After contacting customer service with another warranty claim as my snowblower stopped working again, there has been no response in 12 days. Given the urgency due to the winter season, I purchased a new snow blower from another company. Very poor service and products. I will never purchase another Snow Joe product due to unreliability.

My snow thrower missing one part when I unboxed the package. I contacted Snow Joe support and Miss Christine Reamillo responded to my enquiry on the missing part. Christine was polite and very helpful. Christine ordered the missing part on my behalf and have arranged priority delivery to ship the missing part to my home. In addition, I have difficulty on purchasing the 3 years gold extended warranty via Snow Joe website. Miss Reamillo resolved the issue and have assisted me to complete the purchase the 3 year extended warranty and that took us only two minutes. The support and efficiency from Miss Christine Reamillo is unparalleled and above average. Thanks,

The young lady that helped me was very courteous and helpful in helping me to resolve my issue. I have returned the item and awaiting my new unit. I am very happy with the way she handle everything start to finish.

I am still waiting for my replacement Snowjoe! It's been over 10 days. If it can't be replaced, please refund my money. I would prefer a replacement. Thank you

I like this product. Had one before but it started blowing air out the side, and I believe the warranty was up

I have had an open warranty issue and aside from the initial response from Ray, I have had no contact now and have asked for updates 3 times. The online bot chat is of no help. Sucks having a product that does not work and getting no reply from customer service.

I was sad the electric snow blower decided to not work during our snow storm but, I am so thankful it was still under warranty. Thank you to Snow Joe for making the warranty a decent amount of time! I am anxiously awaiting my new one to arrive. Snow Joe has been very easy to work with on this and the chat box was super helpful.

Got the issues addressed and satisfied with the care I got. Thought it was a battery issue but turned out to be the unit. I was issued a return label and a new shovel was sent. The unit works great but was down due to the battery/unit not working. The attention and response was great and now I'm hoping it snows. Thank you

Our Snow Joe quit during our biggest winter snowfall. Did some online troubleshooting, and finally had to make "The Call." The tech rep was great and after some discussion, he arranged to replace our unit with a new one. We disassembled it, packed it off to our UPS center and returned it. The new unit was enroute post haste and arrived in a couple of days. We are happy with the product and the service. Thank you!

Failure of a 40v leaf blower/vacuum while under warranty has escalated into a total nightmare with their totally inept customer service. 7 different reps responding at 7 different times all asking for the same information trying everything to blow me off while telling me their first priority is my satisfaction. Not true. After weeks of back and forth they said my blower was no longer available and its replacement was backordered and I could expect it to be in stock in 4 to 6 weeks. Two months latter it had still not arrived and no update from them , I made an inquiry and they responded with since we haven’t heard from me the case is closed. Such lying BS beyond comprehension. I wrote back and said it’s not finished. A week latter the same response. Finally submitted a complaint to the BBB. A month after submittal they apologized and said a rep would notify me. This rep wanted receipts from Amazon to reimburse we which I provided. It wasn’t good enough and for a second time I refused their resolution. Their third BBB response suggested they extend my warranty. Confusing, as my unit was under warranty when it broke . The backordered replacement unit is now 8 months out but I see they are available now at Lowe’s and Home Depot but these horrible people continue to tell be its out of stock. I will not accept their resolution until I receive a tracking number/document and an estimated delivery. They have taken an issue which could have been easily resolved but their BS has caused me unnecessary stress and pressure that for most people would have given up. I abhor this company and how horrible their customer service over a $99 dollar item has been. This is not a company you want to do business with if you expect to have product issues and guaranteed with the majority of their products manufactured in China you are going to have problems.

Had trouble with my Snow-Joe snowblower. Wouldn't start. Tried everything to try and start it. was told that they would replace it. Christine Reamillo the agent who I dealt with was very polite and helpful. The one I have was not available so then I asked to upgrade and they are sending a replacement with no extra cost. Christine sent a shipping label for me to send the original one back and I am now waiting for the replacement. Very happy with the response.

I loved the product while it worked. Unfortunately after a year of waiting for a replacement part that they have not gotten back in-stock for a year, they cannot resolve my problem. I was told someone will get in contact with me, that was 2 weeks ago and nothing has happened.
