Turned up on time and as expected at both ends. Was dropped off at the chalet door which made things much easier. Small mini bus of 7 people so it was a comfortable journey too. The only thing to note is that they only operate from Terminal 1 so on both inbound and outbound flights I had to walk with my luggage (which in Geneva is a bit of a pain outdoors) but otherwise exactly what you expect.
All good and service itself excellent, especially comms for return trip. Only thing that needs improving is your website. Very temperamental and was hard to book!
Friendly drivers who got us to and from the airport on time. Comfortable vehicles with nice added touches (water, etc.) - one of our drivers offered sweets and had brought car sickness tablets (not needed). One of the return legs was delayed due to outbound traffic but we were still at the airport on time. Some interesting lane management on the motorway on one leg but all arrived in one piece.

Everything was great except I was told the wrong pick up time so had a 20 min wait. Good job it was later than what I was told otherwise it could have been more problematic.
They don’t let you choose when you’re picked up. Instead they tell you when they’ll pick you up. As a result we had to wake up unnecessarily early in order to arrive almost 3.5 hours ahead of our flight.
Very easy to book. On the scheduled day, I was contacted with all information needed. I was also contacted by the driver the night before to check time of pick up and destination. Really professional.
