First class easy to book clean taxi great driver
Trip from Geneva Airport to Chatel was excellent. Efficient and polite pickup, perfect journey to Chatel in a smart Mercedes. Ski Lifts subcontracted this to Chatel Transfers, who I also used successfully during my stay. Had that been my only experience with Ski Lifts, they would have received 5 stars. Unfortunately, the return journey was subcontracted to Taxi Med, who deserve no more than one star - hence the average of 3. Very young driver spoke no English but clearly worried that the steering of the old taxi he brought was defective. We spent 20 minutes stuck in a layby waiting for another taxi to come, while our driver appeared to be playinmg on his phone, and gave us no information as to how far the other taxi had to come, how long it would take etc. In the end, I phoned Ski Lifts in London and to their credit they (a) answered the phone quickly (b) appeared to put a firework up Taxi Med and (c) phoned me back promptly. Even the new taxi had to stop for diesel before we got to Geneva, but at least we made our flights! Perhaps the 3 star average was a bit mean!

Met at Geneva airport on time, stopped for shopping as requested as we were self catered in Meribel. Picked up on time coming back and no issues with transfer. Both drivers were very helpful: chatting on the first transfer challenged my French a bit but Pedro spoke perfect English on the return. Thanks guys.

We were late on arrival but our driver was ready for us. And on our departure the driver was also there - especially good as it was 5 am.in.yhe morning and it was -10 Celsius!
Scheduled arrival at 08:30, only depart with bus at 11:25 after waiting for 3 flights to come in. Those where scheduled way out of the max 2hours max waiting time
Longer wait than usual on my arrival, otherwise great service. I have been surprised of the increase in the price I paid for shared service, especially on my way to the ski resort, where we couldn't be more skeezed. Should get quote from more than one company next time.
