spare keys to Gatwick at a cost of £94. Because of the police help, the car park company at Gatwick agreed to waive the £400 car park charge. After more than 45 minutes, maybe another hour (i lost track of time), my car arrived and I left at 8 o’clock, having waited about 2 hours overall, and feeling grateful as others had waited much longer or were still waiting for their cars. My car was OK, though a bit dusty and dirty. When I looked at the petrol gauge, I reckon that my car had been driven for about 70 miles while I was away. Not impressed with that! I will NEVER use this company again nor the comparison website that recommended them so glowingly. I wish there was some way to close down this company! I just hope this review will help others not to use this company in the future.
DO NOT USE! Absolute shambles. Rang them 54 times and finally got through to be told that I had to wait an hour and half for my car! I questioned them and they just swore at me and put the phone down. We were lucky only waiting 2 hours 15, people had been waiting over 5 hours.
OMG I wish I’d read the reviews before using Skylink as my experience has been disastrous! Police got involved after no one answered calls for their cars being returned, however were told it’s a civil matter. Can’t believe it’s so easy for anyone to set up up such a “service”, take peoples money & then simply not deliver!!
This company shouldn’t be allowed to trade. Have currently been waiting nearly three hours for our car to return and nobody can tell us where it is. Police are now involved. How do Gatwick airport allow this?
AVOID AVOID AVOID Absolutely do not use this company. We landed at 7pm and spent the next 4 hours calling them without reply. There were several people in the same situation, some had been waiting 7 hours! I finally got my car at around 11pm without an apology and then they also make you pay the £5 to leave the car park. At £30 for this service, you get what you pay for. But actually you have to pay £5 to get in and then again to get out the carpark so actually it's £40 and there are other service providers for that price without the hidden charges. I landed at 7pm and got home gone 1am. Driving dangerously tired too as had been travelling since 8.30am that morning. They had thier staff telling fibs to cover the fact they had no drivers to bring people their cars. Worse off than me was another guy that waited over 4 hours to be told his cars gear box was broken and he needed to arrange recovery. They wouldn't even tell him where the car was at first, then they didn't want him to actually go to the car, just arrange the recovery. What they do is not answer your call until they van get a driver and when you do get through, they pretend it's the first call they've received from you and your car will be there within 10m which actually ends up being more like 30m. And when you say but this is the first time you've been about to get through, he says oh right! I called them over 30 times. The guy before me called them almost 200 times. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Our car took over an hour and a half to get to us but other people waiting had been there for three hours only to find their car was in the same spot on level 5 that they’d parked it when they left but skylark couldn’t find their keys. Staff were rude and seemed like real cowboys. Witnessed one of the woman drivers flooring a newly dropped off car out of the car park , which made me nervous about the speed and lack of respect that is used by staff when dealing with our vehicles. Never ever again. We just felt lucky to actually get our car back in one piece. And just in case you didn’t get the message from this and all other reviews DO NOT USE!! t show. Please please avoid this company. Its been 12hours and I still haven't managed to get my car back. Apparently he's lost the key. Seriously a bunch of cowboys. I wish I had read these reviews before I booked. I had to book a taxi back which cost me £280. Next time pay the extra for onsite parking and save yourself this stress. Staff are so rude. All my calls are recorded and I wish there's a way for you guys to hear how unprofessional they are. Apparently from my car key being with the manager at 2am it's now lost and I can't come to pick the car up with my spare set as its against their rules. Beware. Update: after 256 calls I've managed to pick up my car with my spare set. The key is lost and they can't do anything about it. I will now have to reprogram my car key which will cost my god knows how many hundreds.
If you’re reading this hopefully it’s not too late and your frustrated in a multi storey car park waiting for your car. Spend the extra On an on-site parking option. Save the stress of using the budget option. With These guys you really do get what you paid for. 😵
Absolutely awful customer service! They made us wait 7 HOURS for our car during which me and my partner had to call them over 70 times and repeatedly got told they were 20 minutes away so had to wait in a multi story car park in the freezing cold from 11PM to 7PM. We were told by the incredibly blunt and rude guy on the phone to “just get a taxi home” bearing in mind home was over 2 HOURS AWAY. They would tell us they didn’t know where our car was, then they didn’t know where our keys were, then another car was blocking us in. Just lie after lie. And our car was only parked with them for 3 days. This is the worst company I have ever come across. DO NOT USE!!!
Avoid! Do not buy parking with them! if you booked ....cancell now! Please save your money, time and health. I can't describe how stressfull it was! we wait more than 1 hour to collect the car key( we need to pay extra charges for waiting on airport parking) We arrived on time and it was 4 different couples waiting to collect their cars. 2 of them wait more than 2h.Some people had 40 min left to their plain and I don't know what's happend with them because the guy ...who showed up didn't had theirs booking with him. The staff on the phone was rude and unprofesional. On arrival was the same.....we wait 2 hours for the car They lied all the times.....first our car is on his way....then....it's coming after 20 min. Then they told us we should be yesterday which is not true because we had booking confirmation. The car was also dirty, cover in bird poo and dust.
Appalling and unprofessional. It all started when we dropped the car off. We arrived on time to drop the car and there was a young lady who said it was her first day to another customer waiting to pick up his car and he had been waiting over an hour for his car and had been told to “shut up” over the phone (albeit, I did not hear this first hand but my experience later made this quite believable). I called shortly after the plane had landed and while taxiing to the gate. I was told “no problem, see you in 20 to 30 mins” which was completely fair as passport control and baggage etc. can take time and they need to drive my car from their yard to the terminal. We got to the car park floor and there was a sea of people waiting for cars. I called again just after the 30 min mark and took over 17 attempts to get through. I was told to wait (wasn’t put on hold but could hear the guy talking in the background) after giving my car registration a few times he said to me “we have misplaced your car key”. He wanted my email so he could contact me when they found it. I gave it another 15 minutes and called again to see how things were going. I was told they had now found my key and now looking for my car! I was told to wait a bit longer. They never gave me a time but told me “30 minutes”. I was speaking to some of the others and they had been waiting nearly 3 hours. Their cars arrived covered in bird poo. All the staff dropping it off said it was their “first day”. I was not sure whether it was a way for this guys and girls to just get out of a difficult conversation but I honestly believed some of them. I except the labour turnover is very high. Let’s be honest here. The company’s service is pretty simple but they are so disorganised and unprofessional it’s amazing they are still operating. I wouldn’t invest, work here, and will never use this service again. We waited an hour and half but fortunately our car was as clean as I left it. I felt I got off lightly. Disgraceful excuse of meet and greet service and would have been cheaper, quicker, and less painful to use one of the terminal car parks. Never again.

