We amended our pick up time the day before, which was actioned by the company and confirmed with 20mins. Our driver was on time, and was a long but relaxing journey from Val to Grenoble airport.

We had to wait about 50 minutes for our shared transfer, but the company clearly stated before we booked that we could wait up to 60 minutes, so we were quite happy. The driver was friendly and very safe behind the wheel. I'd use this company again.

What an excellent company. The communication was excellent. Pick up time was perfect, we didn’t have to wait for hours at the airport. Two minibuses arrived to take our party of 13 to the airport. The drivers were polite and courteous. Took all the stress out of travelling to the airport. Will definitely use them again!

When pickup at Innsbruck airport the driver was sent to St. Anton, but the request was to Ischgl. It was not possible to change the pick up when we were going again to the airport week later.

Transfers in both directions were very smooth and uncomplicated. Good communication, particularly when the company had a query on one of my flight times. Driver's were timely, professional and considerate. Would definitely use again if I am skiing in the same area again.

Geneva Airport to Morzine: It was very easy to use ski lifts, they reliably sourced a transfer who was ready and waiting for me in arrivals. It was a shared van with other travellers heading to similar locations (3 drop offs all within 5 mins of each other). For my return journey they were punctual to pick me up from my chalet, with plenty of time to get back to the airport. Both drivers were very friendly and easy to talk to which made the journey go much more quickly. Will definitely use them again.

First transfer not enough child seats but very good driver. Second transfer driver wanted to leave at 06.00 for a 16.00 flight. We negotiated 08.00 . He then WhatsApped and phone at 06.30 saying he wanted to leave immediately. We were at the airport ( Chambéry) at 11.30. Fortunately it was dry and warm so we could wait outside as the terminal was packed.

Great prompt service - highly recommend

The transfer from Geneva to Morzine didn't go well. Initially we were told to meet the driver at the visitor centre. The driver wasn't there. When I went to the desk, there was a big delay, we had to wait 90 mins for the van. When the van eventually picked us up, it initially took us to the wrong address! So we got there in the end, but not a great experience. The return journey to the airport was much better, collection was on time and driver very helpful.

Another good transfer by Getaway vans, booked through skilifts.com. Arrived early, very polite, and the van was modern, clean, and tidy.
