Very good service and kept up to date with timings etc
On time pickup. Pleasant, accommodating drivers. Good equipment. Had three journeys. Second leg (Zermatt to Lech) had problems. Driver spoke no English and missed key turn causing an aggravating delay. Also texted while driving.

I do not understand why (during low season) a private transfer needs to leave resort almost four hours before the flight. I can only assume it’s because they have a return journey to fulfil and as such we need arrive an hour earlier than necessary.
It was a bit late to pick up us, because the preceding guests were late for one hour. However, the driver was so nice and apologized for the delay.

My taxi driver for the first leg of the journey, openly drove whilst talking on the phone.... no Bluetooth or hands free. I was extremely surprised that they would put themselves and their customer in danger, especially in snowy conditions. I would expect someone from Ski-Lifts to reach out to discuss the matter further. Return Journey was perfect.
