I can't get anyone to Sendmail a mailing label to replace a defective battery. I had to buy one at Walmart.

Received a defective snow blower from Snow Joe with missing parts as well. Unfortunately customer service was no help, offering no support options simply stating the line has been discontinued. Agent disconnected the call while I was on hold. It’s baffling that Snow Joe is selling and advertising warranties on discontinued items without actually providing any support at all when issues arise. Incredibly disappointing…

Easier then a shovel

Customer service helped resolve a warranty problem. The documentation I received when purchasing my product said I was getting a 2-year warranty. When I went to file a claim, SnowJoe's records said it was only a 6 month warranty and it had expired! Customer service representative Christine Bancog reviewed the documents I had available and was able to provide a courtesy replacement. Much appreciated!

I ordered a snow blower for a Christmas gift and unfortunately due to no fault of the company i need to return it. I have been trying to get in contact with someone for a return since Christmas but my chat and emails have gone unanswered. Can someone please reach out to me son can set up a return. As of 1/25 I still have not had a reply to my email, still unable to get through on chat and when I call it says there are no representatives available at the moment and to call back later.

My issue was resolved quickly. I was very pleased with the manner in which the representative handled my issue. Thank you.

Purchased the Snow Joe shovel last year Used 1 time.This year we finally have snow. Battery completely dead, shovel is left hanging on my garage wall. Called service, very helpful and pleasant. Warranty covers a new battery. They will send me a new battery in 4 to 6 weeks. No batteries in stock! Snowing today. My new battery will be here in the spring? Frustrated!

I ordered a Snowjoe snow blower from HSN. While unpacking I notices a frayed area with a small hole on the cord running through the handle. I called HSN for a replacement but they had sold out. So, without expecting much I called the company. Marvin Seva and the team jumped into action and after about a week I had a new Snowjoe. The professionalism and timley manner demonstrated by this company has won them a lifelong customer. No run-a-round, no hemming and hawing! Just great service. And it works GREAT! cut my snow clearing in half and saved my back. I highly recommend Snowjoe! Cathy Ballou

Representative was unable to confirm how much oil and what type of oil I should put in my new propane generator. Also not enough bolt and screws to assemble the legs.

I purchased a snowjoe blower as a Christmas present. It did work from the start. I wouldn't recommend your product or service to anyone.

Excellent help

I have a Slo Joe 50ft hose that had a leak. I contacted customer service and reached Christine Bancog. I explained my situation to her and after sending her a copy of the original invoice, she offered me a replacement. Christine was excellent in helping me and should be commended for her excellent customer service.

Charito was helpful and courteous when addressing my snow Joe problem of battery not charging.
