I’ve been booking with Ski lifts for about 5 years and they’ve never let me down. This last trip was to and from Lech/ Innsbruck. Mehmet our driver was absolutely lovely. Punctual, polite, v cheerful and checking if we needed to stop for drinks or bathroom in the way. Couldn’t have been better.

Not thoughtful about accommodating transfer times at all. Booked on a transfer with 2 other passengers on a flight 2.5 hours earlier. They were very late for their flight and I was at the airport 1.5 hours before my check in opened. To be clear - the transfer was poorly timed for ALL PASSENGERS ON THE TRANSFER, not just myself. The other passengers in the shared service were known to me personally and they were also inconvenienced. This company considers only their own profitability rather than providing a useful service.

Ski Lifts is the best transfer I have ever experienced! Picked up on time, small group so no waiting forever at the terminal, quick transfer and kept fully briefed on method of contact and a comfortable ride to boot! The return back (door to door) was the same. Highly recommended.
