Waited two hours for our car. 9/06/22. Awful service. Rude, told us they would be 30 minutes every time we called. Traveling with young children exhausted after a long journey back. Will never use these guys again.

4hr wait. Couldn't find car. Couldn't find key. Flat battery... you name it that was the excuse. Then told it was in the same place I'd parked it... £700 parking charge for one week... NCP showed video footage that the car hadn't been collect/moved . AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Very poor service, seems to be very overwhelmed by the level of business it attempts. Poor communication not at all sympathetic to the needs of the customer. They were 40 minutes late picking the car up and it took them an hour and a half to drop it back.

!!!!! USE THIS SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!! If I could, I'd give this a zero-star rating. This is the last time I'll utilise this service. I had to wait over an hour for the driver to arrive and pick up my car. I call 30 minutes before i got to the airport. When I contacted to inquire about what was going on, the person simply hung up on me. When I questioned the driver for identification when he eventually came to take up my car, he became enraged and threw the keys at me. The driver then attempted to drive away with the passenger door open, nearly running over my toes. On return i was told my car would be with me in 30 minutes i had to wait over an hour. car was covered in dirty.

This is possibly the worst company I have ever used. No customer service, and still waiting 1 hr after ringing them. Do not use this company, should be suspended from offering a car pick up service

Really bad experience. Waited an hour for someone to collect our car from Gatwick and despite calling them three times (and being told they were 5 minutes away) no one turned up. We couldn't risk losing our flight so we went to Gatwick Long Stay Car Park. Whilst waiting for our car to be collected we met three families who had ALL had their cars lost by this company. They were first told that the keys couldn't be found. When they called back, they were told the cars couldn't be found. Upon calling for a third time, they were told that they must have booked through a different company and that the customers were wrong. The police had to be called and Skylink employees were swiftly reminded that Gatwick is full of CCTV which would have witnessed their cars being collected. 2/3 families all had new Audis. Steer clear of this company they are con artists

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! Called once baggage had been reclaimed as advised to do and were told that our car would be returned within 30 minutes. This actually turned out to be 3.5 hours. I phoned on numerous occasions and kept being told it would be there in 15 minutes. There doesn’t seem to be any system to this company, some families were waiting over 3 hours like us and then some who arrived after us only had to wait up to an hour. We were told by one of the drivers that there were only 5 of them for over 170 cars that day! They are clearly a lot cheaper than the approved meet and greets for a reason and my advice would be pay the extra to avoid the stress! Wish I had read trust pilot rather than believing the reviews on their website!

Used this company for the first time. Never again, the car was set at the maximum heating temperature, my back mats looked like they had visited a building site and picked up the workers who trod their dusty boots through my car. Not to mention that I called them on ei had picked up my luggage and then it took an hour for my car to be delivered to me. Never again will I use this company, especially if you want to get off your flight and head home.

After checking on Trust Pilot over a month ago this company had good feedback so we booked their service. Drop off last week was OK, albeit we had to ring the number they gave us numerous times before anyone picked up. The worst came today when we arrived back at Gatwick. We called at the baggage collect as told and the number went to voicemail. We then kept calling and finally someone picked up but by now we had just arrived at the carpark. When we got there we were met with at least 15 families waiting for their cars to be returned with some having waited 3hrs!!! We were told on 5 occasions that our car was on its way and would be 10 minutes. I'm the end we waited 2hrs with 3 kids in tow at 8pm at night. The service was a shambles, we were constantly lied too and saw several cars left with keys on the wheel unattended. Use this company at your peril!

After my recent experience I strongly recommend whoever has paid this company or in the process to cancel immediately. This company is a complete scam so I highly recommend going to your banks to get a full refund.

