Mi experiencia fue mala. Tenía contratado el día 30/12 un transfer Aeropuerto Ginebra - Avoriaz. Mi vuelo llegó en hora y a las 21:45 estaba en el stand de Ski-Lifts para iniciar el transfer Me informaron de que el vuelo de los viajeros que compartían la furgoneta con nosotros tenían retraso y que no llegarían hasta las 23:30. El retraso final fue sobre las 23:50. Posteriormente dejamos a los viajeros en la puerta de su residencia en Morzine Todas estas vicisitudes hicieron que llegase a Avoriaz a las 01:30 del día 31/12 Ante mi queja y la solicitud de respuesta y una compensación por el retraso y las molestias la respuesta de Ski-Lifts fue que el retraso estaba dentro de los estándares de espera y que no había nada que ellos pudieran o quisieran hacer. En resumen, mi percepción del servicio es que la culpa del retraso era prácticamente mía y que debía darme por satisfecho con esa explicación

Prober company. They can do some mistake, but they care abuot there coustomers.

This is the 2nd time I have used Ski lifts and thet have not disappointment on both occasions. I received regular updates and the transfer was on time for both trips. The driver was polite and got us to the door of our hotel promptly. I will continue to use this company.

Great experience, both ways! Short wait time at the airport and then smooth comfortable journey to resort. Pick up from resort on time and equally stress free…very impressed and will definitely use again. Drivers were exceptionally friendly and careful drivers!

Easy to use and prompt drop off and collection. Good communications.

Great return journey and driver, all journeys in time and in good vehicles. Children’s car seats on airport collection were not provided as requested, driver didn’t care and had no interest in safety. Return journey this was rectified after complaining and the original collection time proposed was unnecessarily early for flight time - a later one was agreed with caveat they wouldn’t guarantee arrival for flight, earlier seemed to suit their schedule not our flight time!

Three transfers arranged on different days for the group. All on time with friendly and safe drivers. Price per person was good.

Perfect 5 stars service. My ski was lost by my Airplane company, so I had to spend a longer time at the airport to file a report. The shuttle has wait for me without charging extra cost. I'm always booking with ski-lifts.com. Their prices are really good