You will wait 3 hours for your car and each time you call you will be promised delivery. My car had 56 miles extra on the mileage too. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! On arrival we had to wait 45 minutes for the car to be picked up. They said ‘why didn’t you call 30 minutes before’ it categorically doesn’t say that on their instructions for departing. It does for the arrival however, which we did. Early hours of the morning we called at 2.26am for our car to arrive at 3.58am. My heavily pregnant wife and I were waiting with other angry customers. This to me is not a ‘meet and greet’ service. I phoned and phoned like so many other reviews here. On the odd occasion they did answer they said it was just leaving. Three times. Again the car was dusty and covered in dirt. I over heard a lady in front of us who took photos of her mileage and claimed that over a thousand miles had been clocked up. How Gatwick airport themselves let such cowboys operate in beyond me. The only thing I will say is that I felt sorry for the young lad dropping my car off, as he was polite, I could tell he hated getting abuse but had to take it. Like others will be trying to get my money back but not holding my breath. I never review but I feel like you need to read this.

This is the worst car valet experience ever, please don’t use them! You’re better off paying a little more for something that isn’t run by crooks. We arrived on time but had to wait over 45minutes at 6am in the cold which was a little stressful as we nearly missed check in - we then had to wait over a hour for our car to be returned. The poor couple standing next to us on floor 5 of the car park had come back to the airport the day after their flight as when they arrived at 2am the car never came. They had to phone the police to say they thought it had been stolen, the car company finally got back to them as the key had been lost?! Imagine arriving home at 2am and not having your car delivered then getting a taxi home and then back to the airport the next day?! And read the comments below?! This company is frightening, someone below never got their car back! I did feel sorry for the drivers though as I don’t think it’s their fault but the dodgy people running the business wherever they are.. Gatwick airport shouldn’t be allowing them to use the car parks to run this dodgy operation. Please don’t use! I booked ours through “ We Compare Airport Parking”
Total disaster. Hopefully you will read this before booking. If not you are reading ready to let rip yourself! I was kept waiting two hours to get my car back. Others were waiting behind me and those dropping off had no one to greet them and take their keys. Rang the one mobile number available 21 times - it was answered three times. Aside from being covered in bird poo, thankfully the car was not damaged. Reading the small print if it had been even if skylink compensate you you have to pay £400 pounds excess. I read all these zero rated reviews too late. Hopefully you have not and are about to save yourself a lot of stress and anxiety.

Avoid at all costs!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Read reviews here and also read reviews on google. Absolute joke of a business. They were so late collecting our car when we arrived for our outgoing flight that we only just made it on plane and missed our lounge that we had booked and paid for - hundreds of pounds. On way back, they refused to answer calls, when they eventually answered after trying 40 times plus they say it will be there in 5 minutes and never was. The lady in office then said they had lost it so said I was calling police to which it then turned to being blocked in by other cars with dead batteries and flat tyres. 2 hours later we finally get our car and it’s absolutely filthy! Didn’t notice the cracked windscreen until mid way home either but low and behold they are not accountable for damages allegedly!! Absolute worst company I’ve ever used and I travel an awful lot and never experienced such poor service. Will be going to papers and contacting complaints ombudsman if they do not respond to my complaint - which by sound of other reviews they’ll just ignore.
