Web-site had plenty of information which made ordering straightforward. Communication regarding delivery could be improved as we only got 30min notice, fortunately we were local that day and were able to get back in time. The driver was helpful with the delivery and gave us some good advice regarding putting it together. The instructions were in the main easy to follow, we just found a couple of steps a bit sketchy, however we completed it and were extremely pleased with the finished shed.

We had a professional come in to build the shed for us and he said it was one of the worst sheds he’s ever put up! To start there were no instructions for our specific shed, it was just a bunch of generic sizes with instructions so they went off of the photo to build it. The door is surprisingly narrow, you wouldn’t fit a wheelbarrow or similar through it. There were A LOT of gaps where water could get in and cause rot. The whole shed had to be siliconed to seal it and extra pieces of wood needed to be bought in order to fill in the gaps. Also the plastic for the windows is so flimsy it literally wobbles when you open or shut the shed door so it will need to be changed to something much stronger, one hit and your hand with go straight through it. The shed is up now and is doing its purpose but we are disappointed with it and worried whether it will stand the test of time. The good thing is we have a 25yr guarantee so if anything goes wrong it will be covered!

2 nice chaps Phil and Andy delivered my 8ft x10ft shed today and even placed it in my back garden just where I wanted it haven’t had chance to fully install it yet but all looks good and would definitely recommend to my friends thank you very much

Easy & straight forward

Purchased the 10'x10' (3x3m) Palram Canopia Sierra Grey Patio Cover Product Code: SHS20590 What a great bit of kit. Excellent quality. Fantastic quick well packaged delivery. Shed arrived within decent time. Staff delivering even spotted a broken panel and bought spares on the day. However, the good bits stopped there. We paid almost £2,000 for the shed: 20ft x 10ft and the problems started as soon as building began. Our builders didn’t begin building the shed immediately as it was part of a larger scale building (garage conversion). Works began with levelling the groundwork’s and laying the plastic base, filling it with gravel. This went fine until the building of the shed began; the wood had to be held by several people to ensure it didn’t fall apart. The wood was thin and flimsy, needing significant structural supports adding from top to bottom. The roof wouldn’t join, neither would the floor. Our builders bought more (thicker/better quality) wood to support and stabilise the shed; the walls, the floor and the roof. We have now spent double the cost of the shed. By the time building had started and all the extra work gone into building it, it was too late to have the shed taken back. Therefore a negative review is all that we are able to do. We are extremely disappointed in the shed company for providing such a poor quality shed. We have plenty of photos to evidence how warped the wood was, from roof to floor, and how flimsy this shed was.

We bought 9 Europa 3ft x 6ft decorative fence panels, they were reduced in price and I was given some money off. The panels are absolutely perfect, beautiful quality and really well made, we are very pleased with them. The ordering and payment process was easy and we were kept up to date re receipt of payment and delivery. We were surprised to have to pay for delivery, but as we had saved so much on the panel price, it all evened out in the end. Can't wait to put them up in the garden. The panels were exactly as described. I would definitely recommend the panels and the shedstore and I would/will use the shedstore again.

This is our second metal shed bought from Shedstore. Haven't erected it yet, but if it's as good as the first one, we'll be very happy. This time, there were a few problems with the delivery, however, Darrell from Shedstore was really helpful. He sorted the problem out and kept us informed as to exactly what was happening, so excellent customer services. Thank you Darrell. Only gave 4 stars due to initial delivery problem with the manufacturers delivery company.
