Return journey did not give sufficient time for hold-ups. Although the driver did a great job of using back roads and farmer's tracks to get us there with a minute to spare, we could have avoided the stress with an earlier pick-up

Great experience and really easy instructions to find the transfer desk. Not long waiting time. We got a message 1 day before pick up, and the driver called 20 min before for the return. One improvement suggestion is about the booking process. I made the request and when it then got confirmed there was only a short time frame for the payment link to work. Then I had to make the booking all over again. If you get a message on mobile with the email, that would be good. Thanks

When arriving at Innsbruck, the driver was supposed to be waiting for us with a sign. This was not the case and we ended up waiting for 45 min. We tried to call the emergency number provided and the first call ended after 15 min without anyone answering. The second call got through and the clerk had no information about why the transfer was not at the airport and told us that he would call the chauffeur. Shortly after the chauffeur finally arrived and told us he got stuck in traffic and had called Ski-Lifts to inform them about the delay. I guess this information never got through since we didn’t hear a word before the chauffeur arrived. Disregarding the hiccup when arriving, both fares to and from Innsbruck were quick and easy with very friendly drivers.
Our transfer host ( driver) had exceptional customer service skills. He was very friendly, extremely polite and had a warming personality. He was more than happy to answer any questions we had.
