Giving a one star is even too high. Total scam. Paid on line got to the airport and said they never received the payment so has to pay again at a higher price, left with very little choice when you have to catch a plane. On return tried calling them, don’t answer, call you back and say driver on route. Took 1.5 hours to get the car back and the row bar had been damaged, all bent. Do not use this company.
Please please please I am begging anyone who reads this not to use this company it is a scam. We landed from Gatwick to discover the police and about 30 other innocent families all in the same boat, dealing with horrifying discoveries of their cars being used for joyriding, cars not there, cars with fines and parking tickets, a couple next to us had a £300 fine as they hadn't evwb moved the car. This is run by fraudulent scammers, a dodgy gang who laugh on the phone, I rang 18 times and they kept hanging up, yelling at me, being rude. We have 3 small children with us who waited for 5 hours to finally find our car after a long flight. Some others were less fortunate, cars being returned wrecked, no car at all. Please phone Gatwick Airport if you want confirmation of all the above. They have the police there every single day dealing with issues from this fraudulent company! Don't be fools like us and try and save a few quid. It could cost you so much more!
the first thing I would say to Leigh Williams regarding his review get some English literature lessons, the second he obviously has not paid for a service that in my opinion is the worst I have ever had.Rather than go into my experience I would just like to echo everything terrible that has been written by other people on this cowboy company and I ask that everybody email West Sussex Trading Standards to report them who will be obliged to investigate them
Do not use this company! I called as they request you to 30mins before you need the car and they will meet and greet you. "Jimmy" answered and said "Stop calling, I'm ignoring your call for a reason! Im doing something... ill call you back in 10minutes" I had waited 15mins and called back. The response was patronising and rude! He first told me he is looking for the paperwork and will call back in 5mins... no call. I called back the 2nd response was someone was on their way with my car... I walked to Orange car park level 4 no car... I was greeted by two other families who was waiting for this company. One was dropping the car off... they never came so they had to just leave it in the short stay car park and they other with two young children has their car left in the same place they dropped it! The company never took the car. My car still had not turned up, so I called again, they told me my car was never picked up by them and they have checked their CCTV It never entered the yard. I then called the police because I knew they was lying, the police then told me "we have had so many calls like this, cars missing from Gatwick airport" they asked me to ask "Jimmy" where he stores the cars and he responded with "If the police want to talk to me, tell them to call me" which they did and Jimmy ensured he would check the CCTV within the hour. After an hour and a half no call back from Jimmy. A lovley skyline worker had just dropped off a car and could see how upset I was came over to say sorry about how I was being treated. I then asked where the cars were stored and he told me! The address is Acacia Grove, Copthorne Rd, Copthorne, Crawley RH10 3PD Office is at the far back of the yard behind the cars. I got a uber there and they could not believe their eyes! I went in and demanded my car they said "well you can't see it here can you?" after denying the company was Skyline (I asked for proof of their company name & then after they denied i saw a worker wearing their company name on his hi-vis). I was searching up and down for my car & all of a sudden another man says "oh I have found your car, its in the other yard. I cannot find they keys", then they magically found them! Had I not turned up at their yard I would still not have my car until now as they were denying ever having it. Their number is: 07707675611 Which they never answer or just hang up on you! Please please don't give them your car! Just turn up and get your car. (If you drive a little further down the road they also have a second yard on the left hand side of the road, there is a wooden gate you need to enter then you will see a big fence with lots of cars in. When I have arrived at the airport I have been presented with the ticket to pay for parking. This is shocking as I have not been told about this at the time of booking and the attendant taking the car said "either pay or we will just leave your car here" with no choice I paid his exit fee. He then says all customers complained about this... Our boss doesn't advertise that customers have to pay entry and exit fees. There was not even a mention about this at the time of booking. When I returned to collect the car I was waiting a while on level 4 to be told the driver left it on level 5 I was waiting for the driver. I arrived there to find the car parked up with key on the wheel no ticket and seems to of been left there for the duration of our trip as on exit bill was huge. Absolute rip off and do not use! Didn’t move my car for a week and then stated they had lost my key after over 50 phone calls. Rude and aggressive and a massive SCAM and we are 1k out of pocket as had to get a taxi home over 150 miles away/ new car key cut and £400 for a weeks short stay parking that we didn’t sign up for. Police have been informed and are fully aware of this Companies actions. We were one of many people that had been scammed. AVOID at all costs
For your own sanity and money, do not use this company. They seem cheap but when they take two hours to return your car. Or in the case of another couple we were waiting with, have lost your car keys and calmly tell them to get a taxi back to Southampton and come back in the morning. When my wife phoned them and calmly asked where our car was after several attempts by myself to get a comprehensible answer they told her to “fxxx off and stop blocking the number.” I spoke to the boss Abby. He didn’t know where our car was either. He was also unaware that some cars had simply been left at Gatwick to incur a massive parking ticket. Another couple told us they had dropped their car off a week earlier in the south terminal, but it took them 2.5hrs to be told actually their car was in the north terminal with the key left on the front wheel. This company is operating without the permission of Gatwick airport and should be closed down as soon as possible.