Be warned the company is a fraud we booked a 14 days parking when returning back to UK only are catalytic converters been stolen when the car been in their possession. We call them numerous times and emailed messaged no reply customers be worn do not book with this fraud company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Waited over an hour for the car to be returned. Everytime we called it either went straight to answerphone or we were told "driver two minutes away". After 45 minutes, i called again "10 minutes away". I started to complain, they hung up on me. I called again and again and they cut my calls. Finally they answered and they asked me what terminal i was at!!! 10pm with my toddler and pregnanct, this was not the experience I was expecting from a car "valet" service. 10.30 and our car finally turned up. By that point we werent surprised to see that they had absolutely no regard for the car with muddy foot prints all over the driver side and up the door. Should have listened to my gut instinct, please avoid this company at all costs.

Stay clear from this Company as it’s not trading legally and don’t have insurance to cover your car …. when the vehicle was left it was in good condition but when it came back the door would shut because it has been broken into !! and they just walked away…. your car isn’t in a secured compound just left anywhere… Promised to send me insurance documents but not not answering my calls? they only use 2 mobile numbers which means they are just a bunch of cowboys 07759 579014 & 07904 940766 IT ALSO TOOK 1-1/2 HOURS TO GET MY CAR This company has been reported to the police who are now investigating them, I have reported them to WATCHDOG and OMBUDSMAN PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY

We booked this service at LHR T3 thinking we were in capable hands , this was a terrible service. We arrived where we were told andJ had to wait 15mins for someone to come meet us to collect our vehicle which was frustrating to now arrive back from our holiday and having called and messaged they said that we still need to wait for 30mins with no apology for their delay. Never use this service, you will regret it and it definitely doesn’t save you any time.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY awful service, waited for over an hour for our car to be returned last night at Gatwick North terminal, despite calling them at the luggage reclaim point as per their instructions, after 4.5h flight and landing at 2am in the morning with a 3-year old this is not great..called them 5 times, everytime was getting an answer the car was on its way, should be in the next 10min.. and when the guy arrived he was even more rude, just threw the parking ticket on the dashboard! after such a poor service and complete misselling they could have at least offered to pay for the exit fee... awful, awful - never again, and we opted for this service thinking it will be quicker, and less stress!!

***READ BEFORE YOU REVIEW*** Skylinkparking.com ARE NOT Skylinkparking.co.uk..... Most if not all recent bad reviews below are for .co.uk and not this company which ends .com. Please review on the correct company. This company (.com) are great, .co.uk are terrible which I can personally tell you from a recent experience but I feel it is necessary to clarify this as again I've used .com company & had excellent service.

Gave it 1 star because couldn’t give it none!!!! Absolute cowboys! Returned back to Gatwick south where I dropped the car off rung the number and the rude guy said be 30 mins! 1 hour later I rung them again and they kept hanging up on me so kept going finally this rude t#$t answered and said your car is at north terminal get the tram over there so I said no you can bring it to where I dropped it off to which he said see you in about 2 hours then and hung up! Absolutely fuming that a company like this is aloud to trade so had to go back through airport get on the tram and go find my car! Absolute shower of s#*t stay away at all costs! Pay the extra and park with the actual Gatwick parking or another reputable company!!!!

Please do not use this company your car is not safe. We arrived back to Gatwick to be informed the car had been broken into and rear windscreen badly smashed. There was no apology they would not give insurance details they were rude but the phone down on me several times - would not let us speak with the manager - Apparently the damaged happened day two into the holiday they did not inform us - we had to drive three hours home with a smash rear windscreen - This is such a cowboy company your car is not safe and we have photographic evidence and call recordings !

This company is useless. Upon arrive back in the UK we went to the car park to collect our car, after phoning Skylink to say we had landed. We spoke with a Skylink rep who said he didn't know anything about our car! So I called the number again, it took about 15 mins to get an answer.They had lost our car keys, they didn't know where our car was stored.Very flippant phone response.The guy on the phone told me to "go home lady, I don't know where your car is". There were 4 other couples waiting for there cars and they were told the same thing. After many calls and much chasing, we managed to get the postcode for one of their yards, from the Skylink rep of their company, that was at the airport car park, he was taking a lot of abuse from people about their lost cars etc. A kind couple gave us a lift and whilst on they way there, the guy called to say he had found our keys and our car. An awful experience. They have no system other than a paper tag on your car key.
