If I could give zero stars I would. The website acts as an intermediary with merchants. There is lack of communication from both the website and the merchants. Wrong item delivered. Re-delivery of the correct item has been scheduled for 1 months from original shed delivery. One of the items wasn’t in stock, which wasn’t notified at the time of purchase. Customer services are uncooperative and unwilling to help.
Easy to order. Very good price. Reliable & friendly delivery. Ordering two more raised beds after constructing the fisrst two.

Delivered promptly by a very helpful Tee, easily assembled and a good solid shed, certainly value for money. Only downside was the tracking app said he was an hour away when Tee phoned to say he'd be there in 10 minutes.
Ordering was easy Communication was very good Shed fitters did a good job putting the shed up even though as they pointed out the base wasn’t level However they were very critical of other things in our garden which had no bearing on the job they were here to do
