I have Gone through 3 snow joe 13” snow throwers in three year it isn’t easy to get them replaced when they break under warranty. Twice now they are out of stock. Customer Service has to email me when they come in to stock, then I have to call them for a replacement . Makes no sense to me. The last one, they downgraded me with a smaller unit, worked for 5 minutes surprise. I would have thought they would have upgraded me to a bigger unit even if i had to pay move.

I bought a Grass Shears and Hedge Trimmer in August last year. I registered it as recommended. I used it once to clean edges of my grass, but immediately I realized that this machine is too delicate for this work as the blade started loosing its teeth. Thus, I stopped and purchased blade replacement, but the machine broke again right on the next day after blade was replaced. The company did not replaced it nor tried to repair it. I feel cheated. EDIT: I received (see below) a kind and apologetic response from Shop JOE Customer Care. Nevertheless, my issue is not solved. That’s what they did. You can see with your own eyes. I’m waiting for a resolution for 6 months now. They don’t offer any other solution, but put me on the waitlist for the product, which is discontinued. The machine was registered as suggested and has 2 years guarantee. I bought it from Amazon.

Customer service is excellent! The times that I have called in they have been kind and helpful. A Woman named Prescilla was especially helpful in arranging to get me a replacement unit because the motor was defective. I have recommended Snow Joe to my friends.

Customer service (Christine Bancog) is very helpful and professional. He helped me troubleshoot step by step the Mover, and work with the warranty replacement. She did a very great job. Thank you.

The representitve was able to assist in getting me a new hose after mine got a tear. She was able to pull up my warranty information and after digging up my receipt from Walmart+ (in-store receipt was saved thankfully) she was able to process a replacement for a similar hose! Christine Bancog was very clear in what she needed from me and extremely helpful!

I am happy. The battery worked to solve the problem. However communication for sending and returning was non existent. Until I called twice.

The snow joe company does not honor their warranty’s. The unit I had received had broken within 3 months of every other weekend usage. I had received a new one, and purchased a two year extended warranty. It broke again shortly thereafter by leaking water internally, and they refused to help or replace the unit even though they allowed me to register the unit and pay an additional $42 for the 2 year extended warranty. They would not offer me a refund on the warranty or the unit, and were “unable to do anything” about the situation. Beware.

The people I communicated with, mostly Julie Rebucas who was instrumental in my becoming enamored with Snow Joe. She explained everything completely and politely.

I had an issue with my power washer after just 3 uses. The pressure hose was leaking at a spot I could not repair. I reached out to SnowJoe's customer service and after a few days of back and forth messaging, Christine Bancog, was able to help me with a solution. She definitely saved the company a bad review. Thank you

Snow Joe operated perfectly out of the box. Easy to assemble and no issues. Plus, it's stupid easy to use. My area to clear is about 100'x15' and i can kick it out in about 15 minutes if I take my time. A real pleasant surprise because I did not expect it to perform as well as it did. My neighbor bought a $500 snow blower, and evidently has some issues on how to mix 2 cycle. So, after I watched him bust his ass for an hour or so, I lent him my Snow Joe. He just bought one for this season. By the way, I own my own business and can be a real nit picking moron at times. Hell, I get on my own nerves. But, this purchase has satisfied me.

AFTER HEARING NOTHING BUT GREAT REVIEWS FOR THE SNOW*JOE SHOVEL, I DECIDED TO PURCHASE ONE FOR MY HUSBAND WHO WILL BE HAVING SHOULDER SURGERY. WHEN OUR SHOVEL ARRIVED, WE DISCOVERED THAT THE BATTERY CHARGER WAS MALFUNCTIONING. JULIE R. @ SNOW*JOE HAS BEEN PROMPT TO RESPOND TO MY QUESTIONS & CONCERNS. I AM CONFIDENT THAT THIS MINOR ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED TO MY SATISFACTION

i woud never buy again and no one should buy anything from Snow Joe or Sun Joe istill have 2 year left on warranty and wil not replace

I purchased a brand new battery-operated snow blower and 2 of the 4 included batteries were defective right out of the box. And the machine requires all 4 batteries in order to work! Snow Joe's reply? So sorry, but they're out of stock. And still out of stock 2 months later. It's winter and I have a worthless snow blower. When will they have the batteries? Who knows. They don't. June? July? Maybe in August? And if I ever get to use the machine and there's a mechanical issue, it will no longer be covered under the warranty. I'm disgusted with that.

I called customer service and Rose helped me with my concerns. She was very courteous and knowledgeable.
