Today I filed a warranty claim on a failed fiber hose. In using the chat format, I was assisted by Christine Bancog. Christine was very prompt, professional, and accommodating. She quickly handled my warranty claim and made it a smooth transaction. I am extremely satisfied with the warranty provided, and I will consider that in making future purchases!
Sunjoe Power Washer - used twice last summer (2023) then when we got it out in January (2024) the motor would not start. The company provided reset instructions which we performed but it still did not work. They offered a replacement but we no longer need it as we are moving from a house to an apartment. They offered a store credit (no refund) but only for the price of the item - not tax. Also returning it was a nightmare. While they did provide a FedEx return at their expense, we had to purchase a box for $28. They will only give us store credit (not refund) for $20 for the box. We did all the work, and then they force us to buy more of their products with a store credit. Extremely unhappy with this product and their policies that make me the bad guy.
Shyra Aleta provided superb customer support via the web chat. My hose sprung a leak suddenly yesterday and with a few photos and a copy of my receipt, a replacement is on its way! The exact hose I had was out of stock, but the replacement will be a PRO version, and looks to be an even better hose than my original purchase. I’m grateful for kind, fast, and professional customer service.
Percival Caramol III took care of me through my email conversations with fast responses and understood exactly what I was having issues with. It really did give me a feeling of the olden days when companies cared about their business and customers!
To sum up, I bought the Snowjoe snow blower at the end of 2021 at boxing day. I did the rest of the winter with it. Everything was okay, for winter 2021. In early 2022, the blower breaks. I contact the snowjoe customer service for the warranty, they take 5 months before answering me and finally send a spare blower that I receive in the spring. There's no more snow in the spring so I can't try it. So finally, I use this winter for the first time and then in less than 10 minutes, it breaks. So I guess the replacement sent by Snowjoe was defective... Now they refuse to do anything, and i have to deal with their poor service. If they sent me the new unit when i contacted them, i could try it in the snow and see it Was defective. But, no, they waited my warranty to end before sending a new one. Terrible product, terrible compagny, terrible service. Dont get rip
In the past, I was raving about how great Snow Joe is. I have their snow blower, weed whacker, leaf mulcher and chainsaw. I have been battling issues with the chainsaw since December and my last interaction by phone/email in December was that we would try 3 more things and if they failed, they would have us ship the unit back in. The 3 things didn't cure it and I am just now trying to get set up to ship this back in - the phone call indicated they were overwhelmed by calls so I went online. Everything except the weedwhacker has been registered online but they didn't specify what else needed to be accessible - apparently something else is needed for the chainsaw. They offered to put me on a notify list for when the item is back in stock - I went elsewhere to Amazon and have it - I want to get it repaired. We are up to ~16 emails but it seems the chainsaw was purchased from Amazon so SJ doesn't have my record even though it was registered. I sent shots of my Amazon page but I don't know when they will be satisfied. I hope to find an email response soon.
I owned a 10" 'snowjoe' snowblower. motor seized, within 1 yr. company refused repair, replacement and refund. I opened to inspect motor. only to find motor was the size of a salt shaker. No need to explore any further. A refund would be nice but don't want a replacement.
Horrible product quality and horrible after sale service. Product ia in warranty but can't claim because of silly company policies. Disappointed 😥
This company is terrible. I purchased an electric pressure washer that stopped working after less than one year. That unit was replaced but the replacement stopped working after less than two years and now the company is refusing to honor the warranty and replace the item. There is no reason that two of the same product should break within less than 3 years. Plus the last customer service representative I spoke to was rude and condescending. I also purchased a leaf blower/vacuum/mulcher from the company. After less than two years the motor started sparking and smoking which could have caused serious injury. The company offered to replace the item but are telling me it is on "back order" and are unable to give me any sort of time frame for replacement. I have been waiting almost two months and doubt that I will ever get the replacement. I received a reply from the company. They said something about the replacement they sent for the pressure washer which broke after less than two years. They said it falls under the warranty for the original item which broke after less than one year and they are not going to offer any other replacement or refund of any kind. Once again this company has lousy products, no item should have two broken units in less than three years. They also did not even acknowledge the broken leaf vacuum that was supposed to be replaced but is not even available. They have crappy merchandise and will not do anything to help you when it breaks. They just take your money and say sorry. No help at all.
Snow Joe customer service is #1. They really work hard to arrive at solutions that meet the needs of their consumers. My rep, Rose Irea, was outstanding in gathering the necessary information to confirm the level of warranty service purchased. She was really appreciated for her efforts and results!
Initially, I was faced with the discontinuation of the battery for my original snow blower model. After enduring months of waiting and managing through two significant snowstorms without a functioning machine, I was finally provided with a replacement model that utilized updated batteries. Unfortunately, this solution also presented challenges. Upon attempting to charge the new batteries for the first time, I discovered that one of the four batteries failed to charge. Upon reporting this issue, I was informed that a problem had been identified with the chargers, not the batteries, and that replacement chargers would resolve the situation. Regrettably, after receiving and testing the new chargers, the problem persisted, indicating that the issue indeed lies with the battery itself. I reached out once more for support, only to be told that there are no replacement batteries available and that I would be placed on a waiting list. This response is incredibly disheartening, especially considering the ongoing winter season and the essential need for a reliable snow blower. I really wanted to change my former review for the positive, but this company continues to disappoint.
I bought a snow joe blower about 5 years ago. After 3 years one of 2 drive belts broke making the machine inoperable. I contacted the company to purchase a new drive belt. I was told they are out of supply. That was 2 years ago. They told me they would contact me when the part was available. When I heard nothing back I contacted the customer service and was told today there is no replacement part. So basically I have 10kg of wasted product. I am a senior citizen who does not have the money to replace a machine every 2 years. Lousy lousy lousy
Battery did not work and will not replace it because it was a gift and I do not have the invoice.
My sunjoe electric leaf blower, quit after a little longer than a year, after a quick chat with a Sunjoe rep, Angel Planga, they had it straightened out and sent me a replacement. Very good customer service! Hopefully this one lasts longer than the previous unit....

This company owes close to 100k to hard working people JS Freight moved freight for these guys worked day and night. Snow Joe Ruined their buisness. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay away from this company please. Lawsuit is filled hopefully these crooks pay the price.
Awful products. Unit broke on first day. Was told I would be refunded. Now I’m being offered store credit or a replacement, but the replacement has been out of stock for over a month and they want me to ship back the original unit after they said it wasn’t fixable and made no mentions of needing it. The original unit is in the dump as they never told me they would need a unit back in order to process my refund. Ran through multiple tests twice to get to that determination. Management will not speak to you. They will only call you back. This company is extremely shady.
