It was a last minute booking to go skiing and I couldn’t get the transfers times I wanted on the buses and I was only going to be there for a few days so time was imperative to me and my daughter. I decided to book a private transfer and looked about at various companies and chose Ski-Lifts for value for money to start with and I’m talking about £200 difference on the return trip compared to other companies. The service was excellent from start to finish. Updated for pick up times as promised Drivers were prompt polite and courteous. They were both (each way) very experienced with the roads which was very handy as there had been a land slide which was causing major hold ups around the mountain but our drivers found the best routes and we got to the resort in great time and back to the airport with lots of time to spare too! The vehicles were good clean new people carriers. Money well spent that’s for sure and I will definitely use them again when I go to Val D’Isere again 10/10

Perfect Service from Ski Lifts. Taxi driver was waiting for us in arrivals with a sign, took our bags and got us to the chalet in Borovets. Return was there to pick our party up on time and got us to the airport early. Could not recommend this service enough!

Easy pick up, however our car back was quite a squeeze for the 3 of us and snowboard.

The drivers were punctual both times, which we appreciated. However, despite mentioning twice that we had snow equipment and multiple pieces of luggage, the transfer was arranged with a car that barely fit everything. A larger vehicle would have made the journey much more comfortable.
