Excellent all round. Easy to book online and very good communication. Transfer drivers were both excellent. Our return driver had the challenge of treacherous, icy road conditions, which he handled very competently with the help of snow chains.

Our travel plans changed at last minute but ski lifts managed to find us a great solution for us to enjoy new year with family- great service all round

Incredibly inflexible when we needed to change. Sadly we erred and booked an outgoing private transfer for the Friday when it should have been the Saturday. Our return trip was unchanged and we advised them 24 hours before. The company refused to change the time and told us that no refund would be made for the change. Hence we had to book with another provider for the outgoing trip. This is the problem with booking consolidators/intermediaries. Next time we will book direct with the transport companies themselves.
