We love our sno joe's we have three, but one battery went within a month of getting the newest one and customer service has been completely wothless in getting us a replacement. They NEVER want to admit the battery could need replacement! It's the old try this try that routine... Jesus I'm a skilled tradesman and my wife is a EE, I think we know when a battery is faulty. 8 emails in and getting a bit angry.

This was a seamless replacement and we are loving this new upgraded SunJoe! We are pleased that it doesn't take that much energy to run this mower, and adjustment to grass height is also great!. My husband at 85 loves pushing this "baby" and we cannot give enough superlatives on it!
Update - Snowjoe reached out in response to this review to "apologize" and resolve this issue. Their "solution" was in fact, not a solution: they can't replace the product because they don't know when the product will be in stock (I suspect this is intentional given that they've done this to other customers), and they continue to refuse to refund our money. At this point, we will be referring this company to the BBB. We purchased a woodchipper that stopped working within a few months of purchase. We contacted Snowjoe to inquire about a replacement given that this item was still under warranty. We were told we had to return the item to Snowjoe - not the store from which we purchased the item - but Snowjoe, and only when they had received this item would they send us a new chipper. Try finding a box that fits a chipper: it's time consuming, but nevertheless, we finally located one. It took several days to receive a return slip, but we finally received one from Snowjoe, returned the chipper, and waited for our replacement, and waited, and waited some more. After contacting customer service again (the fifth time by this point) we were told that the chipper was no longer in stock (rather than hold a chipper for us, they sold our replacement). Apparently, Snowjoe doesn't know when this item will be in stock, but if we're interested we can receive a mulcher (Snowjoe doesn't seem to understand that a mulcher and a chipper are not the same). Snowjoe refuses to refund our money despite not having the product we want. We have spent hours arguing with them over this issue to no avail. We are environmentalists, but we will never purchase anything from these individuals again. The products don't last, the customer service is nonexistent, and we are out $160. If you read other reviews, this is a common occurrence with this company. Buyer beware.

I was given excellent communication and the absolute best care. Sharmine Alcera was an amazing agent who not only was very friendly and thoughtful, but did everything possible to assist me with my problem. I am over 100% satisfied with how this business helped me as a customer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know without hesitation.

My electric lawn mower had quit. MJ403E. So, I contacted Sun Joe to ask for a replacement. However, the MJ403E is currently out of stock. So, I spoke with Christine, and she was very attentive, and quite helpful. Christine said, since the MJ403E is out of stock, Sun Joe will send me a temporary battery operated lawn mower, until the MJ403E is back in stock. Thank you Christine! Thank you Sun Joe/Snow Joe!

We had a faulty charger for our battery operated snow blower. I contacted the support chat option. I was connected with Christine Bancog. She walked me through the process to get the charger replaced. She was very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend Snow Joe.
I purchased a aqua joe water hose at Home Depot 9 months ago. It developed a leak. I called the warranty department. This hose had a 2year, no questions asked warranty. The first words out of the associate’s mouth were questioning how it was stored. I registered the hose when purchased and still had to email a copy of the receipt. I was told they did not have a 50’ hose to replace it with. Could I wait 4-6 weeks for a replacement or accept a 25’ hose instead of a 50’. This is unacceptably slow. I won’t be buying anymore products from this company.

I have been playing back and forth with your company and countless representatives and never in my life have had so much trouble and returning a item that your company covered under warranty. I have waited for our replacement for 2 months now. Thank you Angel for your help and expediting our replacement power washer for us. You were great!!
File a warrant claim for the first time through email. Claim was done in a timely fashion. Representative Shyra Aleta was excellent, reply back quickly and was able to file the claim with ease. A++ service. So far the easiest warranty claim done.
