Generally went well Pick up on return leg was prompt .Only criticism was that despite being told maximum wait at the airport would be 60 minutes we were kept waiting 90 minutes . The taxi service Four seasons had scheduled the shared ride with a group from another flight which was due in 70 minutes after us and was also delayed making the 60 minute maximum wait unattainable.

I use ski-lifts for 10+ years. No extended waiting time. Pick-ups are always at planned time. Proper communication about pick-up times and safe transport. However, company should set some measures about irresponsible customers. We waited for some 20 minutes for some irresponsible passengers! They should be clearly warned about this is a shared transfer so other do not have to wait.
The drivers to and from Innsbruck Airport to Hintertux were friendly. The taxi service arrived 30 mins late for the return journey but traffic was busy so couldn’t be helped. The 7 seater taxis were very comfortable. The telephone line to help with problems was answered and very helpful. It is a pity that we had to ask our drivers on both journeys to refrain from using their mobile phones to message while travelling at speed - it’s a dangerous practice for their customers. However - a great service and would recommend.

Almost everything was perfect, from booking and the transfer, however, the only thing that's making this a 4 star review is the payment. I don't know whether it was a problem my end but when it came to pay for everything the link they sent didn't work, so I ended up calling them. The guy I spoke to was helpful and understood, but it was just the fact I had to make that call and settle it over the phone rather than the link working.
The van left quickly after arrival at the desk. We were 3 families then 2 stops before me but all ok!!!
Arrived on time Friendly, informative driver who drove us to the airport and to Terminal Two with out any issues. Will use them again next year .

Both drivers up and down the mountain were excellent on 1st and 7th Feb. No complaints with the service at the airport either as our inbound flight was delayed but we had left the desk within 30 mins of booking in. Thank you
Been to Avoriaz & Morzine many times but not used SkiLifts before. Having used private transfers with larger groups for cost efficiency, I was sceptical about the waiting times/pick up times at the airport and the resort especially with a toddler in tow. Our experience massively exceeded our expectation. On the booking website however be cautious in selecting your ‘departure’ time. It asks for your flight number but [whether we were overthinking it or not] we put down resort departure time and not flight departure time so was horrified to see a pick up time of 02.30 for a 10.45 flight. After an incredibly efficient conversation with no call waiting time, our mistake was rectified within 5 minutes to a more suitable time. Very impressed! Highly recommended if the other transfer companies are too expensive!
