A terrible meet and greet service at Gatwick airport . Had to wait 30mins for the car to be collected and 1.5hrs for it to be returned. Terrible logistic planning, poor communication with the office and would never use again!

This is without doubt the worst parking company I have used. Had to wait an hour and half on arrival and everyone I spoke to was rude and lied. Cheap and terrible. Stay away

DO NOT USE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE This was the worst parking experience ever, I had to wait for 1h at departure and 2h at arrivals. People is rude and difficult to reach on the phone, they hang up on me when I told them I had been waiting for too long. I’m surprised they are still in business.

If possible I'd give them 0 stars. Nearly missed flight on the way out as we had to wait 30+ minutes before someone finally showed up, then had to pay for the ticket to get the out. Returning nobody answered the phone, and when someone finally did, he was almost impossible to understand due the heavy accent. Then after 45 minutes wait we were left with the car and no ticket to get through the barriers to leave the carpark. When calling them to get "help" they just hung up. Connect the dots here and guess if we consider them again ...

Disgusting customer service. I received the most disgusting behaviour when I had simply asked for some directions. I asked for cancellation. Hadn't even received a response. Keep away from them.

Car arrived after 1 and a half hours. Was promised a refund by their customer service team which never arrived. Lots of parking companies have questionable reviews but this is hands down the worst one I've used.

Appalling service, never again I used Skylink (come up as 'Pay to Park' on compareairportparking, service provided by Enigma parking ltd) for the first time this week, they were 30 minutes late collecting the car from LHR T2 - I only just caught the flight. And they took 90 minutes to deliver the car back to T2 after I called them, they lied and lied on the phone.

Utterly disgraceful service. We waited 1hr when dropping off car to be met. On return we waited 2hrs. We could not believe the state the car was returned in The footwells were absolutely filthy covered in thick mud (the car was pristine when we handed it over). They also returned the Porsche to us with a HUGE dent in the front bumper. They also scratched the leather seats. When we had the car returned we pointed the damage out. We filled in a form to illustrate the damage which was clearly a waste of time as there has been no recourse. I’ve tried calling around 50 times with no answer. I’ve sent around 20 emails too. After reading the scathing reviews I can see there will be no recourse. PLEASE do not use. They will ruin your car. We are now left with two grands worth of damage.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They have no authority to trade at Gatwick Airport they are untrustworthy and unreliable Car returned to us 2 hours late and covered in thick mud inside and out. No response from email asking for full refund or cleaning bill reimbursement

Very unreliable service and not a safe company to leave your car with. Having booked and paid to leave my car with Skylink Parking at Gatwick North, they were 25 mins late meeting me, even though I had called to give 30 mins notice of my arrival, as requested. They were late as they were dealing with another customer, whose car they had badly damaged. The Car Parks manager at Gatwick strongly advised me not to hand over my keys, confirming that Skylink were not registered and had a reputation for leaving keys on car roofs, tailgating out of the car park barriers and damaging cars.

AWFUL. Ive attempted to give zero stars, but it wont let me post without giving x 1. Reasons: Waited 1 hr on the way out, Waited 5 hrs on the way back. Lied to me and my wife repeatedly about how long away they were Hung up on us multiple times, after lieing to us Stole my phone charger Left their breakfast wrappers in the car Left passenger sear pushed back and leaning far back, as if someone had been sleeping in the car TOTAL SCAM. Was promised a refund, but i doubt that will come through.

Appauling service, they clearly went on a joy ride in the car, 25kilo tool box has done rolly pollys in the back, tools everywhere, dents inside the car and when we pointed this out to them they called us "fu*king cu*ts, go die" and stormed off.

Good morning, They park your cars in local roads in the industrial estate . Park there yourself and get a taxi ...! Good luck with these scammers

Disgusting crooks. Delivered our car back with £1500 worth of damage to the wing and door. Photos taken, told to call head office for insurance, who eventually blocked our calls. Rang on another number and was told to xxxx off! Stupidly didn't read the reviews but now realise these are professional scamers, looks like we are lucky to have got our car back at all. We booked through parking 4 you, who state on their website that all suppliers are fully insured, but were totally disinterested when we reported this to them and told us not their problem. What a shame there are such awful people with no conscience in business. I hope they all end up in jail.

