The pole on my snow Joe wouldn’t lock anymore and my warranty at just passed Christine Bancog helped me and had no issues sending out a replacement for me. Thank you very much guys & gals for making the process very easy!

Well I finally got to use it. it works well, except it blows back at you and it sprays really high when it is not blowing back and goes where neighbours have already cleaned their snow. It looks like it goes together wrong, I know it isn't but it looks that way. but it is fast and better than shoveling. I'm sure I will get used to it, but if it could be shipped assembled that would be a real asset.

I purchased Cordless Snow Shovel Model #24V-SS13 and really have used it perhaps just 5 times. The second time I used it there was a snap and I saw what I thought was a BLACK rubber band-like string flailing. Since then the shovel has not worked right; the throw is scattered, not projectile like the first time. They contacted me canvassing for me to say something about the equipment. I told them what I saw. I have attempted to use it 2 other times as we have not had a lot of snow in my area this winter. It does not pick up the snow from the base i.e. the ground. It picks up from the top thereby compacting the snow beneath and making that harder to remove. The throw is scattered. They tried to move me along by saying there is no resolution so the case will be closed. I even recommended they take it look at their shovel and that it may be good for their R&D trying to figure out what happened. Perhaps something catastrophic happened or it may have been a factory defect or even perhaps something as mundane as picking up a pebble. I am a lay person out of the funds that I used to buy an underperforming equipment. I would not recommend purchasing. Purchase date was 11/12/2022. I cannot remember date of problems.

Snow Joe support was easy to work with and stood behind their warranty. My snow joe broom had a clip break, and they were quick to offer a replacement. Christine Bancog specifically made my experience as fast and easy as possible! Thanks Christine!

Charito was very helpful in diagnosing a battery charger problem. He noted it needed to be replaced with a new one, which he’d ship immediately and we would have it within 3-4 days. There was no cost since it was under warranty and no need to ship back the defective charger. Quick, excellent service! Much appreciated.

We bought a pressure washer from Snowjoe a couple of years ago off Amazon. It worked great until recently there was a leak in the underside. My wife actually opened it up to see if we can repair / replace the part that was leaking. It wasn't possible so I reached out to Snow Joe and realized that we were just a few months past our warranty. The customer service was super responsive and helpful and actually did a one time replacement for us with a slightly different version because the version we had was out of stock. Big shout out to Julie Rebucas. The overall experience was great and it is great to see Snowjoe stand behind their product.

Snow Joe snow blowers work very well. They are easy to assemble, don't take up much space and one can easily recharge the batteries. I had a service issue and received excellent service under the warranty. Ruigi, Suzette and Charito were very courteous and helpful.

I had an issue with my battery. Christine Bancog was my representative. She resolved my issues and is sending me out a replacement one. I cannot say anything bad. She handled it all to my complete satisfaction.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I received a Snow Joe 24V-2X-SB22 as a gift in April of 2023. Since there wasn’t any snow, this was not assembled until December of 2023 and tested. It appeared to work fine and I was looking forward to our first snow. When snow rolled around this last week, we anxiously pulled this out and much to our disappointment, it did not fire up. I contacted customer service and they needed the purchase information before they would assist. I explained that I received it as a gift and provided the info I had. They gave me a couple of trouble shooting steps to try, which did not work. At this time they asked again for the receipt and I explained that I did not have it and wasn’t able to get it. They asked me to send a picture of the tag on the side of the unit… which I did. At that time, they explained that manufacture date was 2021 and they weren’t able to assist. The date on the unit is 202111, which was explained to me meant it was made in November of 2021 (in China). According to the Snow Joe website, their warranty is 2 years + 90 days. This clearly falls within that timeline and they refuse to assist in any way, I take that back, they offered a 20% discount on a new purchase. How would they expect any consumer to want to purchase another unit from a company that won’t assist with a unit that never worked one time? I will say that they were very responsive, which I appreciate but it wasn’t fun to read “there is nothing we can do” so many times. I do not recommend any Snow Joe products.

Updated Review - 2/21/24: Within a day of posting here customer service did reach out to finally resolve my issue, and about a week later my replacement under warranty has arrived. (Changing Review to 3 stars) Original Review - 2/13/24 - One Star: Customer service has completely ignored my support request for over a month, despite my following up multiple times. I first contacted customer service regarding a product issue on January 8th 2024, and received a ticket number confirmation email. After one week I still hadn't gotten a response, so I replied to that support email. After one month there was still no response, so I emailed once more. Still no reply to my initial contact... What's the point of the customer promise and warranty when they just ignore you and you can't utilize it? If anyone from support sees this, I'm still trying to resolve support request ticket number 2623890. No one has ever followed up with me.

I spoke with the customer service agent about my issue, after 30 minutes of gathering my details, serial number, etc they confirmed I was under warranty and this issue will be resolved with a replacement, they made me select a similar model and it all seemed like they will take care of the issue. Fast forward 1-2 days after, someone else contacted me with the complete opposite message saying my issue was not going to be covered (the pressure washer started to leak from inside the assembly spontaneously, what will be a manufacturing issue). Very misleading and totally disappointed, will stay far from this company.

Reputable company. And so far, I'm impressed with my snowblower. My original order was for a 15inch 24v snow blower, sadly it died after the 1st run, it might have been operator error or the heavy wet snow we got. They replaced it quickly and so far the new one has not had any issues.

Excellent customer service. I could not be happier with the zero e the team provided when the snowblower I had did not have a replacement wheel available for purchase, they replaced my entire snowblower. Thank you, SnoJoe!!

I needed a replacement part and Christine Buhat did a great job. Amazon messed up a lot in repackaging the shipment I got so it was missing some parts and a user manual and warranty registration stuff. She got it all figured out for me and helped a lot.
