On first pickup driver didn't realise the booking was for 2 people, on our return transfer we were almost taken to Munich airport rather than Innsbruck.

Always been pleased with the service in previous years, but this year our shared transfer from Geneva to resort wait times took in excess of the potential 90mins that is stated when booking, it was nearer 2hrs with very little updates given. The return transfer was also a little disappointing. We received the confirmation email from Ski-Lifts stating the pick up time, but this was followed by a text from the operator with an earlier time and then another text from the driver giving an even earlier time. The transfer it’s self was fine, even though he was only dropping at T1 & was reluctant to take us to T2 as he was very busy, so we walked to T2. So overall not the best experience and not what I’ve become used to with Ski-Lifts…
Easy to use booking system and messaging service confirming and detailing pick up day before departure worked well. Even though the arrivals hall at Geneva was manic, instructions were easy to follow and our transfer wasn’t far from the airport. On the final day our transfer was there ahead of time and despite us delaying things the driver was quite relaxed. Will use again

We booked transfers from Sofia Airport to Borovets. The experience was absolutely seamless. The driver picked up our family of four from arrivals at the airport (with an ipad with my name on it) and drove us safely into the mountains straight away. We were given a pick-up time the day before leaving and the driver was waiting for us at the hotel drop off/parking area. Amazing service, great price.

Very easy to use website for booking and flexible cancellation/ amendment terms. I also had an issue where I had input the wrong flight time and only realised 48 hours beforehand. Ski-lifts were easy to contact and resolved the issue very quickly. I would definitely use them again.