This company is a total sham. On arrival back to the UK we could not get through on the number they gave. It was permanently engaged for 45 mins. Then when we eventually got through our 'valet parking' was going to be another 45 mins - almost and hour and a half later our car appeared. There was numerous people waiting. Terrible terrible service. AVOID.

DO NOT USE . Waited 30 minutes for my call to be answered then an hour and 1/2 to be picked up, car was not dropped of at the designated drop of point, driver couldn't speak a word of English or explain how I paid to exit the zone, car has been damaged on the front valance and the apple phone charger has been stolen, when I arrived to collect the car at the other destination driver was rifling though my glove compartment.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE SkyLink Parking.co.uk (I am aware skylinkparking.com are a different company but I am posting here for visibility) or WeCompareAirport Parking (they are linked companies and registered at the same address in Ruislip) .They said our car would be delivered within 45 minutes. It took them almost 4 hours to return our car, they were absolutely shambolic, a 1 star rating is far too high for them. DO NOT use either of these incompetent companies for parking your car. They did not answer their phone after our first call. . Numerous other families were left stranded in the same position as us. The Director for SkyLink Parking Services is listed as KUMARI, Pratima (SALEEM BEGUM, Tassadaq for WeCompareAirportParking). They both need to be struck off and the companies dissolved. Gatwick Airport have confirmed Skylink Parking has no permission or authority to operate their service from Gatwick Airport. The company have not responded to my request for a full refund. Their office phone number listed is 033 3339 4247 (WeCompareAirport Parking 0330 133 4885), needless to say neither number is ever answered despite me trying for 3 days. The postal address and company registration number on skylinkparking.co.uk website is fake. If you do need to retrieve your car it will most likely be parked close to Tubby's Tyres Copthorne Rd, Copthorne, Crawley RH10 3PD.

I cannot believe the reviews listed here…. I wish my husband had read before we booked! I too am leaving a disgusted angry review!!!! DO NOT use this company. They said our car drop back was to be an hour and half and to get a taxi.. and they would reimburse.. which we did and which of course they haven’t even responded to my email!!! The car park was rotten!!! Our car was left open with keys when we arrived at the car park and no one in sight looking out for it… and two other cars with ignitions on!!! How are these people allowed to operate and take out money!!!

By far the worst parking experience I ever had, landed at Gatwick late at night with two young children with no car in sight. I was with at least 10 other angry customers who have been tricked, lied to, manipulated by Skylink parking into believing their car is on the way or someone is coming to pick them up. Finally get picked up hours later taken to their car park which is 10 minutes away, finding my car get jammed by a mobile loo and another car. Another customer's car clearly got bumped (recorded by in car computer) which Skylink refused to admit, ending up with police being called. This company should be banned!

After reading so many bad reviews for this company, Skylink Parking Limited I’m not sure wheee to start with my experience. I landed at 8pm last Friday to be told a half an hour wait. 8.45pm I phoned again, I was then told it would be a further 1 hour wait. 15 minutes later I have a phone call from Skylink to tell me my car keys had actually been lost and told to take a taxi home at a cost of £129.50, which Skylink are apparently going to reimburse. They also said they would deliver my car back to my house the following day once hey had located the keys. I spent all Saturday and all day Sunday trying to contact the company and the phone either rang or it was engaged. No news until Monday morning when I managed to speak with the same lady from Skylink who admitted my car keys were permanently lost, so I arranged to meet a manager from Skylink at Gatwick airport with my spare set of car keys Monday afternoon at 3pm. Finally at 3.45pm we managed to flag down a Skylink driver and followed him on foot to the neighbouring shell garage where his boss and 4 others were eating in a car. I explained the situation and he told me to give him my spare set of car keys. As I wasn’t allowed to go to where it was stored for security reasons. I refused and told him if he didn’t take me to my car and show me where it was parked I was calling the police. He finally told me to follow him, so I got into my car and followed him for approximately 10 minutes. We arrived at the secure location which was “Gatwick Distribution Centre” Industrial Estate where my car was parked on the side of the road along with, what looked like 20 other nice clean holiday makers cars! The whole experience and worry has been a complete nightmare. At the moment I am out of pocket by at £129 taxi fare and a lost spare key which will cost around £250 to replace and half a day off work from myself and a colleague. DO NOT USE THIS MEET AND GREET CAR COMPANY.
