I purchased a snow Joe electric snow blower last season. It was stored as stated in manual however one battery did not charge for my first snowfall. It took several days to contact customer support and of course, they had no backup batteries. Since still under warranty I was told to repackage, and ship back. Upon receipt that is was scanned at UPS I would be sent a replacement. ONE WEEK, no responses to calls or emails until today. They could not explain why it wasn’t shipped , offered NO compensation, and said to expect my new one in 3-5 business days.. This Sunday we are expecting a possible 6-10 inches of snow. So two storms in two years with a snow Joe product and I will be using a shovel again due to terrible service and constant delayed responses. A simple overnight or 2 day shipping could have elevated so many issues but company was not willing to help correct their multiple mistakes. Do not trust them and I do not recommend purchasing anything for this company.

Update 7/23/2024: Still out of stock... Talked to support and they told me to be patient... I think I have been pretty patient. Please be cautious if you think of buying from them. Update 6/5/2024: I hate being right but it is now June and it's been 90 degs out, guess what I still don't have? yep, replacement equipment. still out of stock! just dropped the star rating. Original 1/16/2024: Have a product and the quality seems good but can't get support. I have tried emailing and calling but no response. Their phone for the last week just says no support agents are currently available and please call back later and disconnect. Update (removed another star): Finally got through to (866) 766-9563 at 9:05 am EST (took 7 days). They were no help. Everything is out of stock and I am signed up for when the item is back in stock for replacement. Then I have the privilege to try and call them back when it's in stock and maybe I will be able to get a hold of them. The advisor told me their system can't auto-fulfill warranty replacements. I'll be happy to have a fully functioning snow blower by summer! Since I did all the work and found the faulty bearing the advisor was nice enough to offer me to take the faulty bearing from my brand new unit and go to a hardware store for a fishing expedition to find the needle in a haystack of a bearing and purchase the tools and bearing at my cost to extract the press fit bearing out of the housing and install the replacement. Returned purchase for a loaner until new one comes in stock. Customer service was very helpful.
We never received a replacement snow Joe blower when ours failed within the warranty. We sent a total of 2 videos and ample descriptions that illustrate the issues are with the snow Joe blower not being able to hold the batteries in place. We also reported that one of the batteries would no longer charge. We were sent a replacement battery, which does not correct the failure of the SnowJoe blower unit itself. I have reached out in two different emails to report this problem. I have called 3 times and each time theirs is an outgoing message stating that there are no representatives available to take calls. Investing in the SnowJoe snowblower has not met the expectations that SnowJoe advertise in quality of the products or customer service.
What do you call Customer service when no one answers the phone at customer service ?I call it Snow JOB !!! How can you give a review when there’s no one there to handle a problem? You guys are a joke I have a warranty and you can’t get to use it if there’s no one there. You call , it automatically hangs up….. But they e mail me everyday for a customer review .. ha !
It's going on 2 weeks and I still haven't received my replacement parts. Also, they spelled my name really wrong and when I asked them to correct it, they said that they would correct it, but it's still wrong on the emails that I've received from them.
I purchased a snowblower which I have not received yet should be coming today. A few days after my purchase, I noticed it was on sale for sixty dollars less. I have emailed numerous times and called and cannot talk to a person. Nobody is contacting me.
Purchased a ion-battery charger for my Snow Joe electric shovel. I need the charger for the 24 volt charger ( bought the 40 volt). It has now been 5 emails, 4 phone calls to their non working customer service number. NO response from either. My next stop is the better business bureau to report their service. Even returning a Snow Joe shovel I purchased in local store. Never buying anything from this company again !
I purchased a 110VSnowJoe snowblower on November of 2022. It has had issues since new. I have contacted you several times and was told you would replace the unit with a new. I spoke by phone with a rep last Thursday and have hear nothing since. I cannot get through on the phone system and the automatic email system is worthless. I have bought several of your products but if your customer service is no better that what I have experienced, I will not be buying or recommending them

Bought unit in November 23. Finally got enough snow to use it in January 24. It worked good rather tiring I bought two batteries what I did only used 1/3 of the battery that I bought extra.

We purchased Snow Joe Corded Snow Blower (SJ627E). We are impressed with its ability to handle Wisconsin snow -- even the two foot or higher piles at bottom of driveway created by snow plows. The key to success with extremely deep snow is first using a shovel to prepare 6" high piles for the snow blower to move. The snow blower does the heavy work of moving the snow so that you don't have to lift and carry it. My wife calls it the "Little Snow Blower that Can." When we did have a problem with the snow blower caused by it hitting a chunk of ice or something, we were pleased with Snow Joe response. They would have immediately sent out a replacement, but one was not in stock. Instead, they sent us a different model to use until the original is back in stock. Snow Joe demonstrated its commitment to the customer by making sure we have what is needed to make it through the Wisconsin winter. Snow Joe even pays for UPS return shipping, although I did need to pay UPS pickup fee because the shipping box was too large to fit in my car to take to UPS store.
