After arriving at the airport friend & I were scheduled to be on separate transfers to the same hotel despite requesting to be together. Had to wait 1.5 hrs. For the return trip the booking engine online defaulted to registering us as a transfer back the following day - this is an error in their booking system which happened to my friend & i who booked separately and both had the same issue. Company did not acknowledge this and made us pay twice

We were promised a baby seat for a transfer, from Ski-Lifts, through the Portuguese agency Sporski, between Venice airport and Cortina d’Ampezzo, but the bus turns out to not have any child seats. This attitude from Ski-Lifts is regrettable. Pedro Machado Portugal
