Only problem we had is on arrival in Munich there was nobody waiting for us and we didn’t know where to go to get our transfer.
First of all I would like to say that our driver was super accommodating and tried to do his best to make sure we were comfortable. Good driving in such a bad weather condition and was very polite. Thank you to the driver In terms of the company service - something else to say. They decided to save money on return trip and It was 4 people in a small SUV car with 3 large suitcases and one large ski bag. Now Imagine... When we booked the transfer, we mentioned that we had a ski bag and one regular suite case. I had to remove the skies from my ski bag, we were cramped into this small SUV total 4 people and my ski bag was sticking from the back into my seat so i had to actually lay down on the other lady who was riding with us. I was sitting 5 hours to one side, leaning onto the stranger and had headache from my snowboard sticking into my neck. Very poor service providing such a SMALL CAR. We will not be using your services again. BUT thanks to the driver again for doing his best!

Very reliable service. Friendly driver. Good knowledge of alternative routes when traffic was bad. Patient when delays at the airport meant we were late and good communication via WhatsApp.

Lift back on the 6th Jan Driver had no idea how to operate his ventilation/ AC. He then proceeded to use Google maps for directions whilst holding his phone in one hand and the steering wheel in the other !! This was whilst driving on snow covered, windy roads - one had on the steering wheel!! Whilst it was snowing. I then insisted he hold both hands on the steering wheel and I hold the phone for the 2 hour drive showing directions. Will never use this service again.
