Advertised as a max waiting time of an hour from when you get to the meeting point in the arrivals hall at Geneva. In reality wait was over an hour and a half.

We have used Ski Lifts for many years. We were a party of six going to Les Gets. They were very efficient and prompt as always. The vehicles are immaculate, communication is excellent and the drivers were both friendly and efficient (even at 6:00am)

A private transfer from Grenoble to Les 2 Alpes. Excellent journey both ways with great drivers. We were delayed almost two hours flying into Grenoble yet this did not cause an issue. A driver was ready and waiting when we finally left the airport. The return journey was excellent with a perfectly on time pick up. Vehicles for both journeys were clean and comfortable. The standard of both drivers was excellent.
Going to Les Carroz and booked with these guys. They’d taken the booking but had booked us on in turn with EBA Eurobus. The issue was they didn’t know where this bus left from! After some considerable effort on both my part and their part we found the bus 15 minutes late. I had turned up at Ski-Lifts two hours ahead of the scheduled departure time. To be fair, it was cheap and we did get to Les Carroz on time but some stress with them at the airport.

The plane was 30 min delayed in landing but the luggage was faster than normal but still had the booked transfer left and we had to wait very long.

Well communicated, no messing around and the drivers were very nice and pleasant.
Awful! Do not trust. Our taxi from Vaujany to the airport was due for 11am. Then it was pushed back to 12pm, and then we were told the taxi wouldn’t arrive until 12.50pm! This is for a flight where the gate closes at 3.20pm with a journey time of 1hr 50! Disgraceful organisation and at this rate we might not make our flight!
1. Shuttle late at arrival. 1 hour. 2. To early pickup on retur, but was able to chance that. 3. The 2. driver wants 50 euro extra. After 1 week still not checked by Ski-Lifts. The quality not the same as last year.
Great value door-to-door transfers (Geneva - Morzine) that are reliable, comfortable and on time. Good comms from the company with travel information provided through text message 24-hrs pre-pick up. The terminal kiosk is easy to find with the info provided in your booking confirmation email and drivers are always friendly and happy to help with carrying/loading luggage. This is our second time travelling with ski-lifts, and overall it was another fantastic experience. 5* will use again 👍🏼
Polite. On time, drove up a steep drive to collect bags and got us to airport promptly. Service delivered exactly as advertised .
