The Sun Joe de-thatcher/scarifier unit arrived on the 27th of February. I tried to assemble it on the 28th of February and realized it was missing a part to the handle so I couldn't assemble it. I called on the 28th of February and the lady that took the call was very helpful. She helped register the unit since I didn't have time to do that yet, and identified the part from my description and said the part was in stock and would ship out immediately. This was the great part of the service. I would have rated this as 5 stars. The lady said I would receive an email shortly with tracking information and the part should arrive in 3 to 5 days. I thought that was a long time since the unit arrived missing the part but accepted that. I expected an email with shipping information on the 29th. I didn't get an email until the 30th saying the part shipped. Then when the tracking information came through, it showed that the part wouldn't be delivered until February 6th, a week later. It was basically shipped the cheapest way and longest time which was very disappointing since the unit arrived missing a part. I would have hoped Snow Joe would have tried harder to get the part out to make the unit complete in a timelier fashion. I was happy with the customer service, short wait time, and friendly. I was disappointed with the follow through.

Warranty done promptly

I'm currently on my second snow blower that routinely shuts off after 10-15 seconds of operation. After contacting customer support, they ghosted me for almost a month before finally getting back to me. They are now refusing to warranty the unit, instead they offered me a 15% discount on a new snow blower. I don't know which I'm more disappointed in, the snow blower that doesn't work or the customer service that won't stand behind their product. Buyer beware.

Evelyn listened to my concerns on my recent purchase of the snow shovel and explained that it was under warranty and she would send a replacement within the next 3-5 business days. I received the replacement as promised. Thank you.

Poor quality products, and no customer service. Purchased a snow thrower from them and very quickly the chute broke due to flimsy materials. A replacement chute was never available so a repair could not be made by myself. Eventually they gave me the option of returning for store credit, however once the item was returned I have been ghosted without credit or contact. I have attempted to make contact multiple times with no reply to my attempts

Was promised the replacement charger by no later than 2/2/24 it is under warranty. I called again feb. 6 to question statistics said they would enter request again and that a tracing number would be supplied and still no reply for tracking. Am I going to receive the item or not.

My power shovel broke. Snow Joe honored the warranty and, because the power shovel was out of stock, they replaced it wath a snowblower (which was an upgrade) so I could receive a product sooner.

I purchased the WA24C-LTE Sun Joe battery operated 5 gallon pressure sprayer to use on the dogs I walk. This is an incredible machine and I love the spray wand. It’s fantastic for cleaning the pooches after a springtime muddy romp at the dog park and makes for happy clients who get a clean dog back after their excursion!!!

I ordered ice melt and my credit card was charged. Two weeks later the order DID NOT arrive. Snow Joe kept delaying my refund claiming the item did ship when in reality the item was out of stock when I ordered it.

Worked well on snow that was less than 6 inches deep threw the snow well.

Product broke in not one but two spots at different times. Really got frustrated with the warranty and customer service depts. Could not every talk to someone. After leaving messages they responded with an email that went straight to my spam folder. Then their message that said they were closing their file came straight to my inbox. The finally sent me a replacement but it was not the same model.

I have called customer service with a message "no customer several representatives is available call again later goodbye" multiple times, attempted to contact via email with no response, and hit up their online chat to get a bot that goes in circles. This was all before my product ever made it to my house, because I didn't not receive an invoice or tracking info after I placed my order. My order did show up and I'm hopeful it will work, but I have zero and I mean zero hope if I have an issue that snowjoe will stand behind their product and the 2 year warranty.
