A week on from ordering and still no guidance on delivery. So on calling it appears the shed is waiting on parts. Still no idea when…wish I had checked this before purchasing.

The shed I purchased ended up being a regrettable investment due to misaligned door panels, necessitating additional wood attachments for correction. It is so flimsy that I doubt it can withstand any strong winds. The roofing felt is extremely thin. The lack of craftsmanship in its construction is evident, and whoever built this should consider retiring!

Despite ringing to advise location in detail and being assured that I would receive a call 10 to 15 mins before arrival and checking the tracking app regularly to see progress) first I knew was when delivery turned up in the wrong road. Mohammed who I have to say was extremely courteous and polite then had to manoeuvre the lorry to the right road much later than expected and then had to unload quickly so traffic and people were not delayed- that meant he had to move to the little alley entrance and then I had to do the arduous job of moving the whole lot on my own to the actual garden (with a torn muscle in my leg). I will say that I was expecting my instructions to be passed to the driver but clearly they had not - disappointed and now soaked through and covered in crap. No time to check anything so not sure if anything is missing, broken so I am hoping that when my builders come to put up there are no further surprises and if there are then I expect your company to support and fix Please pass my thanks on to Mohammed who is probably one of the nicest delivery drivers I have met

Ordered online but had a few questions in relation to the product, current stock level etc so decided to call. The customer service on the call was not great, call centre person didn't seem to want to answer the questions other than redirecting to look at the information online. Would have usually looked at buying elsewhere but price was the cheapest that I could find for the certain product.
To be true ive been looking at a few shed sites and yours ive kept coming back to, best price plus guarenteed more or less lifetime no painting.
Very happy with purchase not so happy with delivery driver who wouldn’t help my wife carry the dismantled greenhouse from the kerb to the hallway due to ‘health and safety concerns’ all of 8ft distance Otherwise you guys did well, now time to paint the rest of the week’s evenings painting it
Although it’s a nice looking shed, had I of known how flimsy it was, i wouldn’t have bought it Very thin plastic. I just hope it withstands the wind. Although the floor is bolted down, the flimsiness of the sides are a worry. I wish I had read more reviews, I would have looked elsewhere

Easy to order, great choice offered exactly what I was looking for. Delivery was within time quoted, product was excellent quality for the price. Felt studs were missing but I had some so not a big issue for me. Delivery company sent me a text late night before delivery did not inform me it was Kirb side very poor service. That aside I could not fault Shedstore and the product. Would recommend

Purchased a shed. One door is completely warped! Contacted them by email to be told that’s normal and nothing they can do!! Normal? Warped wood? Door that has a large gap? Surely you can’t be selling us sheds with warped doors and reasons that are as shoddy as the shed??