Do not use please . Reported car missing to police after waiting 2 hours for our car . No one picks phone up . Car brought back filthy too . Had a full refund through PayPal ADVICE PAY THRU PAYPAL AND OR CREDIT CARD ? DO NOT SIGN FOR CAR WHEN YOUR HOLIDAY IS FINISHED IF THEY DONT GIVE YOU THE SERVICE THEY ADVERTISE? TAKE PHOTOS OF RECEIPT OF CAR ( proof of time ) Then claim your money back . If enough people do it then the company will have to act !!! Will never use again
THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND SCAMMERS PLEASE DO NOT USE. We booked this company via a website called compare deals for airport parking on google. They are called Skylink Parking Meet and Greet. We paid £69 for the parking and paid via PayPal for their service at Gatwick airport. We followed all the instructions they gave us and their job is to park our car during the meet and greet (valet parking) for duration of our holiday which was 5 days and to bring it back on our return date. We paid for their service from 05/05/22 - 10/05/22. We back on 10/05/22 and called the company number we had been given to call. We was told it will take approx 30 mins for our car collection as this is a meet and greet valet parking service in the NCP Gatwick car park of Car park 6 Level 5. We waited over 4 hours!!!!!! We met other at the car park in the same situation. It dawned us very quickly that this company were using the same number and instructions with other customers but their company names were different from us and the others but the services was the same. NCP parking ticket guy told us about this company being a scam. He advised us to look around the car park where we had parked on the 05/05/22 to make sure that our car was valeted and not left as this would be accumulating costs. We then looked around only to find our car not valeted as per the service we paid. We were so shocked to find our car never valeted and left with no car keys. We rang the company over 20x in distress to no avail. Due to the distress m. Upon arrival of the police they informed that they have received numerous complaints regarding this company all this week from Gatwick airport and this has been very complicated for them to solve or get involved as it’s a civil matter. A guy finally showed form the company and gave us our key and the wrong working ticket. This was checked and it appears it had accumulated £225 in parking charges. The guy refused to pay and got very aggressive with us. We got really scared and not tried to provoke him due to our safety. We had to get the police involved which was so bad and the police said we had been scammed as this had happened all this week at Gatwick airport. We again called the company so many times chasing for the working correct to no avail. Gatwick car park NCP informed of the charges via our license plate had to waved £125 due to the amount of the distress we’re all in and told us this an ongoing issue and to contact trading standings. We had to pay £100 to get our car out. Absolute shocking service!!!! We lost so much money to this company and we cannot believe something likes this is happening at Gatwick to families, children and the elderly. We were told the company keeps getting dissolved and they will create another company scamming people.
When we first dropped our car off, we tried calling over 50 times and no answer until we were 10 minutes from airport. They then took over an hour to collect it meaning we were very close to our gate closing. On return, we waited over 4 hours for our car, one phone call they say ‘one minute away’ 20 minutes later on the phone they say my car is blocked in by 5 other cars??? THEY ARE LIARS!!!! One of the drivers was so aggressive shouting “F***YOU” to my partner and called him a C**t, threatening to push a girl down the stairs as they had left her car in the car park all week and left her with a £250 ticket. In the end we had to pay a £25 taxi fare to the lock up where they had my car. None of them seemed to be bothered that we had waited nearly 5 hours and had to come and collect it ourselves!!! We had to get the police and airport security involved and they said this is a regular thing. Taking these guys to trading stands!!
Money stolen out of the car….Do not use!When you finally get through to someone the car isn’t where they said it would be.
After waiting over 2 hours to retrieve our car. We arrived home this morning to a parking ticket from MET police for £100 as the driver who collected our car decided to go sit at McDonald’s for 2 hours. Company ain’t interested in sorting so it has been referred to the MET police to be sorted
Just got home today open post found out we got a parking ticket they went to McDonald's for two hrs on the day we dropped it off £100 Cxxxs then had to wait 2 hrs for them to bring it back

I called as soon as we landed as instructed, was told 30 mins for my car. 2 hours later, at least 45 calls & a threat to report to the police, them blocking my number my car was finally returned. The driver was nice but the cowboys answering the phone are as useful as a chocolate tea pot!!! Absolute shocking service!!!!
Please avoid this company!!!!!! They are the worst ever!!!!!! I had to wait 2 hours for my car to get delivered after calling numerous times to ask where it was. And every time they told me the car was on the way!!! But when I went to pay for the ticket it showed £315!!!!! They've left my car at the airport the whole week!!!! A bunch of liers and deceivers. And they wouldn't pay the ticket fee they told me they would let me out at the barriers and hung up on me. Of course that didn't happen and when I tried to call back to say I am stuck at the barrier they wouldn't answer the phone. Totally appaled and disgusted!!!! Please avoid at all costs!!!! They shouldn't be allowed to operate as they deliberately scam people!!!!!
Worst customer service and company. Not what they say they are. I called over 20 times and each time either the phone was put down or told it was 5 minutes away or laughed down at the phone. We ended up waiting over an hour and a half for our car at 1:30am. When we finally got our car we asked the driver (who was the only nice person we spoke to) why it took so long and he had only just been told to bring the car!!!! I will never use this service again
Do not use (unless you like waiting around in car parks, spending time on your phone - took 64 calls to get hold of them - and being lied to more Pinocchio).…. They took over three hours to deliver the car 🚗, the plane journey was only 15 minutes more.
